We were at the hotel from 20-30.09.24. The impression was good)
The location is convenient, the road to the sea through an underpass is not stressful.
The beach is wide enough, the entrance is not very comfortable because of the pebbles, there are large boulders in the water on the sides of the beach under water.
Lifeguards on the beach are very conditional, so only you are responsible for your safety, no one asked anyone to get out of the water with a red flag, they silently changed the flag during the waves and sat under their umbrella)))
It's a bit noisy in the room from the road in the evenings if you sleep with an open balcony. In one room, the air conditioner worked constantly, even without a door card, it was cool, good, in the second room it worked only with a card, it was stuffy, the central air conditioner, it would not work much to affect its operation. The territory is clean and well maintained.
The cleaning was mediocre, the first couple of days were great, then, despite the tips left, they were not cleaned well.
The reception is ordinary, not very friendly, but not intrusive either. They also changed 💲 to lira, the exchange rate for our days was 33.
There are 5 bars on site. On the beach (fast food and beer/wine/juice/coffee), by the pool (beer/wine/juice/coffee, sweets and ice cream on time), lobby (cocktails are made), by the pool of the restaurant (cocktails), in the restaurant itself only clean drinks. The taste of all cocktails is different every time)) each bartender has his own recipe, sometimes even "pure" Whiskey tasted 15-20 degrees). We had a rest in Timo quite recently and for the first time... Overall, everything is great. The staff is friendly, helpful, and friendly.
We arrived at the hotel ahead of check-in time and were asked to wait, well, or check in earlier for an additional fee. We checked in...
the room is clean, tidy. Our room had a normal balcony overlooking the bar, pool. The lighting in the room is dim, someone doesn't like it, but it was fine for us. There were two of us, so we had enough towels, only toothpaste and brushes were missing, we bought them from the guy downstairs. Shampoo is not provided there either, but soap / gel will do for the shampoo place at one time. The hair didn 't fall off 😄
The food is wonderful, a buffet for every taste. We didn't go hungry.
The hotel itself has 5 pools, 1 large and 1 small not deep right next to the hotel, one in the SPA area and two on the beach (140cm and 30-50cm), there is also a bar and you can also eat very tasty food.
The beach is sandy and Galician, it's a bit painful to run barefoot. There were enough sun beds, no one was sunbathing standing up... Towels for the pool and beach can be obtained using a special card, which is issued at the reception.

An excellent budget hotel, it is very convenient when during the day all activities take place separately from the hotel (across the street via an underground passage) - a beautiful alley, green area, pool area with slides, snack bar, ice cream, beach and all activities here. In the evening, various programs are held on the territory of the hotel itself. The kitchen is excellent, chef Ali constantly monitors the situation in the restaurant, everything is very tasty, homemade, constantly replenished. The staff is friendly, very attentive to children. The hammam and sauna are free of charge. Gym, indoor pool 👍🏼 The only thing that is not convenient for families with strollers, there is no special device for moving with strollers in the transition, you have to carry them on your hands.

We had a vacation with my wife from September 28 to October 6. I really liked it. The rooms are not fancy, but they are quite good. They clean every day, towels and linen are changed every other day. The staff is polite, the attitude is friendly. Meals for 5+. There is no crazy variety, but there is enough of everything, and it is cooked superbly. Going to the beach through the underpass seemed a little strange at first, but literally a day later it was perceived as quite normal. When you enter the beach area from the crossing (there is security at the entrance, everything is as it should be), it feels like you are walking along the park alley. On the right - sports fields, water slides, relaxation areas. Two bars, two swimming pools (a normal one and a "paddling pool"). A solarium under huge fabric awnings. There are several umbrellas, but they are not really needed. The entrance to the sea is small/ medium pebbles with sandy "proles" (it is advisable to have swimming slippers). 2 meters - flat (knee-high) descent, then a rather sharp dip - about one and a half meters, then again not very deep. The normal (from 2 meters) depth begins about five meters from the shore. Overall, the hotel left a very favorable impression.

Good afternoon! I want to share my vacation in Timo. We had a rest with the children. They were brought to the hotel at 10 a.m. The charming and friendly staff met at the reception. The documents were accepted quickly and sent for breakfast. In the restaurant, chef Ali Bey was always greeted at the entrance with a smile and a good mood! Which gave me a good mood and appetite. The food is varied and delicious, for every taste and age. The waiters always had time to clean up the dishes and keep the hall clean.
The hotel rooms have been updated, it is clear that there was a renovation not long ago. The room has everything you need. Cleaning was done every day. In general, we were satisfied. There

In the evenings: bingo, discos, performances. For me personally, the problem was that there were too long queues for food in the dining room- especially for meat. Fish and meat alternate every day, but there is very little demand for fish. Also, the room is cleaned according to a very strange schedule: either they are not cleaned for 3 days, or vice versa for 2 days in a row. In general, I recommend the hotel.

