The hotel is not bad, the staff is very friendly, but the prices are much higher than in similar Hilton or Parkin. I was at the Entrepreneur of the Year event - everything is organized at the highest level. I haven't stayed in the rooms and I can't say anything.

There is only one minus - you can not immediately take the elevator to your room on your floor, first you need to get to the reception on the 30th floor, go to another elevator and go down to your floor.

Terrible service and stupid staff. A room per night costs $ 500, but at the same time, they did not think of informing guests in advance that the hotel does not have hot water and electricity. They found out only after arrival, instead of apologizing, what they all did was laugh that they were not to blame for this in any way, and did not have time to inform everyone, although the hotel itself had information about this a week before the shutdown. Also, the senior manager communicated boorishly and replied we do not provide a room for free, as if that was what I demanded when I only demanded a refund!
