Like it:
1. Underground parking is an indisputable advantage of the hotel.
2. The room is gorgeous: they constantly provide cleaning service (several times a day). The coffee machine in the room also pleased me. The bathroom is very large and spacious.
3. I liked the smart home system.
4. We made a sweet birthday present - very nice.
5. The location is super) located in the new center, near Bayterek, many restaurants and even just a walk is nice.
For this level of hotel, a paid bar is, of course, ridiculous)
It is better not to change the money there, the exchange rate is extortionate.)
Cards of Russian issuers (including Union pay) are not accepted for payment.

A chic metropolitan hotel. I've been there more than once. We managed to taste the dishes at the reception of the President of the Republic of Korea. Everything is at the highest level. The waiters' service was great! That's where others could learn.
Even the inspection was carried out without too much fuss, clearly and quickly. The hotel staff is polite and friendly.
Meetings can be held in the lobby of the hotel, the seats are distributed in such a way that you do not interfere with others. We should stop there to evaluate the rooms and the work of the maids

The food in the restaurant ruined all the impressions. An Italian restaurant, actually not Italian at all. There are no traditional sea bass and dorado on the menu. Pasta frutti de Mare with shrimp not peeled from the black intestine, the other pasta with radu and truffle is very fatty, overcooked and does not look appetizing.
The local chef of the restaurant informed us that traditionally in Italy, shrimp are not cleaned, and no one has complained yet (this is a common explanation of people in principle when you comment on the service)
It is a pity that the hotel administration did not clarify how Italian dishes are actually prepared.

I visit this Hotel 1 time a year. The level is stable, very high. You can feel the firm hand of the manager, attentive to the details. The staff is polite, unobtrusive, strict, beautiful clothes with taste. The interior, the decoration - everything is pleasing to the eye. The receptionists help with the luggage and opening the Doors! The rooms are very comfortable with high ceilings and stained glass windows. Cleanliness! The kitchen always corresponds to the level of the hotel! It's always a pleasure to stay here!

The rooms are very beautiful. The breakfasts are delicious (cheesecakes are wonderful).
The service is a bit weak. We moved with an infant 3 times. Once it was very cold in the room, the second time there was a wedding downstairs and the noise reached the 4th floor. After we were moved to the 12th floor (thanks, but we waited 20 minutes or more for each of our moves), We had to call and wait for feedback every time, dial again and again, each time a different manager and repeat the story over and over again.
They also ordered a meal in the room, the total bill came out over 100k:
The steaks were delicious, but the salad next to it was not worth the money (weak serving)
Tiramisu is very tasty!
The cool thing is that there is equipment under the table that kept the dishes warm 👍🏻

The most problematic hotel in the city is connected with parking. There are practically no places on the street and they are always occupied. If there is an event, then the parking lot is closed and none of the visitors are allowed in. Some kind of humiliation, as if the heads of all states were gathered there. You can also divide the parking for visitors and for the event. It's a complete mess.

Отель просто замечательный, персонал на высшем уровне, в отеле можно погулять по магазинчикам, а так же очень приятно и вкусно заказать круассан с чашечкой кофе, ну классика) рекомендую ташкентский чай, который для тех, кто не пьёт кофе( это я). Там, кстати, очень классно проводить форумы, мероприятия большого масштаба, например, сейчас там проводился в живом формате «урок» йоги, куда прилетели и приехали с разных уголков страны и разных стран те, кто хочет этому учиться и развиваться. И надо отметить, что зал этого отеля достойно встретил всех участников, вместив в себя более 300 человек.

Персонал очень вежливый. На ресепшене при заселении с дороги напоили вкусным ароматным кофе, за что отдельная благодарность. Помогли с багажем, что тоже очень приятно. Идеальная чистота в номере, размер тоже приятно удивил, вид из ванной комнаты просто огонь. 🔥🔥🔥
Отличный ресторан на последнем этаже с панорамным видом.
Порадовала комната для курильщиков на -1 этаже, удобно в холодную погоду!
Однозначно рекомендую данный отель! 👏👏👏

The Ritz is an amazing building, it is comfortable to drink coffee and discuss plans in the lobby on the ground floor, above in the Mocha restaurant it is comfortable for both business and family lunch/dinner. There are boutiques with brands, all the staff is very courteous.

Отличный сервис (иногда даже слишком навязчивый), нормальные цены за такой отель (особенно Корпоративный тариф). Кроме высококлассного завтрака также порадовал Спа-Центр: хоть и небольшой, но продумано многое до мелочей, в том числе влажные охлаждённые полотенца для лица. Также приятно, что убираются в номере по 1-2 раза в день.

Прилетела из Москвы к сестре, она живет в этом отеле уже давно, слышала от неё о Ритце только восторженные отзывы. Я пробыла в отеле две недели, за это время чудесно отдохнула и очень прониклась :) Теперь ее восторг разделяю!
Плюсы:
1. Люди, которые здесь трудятся !
Их профессионализм, личные качества и активное желание сделать ваш отдых лучшим. Внимательность ко всем вашим словам, пожеланиям, планам. Мы поделились, что хотим поехать в Боровое, на следущий день нам принесли специально для нас сделанную
Книжку - путеводитель по месту. Поинтересовались верблюжьем молоком, нам его заказывают. На завтраках спросили есть ли у них вареники, на следущий день нам делают ручной лепки вареники и блинчики с мясом.
2. Состояние номеров . Комплектация - просторные, светлые, кофемашина, чайник - чаи, сливки, минибар за доп плату. Ежедневный клининг.
Спокойная атмосфера на этаже и в самом отеле. За весь период не слышали соседей, и на этаже тоже всегда спокойно. На свой этаж подняться можно только по карточке ключу, поэтому - чувствуешь себя очень спокойно.
Отличные спорт зал и спа-зона с саунами и бассейном. Большое спасибо женщине, которая обеспечивает порядок этих зон.
3. Местоположение - центр, рядом есть большой тц Керуен, бц Москва со студиями спорта, супермаркетом, столовой. Старбакс. К отелю Яндекс такси приходит за минуту, в минуте автобусные остановки.
4. Отдельно хочу написать о ресторане отеля - Mökki
Лучшие!!! Завтраки!!!!в Астане!!!
Здесь есть всё:) и все самое вкусное! Весь возможный набор блюд, который вообще возможен на завтрак. Можно попросить сделать свежие фреши, кофе. Я не знаю, что на завтраках в Mökki ещё нет. Есть правда всё! Была здесь только на завтраках, ужины по отзывам тоже отличные. Прекрасный сервис ресторана, итальянцы- повара
Лично на завтрак рекомендую авокадо тост с яйцом пашот, со страчателлой и лососем Russian Style!
За самый лучший отдых - благодарю ВСЕХ кто трудится в отеле Ritz-Carlton Astana !!!!

Администраторы супер, очень приятные ребята! Ремонт супер! В номере очень не хватало маленького холодильника и полотенец (жили вдвоем, полотенце было одно🙈), шведский стол - это жесть! Еды нет, кукуруза прокисшая, яичница и сосиски «льдом покрыты», сливочного масла нет, творога нет, каши нет, хлопьев нет, молока и йогурта тоже нет! Уборку начали пока мы завтракали, при всем при этом контейнеры из мармитов и тарелки из под колбасы составляли на стол за которым в тот момент мы ели помидоры с огурцами и плавленым сыром🤦🏼♀️ в общем отель хороший, но все впечатление испортил завтрак который стоит 3000 тенге с человека
