It is divided into 2 parts. A shopping and hotel complex and a residential complex. Parking on 2 floors. Parking is not cheap. The brands in the shopping center are original, luxury. No one really lives in the residential complex. They bought it so-so, for an asset. When ordering food in a restaurant, it is brought directly to the apartment. Fairy tale.
