Favorite place, made new lockers in the locker rooms (very convenient)
The cuisine is delicious, but you have to wait a long time, sometimes even for a very long time
But looking at the beauty of the location, everything is forgotten :)
A good place to spend time, especially in winter, hot pools, 2 hot outdoor Jacuzzis, all the baths are just super, the staff is polite, you don't have to wait long for an order, even natural loading, cleanliness, bath attendants, lifeguards, security.
The cafes are fine, the pools are great in winter, there are a lot of people in summer, I liked the baths, especially the salt one, the territory is well-groomed, mostly clean everywhere
I liked everything very much, there is a good pool for children. The food is so-so , to be honest , the water smells strongly of chlorine . But in general, the rest was a success
A great place to relax with the whole family. The pools are excellent and clean. Some points raise questions, but overall I am very satisfied. There are no queues as such. It's clean and the staff is friendly
Everything is as usual, an expensive entrance ticket, the prices for the kitchen are overpriced, and the food is for three, part
of the baths does not work
A nice complex of many baths and hot/warm pools. There are 2 cafes, the rooms are warm, the main feature of the establishment is a Scandinavian sauna. It is located in the mountains. Excellent breakfast. It's a beautiful territory. It is necessary to pay a tax for entry into the reserve area.
Expensive, very expensive, I don't mind paying for a nice room, but... Very cold floors in the toilet and bathroom, the toilet is wobbly, the light is not fully working, in general, for 65,000 rubles you want to get something good. As a result, the cost of 200 k along with food in expensive restaurants per day is too much. They let everyone into the pools like 5,000, but I was personally told by the guys that they entered 3,000 by sending a transfer to the guard. The place is robbed by the staff as a fact, and money is not invested in the institution itself.

I like the place itself, but the food is not very tasty, we have been going there for 20 years, the portions in salads are small, the kebab came across unroasted
as for me, it's a super place for a family vacation. There is no equal in the number of baths, saunas, indoor and outdoor pools, as well as a hammam and a salt room!!!
By the way, the kitchen is very mediocre.
It seems to us that something is spoiling every year. The saunas are cool, the hammam is smelly, cold, dirty, and the Jacuzzi is not so good either. The prices in the cafe are the same as in an elite restaurant and the portions are the same, for example, they ordered boiled potatoes for children. They brought a small saucer and in it 4cm small 8 potatoes (mockery) - 900tg for it. The entrance was 3,000tenge, now 10,000 on weekends, 7,000tenge on weekdays. THERE ARE ALWAYS A LOT OF PEOPLE THERE, you go looking for sun beds.
A disgusting place that ruined our whole mood for the day. Starting from the service, ending with the place itself. The only good thing about it was the view of the mountains, but even that didn't save the situation. They give out torn robes, they don't care about it. It doesn't matter that you paid for the entrance and bathrobes /towels at the entrance, then you will be charged another deposit for this. The changing room is disgusting, the floors are dirty, there are no benches where you can put things and change clothes. It gets worse. An incredible crowd of people, what else can you go through, but the attitude of the locals and the staff is beyond the limit. They have a "rule" in the spa complex according to which it is necessary to remove the slates by entering the sauna, which is a complete unsanitary environment where you can catch fungus and other diseases, and then be treated for six months in a leather dispensary. It is a pity that the local Kazakhs do not understand this at all and began to insult us and threaten to throw us out of the sauna. (We behaved as calmly and correctly as possible). Next, we wanted to buy a couple of bottles of water to drink, we went to the bar ourselves, where they punched the water and added 12% to the price for service. At our request to remove this from the account, we were told that this could not be done. But why should we pay for the service when we came to get the water ourselves??! The waiters are rude youngsters, although this is not surprising, given their administrator. Since the waiter could not solve this problem, we asked to call the administrator. We were told that he would come in 5 minutes, as a result, we waited for 20 minutes. There was no help from him, he talked off the hook, in the middle of our dialogue he defiantly began to make phone calls on a completely different issue, so he did not see the norms of decency and communication. All he told us was if you want to drink, pay a percentage.
I sincerely do NOT recommend this place to visit

Wonderful spa center, variety of saunas and pools, delicious cuisine and low price
A good place , but it requires investments and the price of 3 tons for renting a bathrobe is a slob , plus many saunas work , then do not work or work half-hard, you can take a couple of planks home from the Russian bath for souvenirs , but you only need 200 screws for 51-55 millimeters and a screwdriver)
In the mountains, there is an outdoor pool all year round, different types of baths, with a font, I liked everything, the only thing that is inconvenient is the shower room almost open near the locker room
If you don't take VIP tickets, it's very terrible... It's dirty and the cafe is like a dining room. The locker room is generally the lowest level... And everything is fine and comfortable in the VIP area.. There is only one waiter in the cafe... The level of service is falling
Cool. We liked it 3 times in the last 3 months. The pools are warm. The baths are different. The nature is beautiful. Even my son, who is difficult to please with food, liked the kebab
This is not the first time we have rested in Tau spa, for a family holiday it is the best. However, the prices for the menu are very expensive, unfortunately, the quality and price do not match.. We love the Scandinavian bathhouse👌
