I didn't live in the hotel. I was at a business event. Clean, beautiful, helpful staff, delicious food. According to the residents, it is very good. Not for an average wallet (although this concept is different for everyone;))

Great rooms, great view, really liked the service. The staff is attentive, people try to meet any wishes of the client. The cuisine is amazing, especially in the Seven restaurant on the 28th floor. Corresponds to a rating of 5*

I'm shocked! I am shocked by the level of service! It's just space. This is the first time I have met such a high-class service. Where they take good care of you, ask how you are, ask about the taste of the dishes. The waiter girls help to sit down at the table. They communicate nicely. I did not expect such a level of service at all. The breakfasts are wonderful. The best hotel in all my 20 countries. Spa is a separate art form. The massage was done by a girl, unfortunately I do not know the name. But it's just a delight. After a night flight, I relieved tension from my whole body. I am just delighted with the service of this hotel. If the budget allows, I recommend it!!!

The hotel is great, the Ritz Carlton is good everywhere. I recommend breakfast, a wide variety of dishes, take cheesecakes for dessert, they are so tender, they just melt in your mouth.

We were at Vista restaurant with my wife. Expensive, but memorable. The view of the city is cool. The waiters are well-trained. Cocktails are just a bomb, and delicious and the serving is interesting. The Ritz Carlton cake is simply divine. In general, I liked everything, if the price of 25,000 + tenge per person does not scare away, then I highly recommend visiting!

A low-level hotel that does not meet the world standard in any way. We were here with colleagues in April of this year (2024). The connection to the reception for ordering in the room is instantaneous, only what you select from the menu is out of stock. It is very difficult to book rooms, it is impossible to use the additional services of this hotel within the tariff indicated on the company's website without additional payments. It is much easier to simply rent one of the many apartments with daily rent at a cost that is much more acceptable.

The most comfortable hotel to stay in. A chic breakfast buffet. Impeccable service. The hotel staff will do everything for your convenience. We had a situation where we left at night and asked for coffee with us. They brought it to us, but there was no thing to hold two drinks in one hand. There are also bags and suitcases... We asked about this thing, the girl replied that she would go to a colleague and ask. "Come on, you're still running around because of this nonsense," we just managed to say after her. We went downstairs ourselves, because the taxi was already waiting. What do you think? This girl brought us this double coffee thing right in the taxi.
And what apples are everywhere, mmm! I gorged on them like a horse, because it was delicious. I heartily recommend this hotel! And especially the rooms with mountain views.

We booked a room with a mountain view in the booking, the photos of the proposed and real rooms do not correspond to reality, instead of a mountain view we got a roof view (photo attached) and missing mountains, the manager could not do anything and said that supposedly rooms with direct mountain views do not exist, although this is a hoax, since in the booking such rooms are presented and we booked it. In addition to everything else, we got a dirty room, with dust and hair, broken furniture, all this does not correspond to the level of such a hotel. We have been to many countries of the Ritz-Carlton chain, but this is the first time we have met with such a negligent attitude to everything. I am silent about the spa, everything is very old and does not correspond to the level and price range of the hotel. I don't recommend it.

Probably the most comfortable hotel in the city, but in a disgusting place. In principle, alfa-Rabi has been turned into a cheap "imitation of Turkey" for 30 years. If you do not need to get acquainted with the once most beautiful city of the USSR, you have come on business and will only drive by car (with mandatory standing in traffic jams on this terrible street), then you should settle here. There is something strange about the work of the restaurant - You may be denied lunch or dinner (for a five-star hotel, an unusual mode of operation of the restaurant), but if they condescend and feed you, then you will like it…

One of the coolest places in Almaty in the "Must Have" category. I recommend to check in. The room rate is too high. High-quality services. Morning and evening traffic jams, it's certainly very depressing, it's hard to get to the airport if you don't plan a trip in 2 hours. I was at the conference, the hall is gorgeous, has the possibility of transformation into a shared or separate one.
In general, everything is fine and pleasant.

Nice hotel. It matches its stars. The staff is helpful, they will always help with any questions. A good gym, I attended a massage, I am quite satisfied. The breakfasts are excellent, and the restaurant did not disappoint at lunch either.
