We used the services of a travel agency and did not lose!
We wrote to a representative of the company from Moscow, chose excursions, and upon arrival in the UAE, a representative of the Sayera company came to our hotel, and we paid for the selected excursions!
On the eve of her travels, Sayera was always in touch and clarified the departure time!
We had a sightseeing tour of Dubai with dinner and a boat trip to the Indian Ocean!
Natalia was our guide in Dubai: the tour is dynamic, but everything is very organized, clear, informative and interesting!
The second excursion is a boat trip to Musandam! Both adults and children are absolutely delighted! And kayaking, and on a cheesecake, and on a boat were taken to the shore to swim! The ocean is clean and very warm! And fishing at the end of the tour caused excitement and excitement! It was a wonderful, eventful day, full of emotions and that's it! And the guide Elvira was very responsive and attentive!

We would like to mention the work of the guide Larisa, who accompanied us on a trip to six Emirates with a two-hour swim in the Indian Ocean. She is a wonderful competent specialist, an interesting woman who loves her job, all the way we were accompanied by interesting colorful explanations and stories about the amazing places we visited. The Museum of the Future (very beautiful, you can arrive earlier than the appointed time, the entrance is straight from the subway, you do not need to go outside)
Burj Khalifa (we were on a weekday at one o'clock, there was no queue)
Safari Park (we got there by ourselves, there is a bus from the terminal metro station, but it took 2-2.3 hours to get there)
Ferari Park (visited on Monday, got there and back
by free bus, on the way in one direction 1.5 hours, I think on other days you won't get on it)
Flower Garden
La Pearl show (insanely beautiful, silver tickets were taken, the seats were amazing, the show itself is incredible)

They looked at our vacation plan, gave us recommendations for visiting (which came in handy), and quickly issued us all tickets (they came by email). These guys were recommended to us by our friends, and we did not think for a long time, we immediately went to them! There are a lot of excursions to taste and color for everyone! We took several at once, some were with an open date, which was very convenient for us in terms of timing! The prices are very pleasant, lower than those of tour operators or on official websites! The guys are very nice, they will tell you everything and tell you where it's interesting, and where not to go through traffic jams in the influx of tourists! I strongly recommend taking these excursions if you want to "WOW" and get more high - IMG Park, Global Village, jeep safari, night Dubai on a ship and an observation deck on Palm (dinner here was simply divine!!), well, I will note separately - AYA, this place is something about unreal and fantastic!
And the guys in the office have very tasty dates that you can treat yourself to! We then searched for them in different markets for five days, and took them home in kilograms!

I would like to thank the agency, especially the manager Marina! There was a long shipment and decided to take excursions. We took a special offer, 2 parks to choose from on Yas Island (Abu Dhabi). We saved very well, tickets are twice as expensive at the box office. The free lunch was also a nice bonus. Everything is well organized. Took 4 excursions: safari, oceanarium, Sheikh Zayed mosque with a palace and an extreme buggy at the end. I liked all the excursions. I put 4 because of the extreme buggy, where if you don't know English, it's very difficult to understand what they want from you and what they explain, they give me instructions in English, I didn't understand anything at all, translated with the phone in my hand. They are asked to pay 500 dirhams insurance on request, it is not refundable And they ask for a passport or other document as a deposit for the ammunition. I didn't have anything with me, they gave me without a deposit and gave me insurance for free when I wanted to go back to the hotel and not ride. But I liked buggy riding in general, it's better to go in the afternoon. I hope these points will be taken into account in the future.

We bought 2 excursions to Turistino, the possibility of paying in electronic form helped a lot, since our Unionpay card with money for the tour turned out to be non-working in the emirates. The manager responds quickly, left the phone number in the form on the site - they immediately contacted me via Whatsapp, which was very helpful, since the Wi-Fi did not pull the correspondence on the site.
Customer orientation is on top, which can not but please❤️
The guys appreciate their customers and try to make the emotions from the excursions wonderful 👏
If we come to the UAE again, we will definitely turn to Turistino again, there are many interesting excursions and unvisited places left)

Unfortunately, we had an unpleasant story with Turistino. We bought an excursion to Abu Dhabi with a visit to the Government. The guide Vadim arrived at the hotel on time - he told us that a comfortable bus would pick us up on the day of the tour, and for two hours while driving from Dubai to Abu Dhabi, a professional guide would tell us the history of the country, about traditions and the like. However, a passenger car (albeit a comfortable one) with a conditionally well-speaking Russian driver arrived at the hotel. And he said he was taking us on an excursion. The guide, whom we started asking about the details of the trip by phone, continued to assure us that a passenger car would just take us to the bus. At our request, he called the company and immediately "changed his shoes" - he began to assure us that it was better for us - they say, an individual approach. And the car, according to the driver, had to cash in on tourists completely. That is, there would be three people sitting in the second row.. So-so pleasure.. Well, it was hardly possible to expect high-quality theoretical content.
As a result, we refused the trip, we were dropped off at the nearest stop, and wished a good day. But the day was just lost for excursions, since naturally we did not consider such a plot in advance..
The money was returned without question, thank you, it's honest. But lost time traveling is an irreplaceable resource. By the way, later we found out that the Government was closed to visitors that day. And the guide, it turns out, didn't even know about it. It is unpleasant that he does not bring clients to the end. I hope that the Turistino company will avoid such situations in the future.

I had a request for 4 excursions, I described all the wishes, they answered me only with links to the description of the excursion with prices. It seems like it should be, but only after I studied the site, after spending a lot of time, I realized that there are more profitable options if you take two or three tickets at once, for example. For some reason, no one showed any desire to advise me or suggest anything. And when I said that I was planning to order from the airport closer to arrival and I wanted to plan a budget, they didn't give a damn. When I asked to calculate the total cost, they wrote that I would add it up myself... well, it wasn't very pleasant. There is no interest or desire, although this is your direct task.
