Cleaned rooms, good location near the financial center, shopping center and metro station. This is not a beach hotel , so be ready to use a taxi (15 min) if you want to go to the best beach. Big choices of food on breakfast and good food on restaurant and pub in the hotel. So, I would recommend to stay there if you don’t plan to go to the beach holiday there.

By location, there are two pharmacies, two mini supermarkets, a liquor store, and a CFS nearby. A taxi always stands near the entrance, if you need a taxi, it is always nearby. There is a beautiful Russian-speaking girl Hatista at the reception, she helps 100%, with any problems. But there are no problems, rather with advice. The pool is small but perfectly clean! It's so nice to be back in clean rooms. Excellent comfortable clean hotel, rooms, staff. It's great for a tourist holiday. Near all the sights, metro. The food is good. Small queues for breakfast at 9-10 o'clock, but it's everywhere) We took more dinners.

Our stay in Dubai began with an introduction to the Towers Rotana Hotel. the hotel and the rest are amazing. The weather is perfect-+28, very warm, but not hot, the water temperature is a little refreshing, but not cold, super! I want to share the information that I lacked. Tourist tax- for 7 nights is paid upon arrival, it came out a little less than 3000 rubles, 15 dirhams per night from the room. Children under 12 years old live free of charge with their parents, the child was provided with an extra bed for free, the bed is full, very comfortable. The double bed is also super, huge in size. The room is spacious, cleaning is done every day, the view is amazing with a couch by the window. The pool is pleasant, on the roof of the neighboring building. The transfer takes you to a nice big beach, there were no queues with us, everyone fit. 4 bottles of water, tea, and coffee are placed in the room every day. The food is delicious and varied enough, we had breakfast and dinner plus unlimited drinks, drinks are poured by waiters, tables are served. There are cafes with small terraces along the road in both directions-delicious and not expensive! A hamburger with potatoes starts from 200 rubles, a serving of rice or pasta with meat costs 600 rubles, and only the two of us managed one serving.
There were Russian speakers at the reception, but not every day.
Excursions- to Abu Dhabi for the whole day- 110 $ per person, in Dubai- Arab Venice, Dubai mall, Burj Khalifa - around 80 $, safari park - about 70 $ per person.

I really liked the hotel for its location and excellent staff. We liked the breakfasts, and both adults and children had everything they needed. We stayed at the hotel with a family of 4 people. The hotel is located in an ideal location: near the metro, currency exchange, supermarket, many cafes, museum of the future. The view from the window is simply gorgeous.
The rooms are clean, spacious, there is a refrigerator, but it is not very comfortable-it is small and does not freeze well enough. There is an iron, TV, kettle,hairdryer, etc. The cleaning was perfect every day. Of the minuses, there was no washing machine, and washing clothes cost from 7 euros.
The elevators were working properly and quickly. A separate plus for a great breakfast, where you could find everything possible and impossible, for every taste, you definitely won't stay hungry.

The breakfast food is delicious, but monotonous. Dinner is normal, the theme changes every day: Mexico, China, Arabic cuisine, etc. chefs can cook!! Heineken beer is canned!
If you need some alcohol, there is a store nearby. We leave the hotel, turn left, after KFC turn left again and after 10 meters the red door.

It was very hard to be there in this heat, because there was no place to hide from the sun. The water in the sea felt like 40 + degrees, the air temperature was about 50 degrees, and the water temperature in the shower (to wash after the sea) was also at least 40-45 degrees. In general, it was not possible to cool down somewhere. The hotel has a swimming pool, cool - it was very saving. Two compartments: children's and adult. In tech. We saw that they were taking a water sample👍 Rescuers constantly monitor the children. There is a bar near the pool with drinks (alko and bezalko) and a snack at a certain time (popcorn + pizza or something similar) - for those who have All-Inclusive meals, drinks and snacks are free. We had a Family room for four people. There is 1 double bed in the room, a sofa bed + another single bed was brought to us. Everyone was very comfortable. Water was replenished every day, tea/coffee too. The room is clean, pleasant, everything worked. The food suited us quite well. I won't say that the choice is very large, but we had enough of everything. We were 2 adults and 2 children (6 and 14 years old) none of us stayed hungry. Replenished food constantly, it was even that they came to close, but there were full plates of food. The restaurant itself is not very big because of this, a queue can accumulate for entry, the staff handles this moment. They track which table has been vacated and escort new ones there. In general, we were satisfied with everything, except for the intense heat, but this does not apply to the hotel in any way.

Great hotel. We are resting here now. There are no complaints about the hotel at all. They clean it every day. Towels too. Water was brought on request if it was running out. My husband had a birthday, they brought a cake. Nice. Tea and coffee are always available. There is a small swimming pool. Sauna and hammam (female and male). Close location to the metro. A bus takes you to the beach 4 times a day. To the kitebeach. The breakfasts are good. It suits me. McDonald's is 7 minutes away. Kfs, Burgerking. A Lebanese restaurant.

The hotel is great for "urban" recreation: near the metro, shops, even with alcohol within walking distance, the hotel has its own swimming pool, gym. The room has everything you need from a hair dryer to an ironing board. A cot with a good hard mattress was brought to the room for my son. At the same time, there was a room with a wide windowsill, and my son was hanging out there. Room service works perfectly, water and tea were brought as much as they wanted. On the first day there was a late check-in, dinner was served at the request, which I had to eat for 2 days.
Of the minuses: transfer from the hotel to the beach, a small bus, sometimes people stand, someone even gets sick. So it's better to have a nice cooled pool on the roof of the neighboring building.

In general, I liked everything, but there are nuances. The food is delicious, but monotonous. The chicken is chopped during cooking, this forms bone fragments, which makes it impossible to eat it. In the morning and throughout the day there is a free shuttle service to the beach and back, but it is not possible to get on the bus immediately, since the number of seats is limited, and no one will order an additional bus and most likely you will only be able to get to the beach and back by taxi.
There are no complaints about anything else. The staff and service are at the highest level.