We had a rest with our daughter from October 27 to November 3 at this hotel. Simple , but pleasant . There is no territory, the sea is across the road. The rooms are pleasant, with a fresh renovation. In the bathroom, liquid soap and shampoo are 2 in 1 in dispensaries. There are a couple of bottles of Cola , fanta and mineral water in the refrigerator, drinking water in 200ml cubes. The food is delicious and varied, the quality is excellent, surprisingly, even the sausage and sausages were delicious. For dinner , something must be grilled , side dishes and meat dishes in marmites , a lot of vegetables , herbs, salads . The food quality is excellent. The sea is clean, no debris has been noticed. There is a plate in the water, the passage is cleared in the middle, but you need to swim carefully, although the plate is rolled and smooth. In the evenings there is animation , music plays until the beginning of 11 , at 22.30-40 it becomes quiet. Our room overlooked the pool, it was very quiet, I slept fine. One thing is, there weren't enough sunbeds. I had to take the sun beds early . In general, if you need a good hotel that is not pretentious, you can safely go to Timo . We visited this hotel in August 2024. The location is good, the sea is nearby,markets, souvenir shops and more are within walking distance.
The sea is ok, but the beach is very small pebbles + sand

Rooms 4/5 room cleaning is unclear when it takes place.
I was going to a birthday party, I had to remind him several times to make a present from the hotel…

We were on autumn holidays with our family. We promise a good impression. But…

We had a rest from October 11 to October 18. This was our second visit to the hotels. We chose it intentionally, because everything suits us here: the food is very tasty (yes, not 100 dishes, but everything that is cooked is high-quality and delicious), fruits, cakes are excellent, soups are delicious. However, there are no dishes for small children. The service is good. It is necessary to make a remark to the guests, they collect mountains of food into plates, as much as all of them fall out, they do not really eat and everything remains on the tables. It's a shame, it's a shame for our people! When will our compatriots begin to respect themselves and behave with dignity, wherever they are?… The rooms are clean and the cleaning was done every day, the air conditioning is working. All questions are quickly resolved at the reception. Special thanks for the live music in the evenings in the lobby. For middle-aged and older people, the Timo Hotel is just right. We stopped by 1 .10.2024 it's late, we were late for dinner, but we were invited to a restaurant and fed, which is very nice. Then they settled in. The room is on the 6th floor under the roof, since the nights are already cool, it is not hot in the room, the air conditioner coped. The room is not cleaned very well, but everything suits us.
The food is delicious, not very diverse, but you will not stay hungry, even before closing there is a choice of dishes and there are no queues, which is a big plus. I liked grapes, apples, melon from fruits. Oranges, tangerines, plums are not tasty, not bold. There were no watermelons. Desserts are traditional Turkish, baklava is beyond praise. For dinner, there was fish on the grill when there was turkey. There was a kebab on a Turkish night, it was very tasty. Once they gave crayfish, well, so-so- pampering. In general, there is a choice and we were satisfied.
The sea is through the passage under the road. It's close, it doesn't bother at all. There is a swimming pool on the beach, two bars, hamburgers, pizza, etc. are served during the day. They are cooked right there, everything is delicious. Beer, wine, drinks, coffee are on the beach. There is no strong alcohol. There are not enough sun beds. If you come late, then either take a sunbed by the pool and go to the sea, everything is close.
The sea is clean, warm, stormy for the first few days, but we swam.
In the afternoon, they give ice cream at the pool bar, very tasty, eat as much as you want.
It is not convenient that there are no announcements of evening programs, you do not know whose and where it will take place. There is a big problem with this at the hotel. I didn't like it. Overall a great hotel, we would have come again.

I was left with the incomprehensible CONCEPT of the hotel: the exchange of beach towels (they are given out strictly in the morning and taken away before dinner) if you wake up a little later, go with yesterday's ones. No matter how many adults you have, 1 room key is given to the room, at the reception they are ready to run to open the door for you on request 24 hours a day. There is no safe or kettle in the room, but in general the rooms are comfortable and well cleaned. Kitchen- no questions, you can eat around the clock - well done. I can advise you to buy special shoes for entering the sea, because sand with pebbles is not very pleasant, but tolerable. The Internet is weak.

