A great place for a family vacation in winter! Rooms with fireplaces, warm water in subzero weather. The chic restaurant "Gorny". One of our favorite places is a 40-minute drive from the city. Mountain air is an additional plus! I recommend.

We were in the complex with my family in July, I liked it, the pools smell strongly of chlorine, well, that's understandable, people are different, and hygiene is the same. I also liked the sauna with a steam room, but it was very cool, after the law on food came out, you can go in with food. The pools are not bad, the bath complex does not match the description at the entrance: where herbs and essential oils should be - ordinary dry steam, steam supply is not every 15 minutes in those places where it is indicated, but in general it is not bad.
As for the kitchen, it's a complete failure. They were culturally seated at a table, handed the menu and forgot, just forgot and scored, waved their hand, attracted attention, completely ignored by the waiters. I am extremely disappointed, this moment ruined the whole impression of the holiday. I think managers should pay attention to this, waiting for a waiter for more than 20 minutes is detrimental to such a popular and attractive place.

The location is in a mountainous area. Heated pools. A large number of baths to choose from. Perhaps that's all the advantages. The food in the cafe is expensive and not tasty. The toilets in the changing rooms are just terrible. People are always like on parade or in an anthill. I got there a couple of times in the evening in winter and it's still crowded.

There are too many people in the summer heat.. Literally not crowded. It is necessary to limit the entrance. Small pools and fonts are teeming with vacationers and are not very clean. Starting from an incompetent administration that cannot bill correctly, making mistakes in the terms of stay, full name, prescribing incomprehensible people in the bill, and to correct mistakes you need to remind the reception every morning and evening. And they broke the record of all records - it took 4 days, with a room stock of up to a maximum of 70 rooms for the entire hotel.
And in the sequel, you will get a super room in which disposable cutlery and these are only teaspoons, no refrigerator, decorative hood, cold coil, obsolete furniture, and the most interesting thing IS TO TAKE a SHOWER - THIS IS a QUEST, it is not possible to adjust the water, it instantly goes from icy to boiling water, you talk about it, yes We'll decide and we haven't done anything in four days.
And all this pleasure for only 50,000 tenge per day as of June 2023.

We did not like the treatment of the administrators, the rooms are not comfortable. The administrators are very rude. The rooms are not cleaned during the day. We went out in the morning and returned in the evening, horrified by what we saw. The administrators went to complain, instead of apologizing, they pointed out to us that we should have reported the cleaning of the room and left the keys, although they themselves said that we should take the keys when leaving so that taxi drivers could stop by (without a key there is a paid check-in). Okay, they didn't even take the dishes after breakfast. The administration said that the restaurant is responsible for the dishes. We turned to the administrator of the restaurant "Gorny", the restaurant administrator also began to be outraged that we had to inform them. In the end, no one apologized. In complete disappointment, on the second day after breakfast we moved out, with two more small children, and rented a hotel in the city center. It is twice cheaper and more comfortable. For such prices, service, maintenance and handling 0% is not worth it at all. And by the way, the restaurant's food is not delicious either. Breakfast is the same thing .
