Everything is wonderful! Location in the heart of Almaty, overlooking the mountains and kok tobe. The hotel staff knows how to keep everything on top! The hotel reception is always polite and helpful, ready to help☺️

A very beautiful and comfortable hotel. It's certainly not cheap, but it's worth it. The service is excellent, the kitchen is decent, the rooms are gorgeous. I recommend it for a great vacation.

A top-class hotel. Nearby there is a shopping center within walking distance. The WORLD Savings Bank card was not accepted at the time of my visit, but there is a BCC ATM in the shopping center, where you can withdraw money and pay. Everything is very clean! Lots of marble! The staff is polite and very helpful!

It's all right. the room is not new, but it is clean. The view from the 30th floor is amazing!!!
But expensive!
The staff is very polite.
The breakfast service leaves much to be desired... they carry hot drinks for a long time, they can mix up orders.... In general, they should work with the speed and clarity of service.

There is only one minus - you can not immediately take the elevator to your room on your floor, first you need to get to the reception on the 30th floor, go to another elevator and go down to your floor.