Good evening.We stayed at this hotel from 18-24 today, 2024.The staff speaks almost all Russian. The number is as in the picture, everything matches.Cleaning, change of towels every day. Meals throughout the day , the kitchen is excellent and varied , respect to the chef. Everything is very tasty.They brought extra pounds to Moscow . The territory is not large, but all the varnishing is very convenient.The beach is pebbly sand.We really liked the hotel, we will definitely return.You will not regret coming.There will be plenty to do for adults and children.Slides, animation, water polo, pelatos, all day long, you are entertained.There are shopping malls not far from the hotel, you can walk there in the evening.We were satisfied with both the hotel and the rest.

1. There is one problem in this hotel, the air conditioning system is practically not working. We went out with family and friends from July 11 to July 21, 2024. It was 44 degrees outside the window in the shade and I really wanted to find salvation in the rooms, but when you get into the room, it is not possible to breathe. The fan works, not the air conditioner, and drives cool air only a step away from the grill. It is impossible to sleep at night. Sooooo stuffy! It is simply impossible to stay in a room in three during the day. There was not enough air! The air conditioning system was only ON . and OFF. Friends generally had a switch key, like a light. And after long trials, they were made so that the system would not turn off when taking out the card. But it didn't help!
Of course, now the smart guys will start saying that you are being picky, but here we are just talking about human health. When it's hot outside, you want to get relief for a short period, but you don't find it in the hotel itself. It is no less hot without air conditioning in the restaurant. Eating is accompanied by constant wiping of the forehead with napkins. All night animation takes place on the street, where there are no elementary fans that could drive the hot air after the day. Therefore, every evening I had to wring out T-shirts and wash them.
2. You can smoke anywhere on the territory of the hotel. Therefore, you watch the night animation in cigarette smoke, and no one cares whether you like it or not. Now imagine. It's 32 degrees at night and you're getting smoke from the next table. The "buzz" is complete! No one cares that there may be a child nearby.
Or you're having lunch on the beach in cigarette smoke. Amazing!
3. As for night snacks!
Do not praise the 2-hour trips to the restaurant. There's nothing to eat there at all. There are half-empty pots with the first one. It's easier to take a spoon and eat straight from the pots, because pouring a ladle into a plate will not work, the soup is practically smeared on the walls, so little of it.
4. The food is not bad, but it is very spicy in places. Meat, chicken, etc. Of course, there is something to eat, but as they say, there is a lot, then there is not. They alternated more often, either fish or grilled meat. The stew also alternates . If fried fish, then stewed meat with vegetables. If meat is fried, then stewed fish. Usually one type of meat is fried 2 times a week. On Friday, Turkish night, they give mutton and ribs. But we have to make it. If he didn't have time, then they can't take it anymore. Which leads to crazy queues if you arrive at 19.00. And later you may not find many dishes.
5. I was surprised by another moment. Beach towels are provided only at the spa. You can take them once a day from 18.00 to 19.00. they are not accepted earlier. And if you did not have time to hand them over, then in the morning, if you want to change them to new ones, you will receive a refusal. You can get to the spa only through one entrance, going down to the 0 floor of the restaurant. Therefore, keep in mind that walking up the stairs is provided for you. Imagine that you are not walking from the beach at 18.00. We have to go up to the room first. To put yourself in order, then at 18.00 go to the 0 floor to give a towel, go up to the room, wait for 19.00 and go down again to the same 0 floor for dinner. An amazing paradox. Overall, the hotel is not bad, but it is definitely not 5 stars.

I went for the company, I didn't choose the hotel myself, I didn't read it, I didn't know what to expect. So these are the impressions)
Pros: there was some interesting animation after dinner, although I didn't watch it myself, but there were a lot of people sitting.
There was a fish day and a Turkish day - they gave something unusual in the restaurant
Cons: every second plate is dirty, the appliances are too, there are not enough appliances. To get to the beach through a tunnel that does not have a wheelchair ramp, drag it with your hands. The pub bar is closed. Everything is included according to the principle until it is over, they are not going to inform additionally anywhere, whoever managed to eat it.
The hotel is a pipe, in the center of which is a bar with a bunch of drunks and in any room you will hear everything that happens.
They feed the same thing, the chicken changes to the turkey and that's it. They save so much that new dishes are made from the old, yesterday's salad was consistently for breakfast every day, and there were no others (you can see yellow leaves, rotten tomatoes, a lot of water).
For those who fly to five stars for the first time, it's normal. There were surprisingly many of them there.
What was most infuriating: smoking is allowed everywhere. And everyone smokes everywhere, including the staff. Neither lie down on the beach quietly, nor eat in a restaurant, and no one cares about the children around.
Volleyball was played a lot and there were a lot of injuries-the area was covered in stones, even the nails were torn off on the foot
