Not bad. It's probably good for Kazakhstan. If you are used to the Moscow service, there are disadvantages.
For example, there is no map of the territory. It is not clear where to go, where is the bathhouse, where is the food - all by the poke method. There are always not enough bathrobes and towels. There is no place to relax under the roof, where you can soak up in a sunbed between the baths, read a book, cool down and not get out on the street. I saw a couple of sunbeds near the indoor pool somewhere, but there are catastrophically few of them. There is still not enough Jacuzzi - there is a hot tub, but nothing is bubbling.
And my favorite is entering the hammam (high humidity, low temperature) only barefoot. Hello, fungus!
Overall, I liked it, despite the disadvantages

As for the kitchen, it's a complete failure. They were culturally seated at a table, handed the menu and forgot, just forgot and scored, waved their hand, attracted attention, completely ignored by the waiters. I am extremely disappointed, this moment ruined the whole impression of the holiday. I think managers should pay attention to this, waiting for a waiter for more than 20 minutes is detrimental to such a popular and attractive place.

And they broke the record of all records - it took 4 days, with a room stock of up to a maximum of 70 rooms for the entire hotel.
And in the sequel, you will get a super room in which disposable cutlery and these are only teaspoons, no refrigerator, decorative hood, cold coil, obsolete furniture, and the most interesting thing IS TO TAKE a SHOWER - THIS IS a QUEST, it is not possible to adjust the water, it instantly goes from icy to boiling water, you talk about it, yes We'll decide and we haven't done anything in four days.
And all this pleasure for only 50,000 tenge per day as of June 2023.

We did not like the treatment of the administrators, the rooms are not comfortable. The administrators are very rude. The rooms are not cleaned during the day. We went out in the morning and returned in the evening, horrified by what we saw. The administrators went to complain, instead of apologizing, they pointed out to us that we should have reported the cleaning of the room and left the keys, although they themselves said that we should take the keys when leaving so that taxi drivers could stop by (without a key there is a paid check-in).
