Unfortunately, we had an unpleasant story with Turistino. We bought an excursion to Abu Dhabi with a visit to the Government. The guide Vadim arrived at the hotel on time - he told us that a comfortable bus would pick us up on the day of the tour, and for two hours while driving from Dubai to Abu Dhabi, a professional guide would tell us the history of the country, about traditions and the like. However, a passenger car (albeit a comfortable one) with a conditionally well-speaking Russian driver arrived at the hotel. And he said he was taking us on an excursion. The guide, whom we started asking about the details of the trip by phone, continued to assure us that a passenger car would just take us to the bus. At our request, he called the company and immediately "changed his shoes" - he began to assure us that it was better for us - they say, an individual approach. And the car, according to the driver, had to cash in on tourists completely. That is, there would be three people sitting in the second row.. So-so pleasure.. Well, it was hardly possible to expect high-quality theoretical content.
As a result, we refused the trip, we were dropped off at the nearest stop, and wished a good day. But the day was just lost for excursions, since naturally we did not consider such a plot in advance..
The money was returned without question, thank you, it's honest. But lost time traveling is an irreplaceable resource. By the way, later we found out that the Government was closed to visitors that day. And the guide, it turns out, didn't even know about it. It is unpleasant that he does not bring clients to the end. I hope that the Turistino company will avoid such situations in the future.

We bought 2 excursions to Turistino, the possibility of paying in electronic form helped a lot, since our Unionpay card with money for the tour turned out to be non-working in the emirates. The manager responds quickly, left the phone number in the form on the site - they immediately contacted me via Whatsapp, which was very helpful, since the Wi-Fi did not pull the correspondence on the site.
