This hotel is considered one of the best and most luxurious ones. Once you're inside, you truly feel and understand that it's a fancy place.
Service here is good. Staff is experienced and caring.
The location of the hotel is superb.
On the ground floor of the hotel there's a lobby, cafe and the rooftop has a nice restaurant which is perfect for dates or business meetings. The hotel also has conference halls, which is very convenient, taking into consideration the location of it.
This place is not cheap but I think it's worth it.

Cozy place, separate room is good for delegates or family members, nice food and hostipable staff.
Especially I like Rotunda restaurant for breakfast to observe panoramic city view.

A wonderful hotel! A great location in the city center! Excellent sound insulation in the rooms. From the first minutes we felt welcome) The rooms are very comfortable and clean. Perfect mattress and very comfortable pillows) It was very pleasant to find herbal tea in a thermos on the bedside table in the evening, which was brought every evening. Any wishes and requests were quickly resolved. I would like to mention the gorgeous breakfasts and very friendly staff in the restaurant! Administrators, waiters and cooks - You are the best! And there is a gorgeous view on the balcony and a woman cooks national tortillas with greens - they are mind-blowing!!! Gorgeous desserts!!! Everything is on top!

A wonderful hotel in the very center of Yerevan. A wonderful breakfast:very tasty, varied and beautiful. All questions about the service were resolved
instantly. I would especially like to mention the work of the concierges. We talked with two young people: Ruben and Areg, they helped us with issues related to check-in and gave us useful tips on visiting the sights of the city. Thank them very much for their competence and kindness. I want to return to this hotel.

The location of the hotel is the best you can think of. Nearby is Republic Square, Vernissage market, and most importantly, khinkalnaya on Tumanyan. The breakfast at the hotel is excellent both in terms of variety and quality of dishes - the food is incredible, the pastries are super.

The recipe is excellent, fast service. Not when the payment is made using the Mir card. However, they will do everything not to leave a person without due attention. The breakfasts are great, the coffee from the coffee machine is great! There is a smoking area, a lobby bar. The restaurant has a terrace, very beautiful and comfortable in hot weather. Local and famous musicians hold concerts periodically. I recommend you to stay in Yerevan. The location is more centered 😃 does not happen💖

Mixed feelings from the hotel. It clearly does not reach the premium level that you expect from such a hotel, since Frette underwear is clearly not enough for this.
The hotel is located on one of the busiest tourist streets and this is mostly a minus. The noise from cars, restaurants and crowds of people. On weekends and holidays, it's so loud.
The bed linen is white, the pillows and mattresses are very comfortable. But I was really unlucky with the room, there was some kind of extraneous sound in it all the time, like a squeak with a certain interval. During the day, this sound is not noticeable due to strong external noise, there is a construction site nearby, etc., and at night it was very strongly felt and irritated, interfering with sleep.
The most unpleasant thing is that when I checked in, I mentioned a quiet, peaceful room. Despite the emptiness of the hotel, there were almost no guests, the hotel provided a poor room with a view of the wall of the neighboring Ibis Hotel and its courtyard with air conditioning and pipes.
I was also surprised by the welcome compliment from the hotel - a saucer with several dried fruits and a couple of pieces of churchkhela. I have not seen such a "poor" compliment for a long time, and considering the class of the hotel and the cost of living 900 dollars per day, even more so.
The gym is small, more like a sports room. There is a small pool, but there is no special use in it, except for those who like to take a dip after the sauna.
According to the filling of the rooms, everything is in accordance with the standards of the network, everything is there. The rooms have cosmetics from Anne Semonin. Capsule coffee machine and cream are portioned, not powdered (which made me very happy).
inconvenient room layout. there is a long corridor, and the room itself is overloaded with furniture. The TV is located very far from the bed and armchair, and its back panel is completely recessed into the wall and there is no way to connect your device, I had to ask the staff for help.
Tomorrow is standard for such a place, nothing unusual. There is everything. Poached eggs with caviar are offered for a fee. At breakfast, the staff are very nice and courteous.
Overall, the hotel was disappointing only because of the sleepless night. I don't want to go back a second time. When leaving the hotel, I mentioned this problem and the hotel manager showed attention and interest, even the general manager joined in, this interest slightly rehabilitated the overall impression.
So the main advice is do not hesitate to communicate with the hotel in advance regarding requests and solve problems on the spot as far as possible.

My favorite hotel and "working office in the lobby" when I'm passing through Yerevan for a few hours. Design, comfort, audio background, service - everything is a pleasure. It is a special pleasure to meet at the hotel those with whom I flew on the same flight and whom I secretly watched with admiration).
I didn't like the stale dessert in the cafe. However, this should not be served in a five-star hotel. I hope this was an exception, but I don't order any more desserts.

The hotel is first-class, everything in the rooms is very comfortable and stylish. Located in the center, the spa center on the 11th floor is chic and open until 10 p.m. without restrictions.
Minus - the restaurant at the hotel does not have an interesting menu at all, there are only a couple of vegan ivies. The hotel is made in the form of a well, so the windows overlook the wall. Everything else was just great)

A great hotel on the level. The staff is friendly, they congratulated us on our arrival, as regular guests of the Marriott chain, with a bottle of wine, fruits, sweets. The hotel did not like the word at all, the staff is the worst that I have ever met. Hospitality is not "NOT" heard in this hotel. The hotel claims to be the best hotel in Armenia, but in fact a banal hotel. The rooms are small, the SPA area is periodically dirty. There is no parking as such, spontaneous near the hotel. There is nothing to choose for breakfast during the week, monotonous, nothing changes, the staff is slow. Fitness a tiny gym, a couple of exercise machines (Treadmill, Bike, Ellipse, Climber and one more) The quality of sleep leaves much to be desired, we did not get enough sleep at all during the week, all nights without Sleep. The big problem in the hotel is with the water being cold or hot. The manager needs to be changed.
