After the repair, I completely sowed it. Convenient windows for consulting, e-mail. People have become calmer. The receptionist helps to navigate at the reception. There were good doctors. However, the queues remained, despite the time in the ticket. The coupon is more like a guarantee that you will get to the doctor. There are a lot more patients than a doctor can take in. Very often, the reception time is stretched for another hour and at the same time everyone is accepted! I bow low to the doctors for this!!!
As a sign of gratitude, I would like to say a pleasant and kind word to the ultrasound diagnostics doctor of the 21st polyclinic of the Zavodsky district, Valentina Adamovna Korotkevich.Valentina Alamovna is polite, attentive and friendly towards her patients, and this is exactly what we all need. She performs her noble work as a UD doctor with love, desire, calmly, confidently, thoughtfully. If necessary, he tells about the results of the examination, clearly answers the patient's questions. There is no doubt that she is a highly qualified talented specialist, as they say, a professional in her field, as I have seen from my own experience.I would like to note her sharp mind, observation, the ability to correctly assess the current situation and a high level of knowledge, which allowed her to become a high-class specialist.
I always advise you to contact Valentina Adamovna, and especially when you need to perform a heart examination.Don't forget to please her with a good review.
Thank you Valentina Adamovna from Alexander Katolikov.
I want to express my gratitude to the paramedic of the 21st polyclinic, Anastasia Gordin, a very attentive and competent specialist and, in general, just a good person.Thank you very much.
And also to say words of gratitude to the registry employee Kasyan Irina Evgenyevna, for her sensitivity and kindness towards patients..
With respect and gratitude Natalia Glinskaya
I express my gratitude to the assistant physician of the 21st clinic of Minsk, Gaponik Angela Mikhailovna! She is an attentive, competent, kind-hearted specialist. Working in office 124, he performs his functions clearly and professionally. I ask the administration of the 21CRP to note and encourage the assistant physician Gaponik A.M.
I rarely visit this clinic, but it's for the best. We made good repairs, began to automate, in a word - well done, it's time for city clinics to reach a modern level!
But with all the innovations, there are still old problems. What is only the passage of Prof.inspection... I had to exhaust my nerves, go through 7 circles of hell and still do everything in private clinics.
In general, there is still something to work on.
Excellent gynecologist Hare Elena Leonidovna. I conducted the first pregnancy with her, everything is clear and to the point. He does not babble, but there is also no cold attitude, he is always interested in how he feels, asks about problems. He doesn't write out too much.
When they found out about the 2nd pregnancy, I prayed that she would still work at the clinic))) Fortunately, the doctor is in place)
Today I want to write a review about Denisenko Alexandra Vadimovna. This is a doctor who cannot distinguish otitis from dermatitis!!! That's why I spent a week walking, studying and treating what I don't have! This is a doctor who said in plain text that "she does not know how to treat dermatitis and perhaps a fungus has also joined, but she is not sure." This is the doctor who prescribed Betadine (iodine) to drip into my ear for acute otitis media. This herd was the last straw, and by the evening I was in the hospital with severe pain, where the doctors read in horror the treatment that they prescribed for me!!! As a result, acute otitis media! A whole week of time has been lost. At the same time, when I came to take off sick leave on 01.08 at 12.50, she was no longer at her workplace, although she works until 14.00! That was the last straw...I turned up the whole polyclinic on my ears and lo and behold, she came running two minutes later, without even looking at me! She climbed back to look at the ear, although she did it yesterday on 07/31. I did not hear any apologies, not a single word from her! I was prescribed treatment for 7 days, and she opened the sick leave for 6. When I asked her about the number of days, she said that another doctor would already look at me, because she was going on vacation from 05.08! It's convenient, though, to blame everything on someone else! I was the one who dropped Betadine only once, and she prescribed it to drip twice a day for 7 days! In short, God grant that such unfortunate doctors come across the same specialists on their way! I will definitely leave a review in the complaint book at the clinic. You can't ring people like that! The pain is hellish, the second day on painkillers after her treatment.
I will also leave a review about this surprisingly abnormal clinic with its same management, who came up with such a ridiculous way to undergo a professional examination.
So, I had to undergo a professional examination for the first time in this charade. The time of professional examination is strictly limited: 8.00-8.30 and 18.00-18.30. And you will not be accepted at any other time. And they won't even give you a ticket. And that would be half the trouble, but at this time there are just patients with coupons. Is that how it is? At the reception, the evil aunt said that coupons are not issued to those who have a professional examination. Like they do everything in a day. But how can you do it in a day with such a routine, and besides, the ECG result is only on Monday (and I took it on Thursday). On a paid basis, by the way. Now I'm writing a review, it's time for a professional examination (18.10), but the doctor takes coupons, and people still have coupons for 17.10. Here's a review. You can kick.
07.10.2024 I contacted my mother, who is 86 years old and she can barely walk with two sticks, and in the clinic I drive in a wheelchair through the corridors to an oncologist (in the direction) to take cytology to establish or refute the diagnosis of basal cell carcinoma. I have never known such a cynical, indifferent and boorish reception. They didn't take the analysis, they said they were only consulting, it was impossible to say a word. The doctor scolded in a dissatisfied and rude tone for unknown reasons, threw the piece of paper and were free. The whole reception did not take even 3 minutes. The haste and speed are simply cosmic. It's just a shame for such doctors. Why go into a profession if you're not even in the mood to help people. They left the office as if they had been spat on.
ON 10/30.24, I CAME FOR A DRESSING AFTER BEING DISCHARGED FROM THE HOSPITAL FOR A JOINT REPLACEMENT AND WAS 1ST IN LINE.BUT I WAS STOPPED BY A QUESTION ABOUT THE HOSPITAL. PENSIONERS WITHOUT THIS DOCUMENT ARE ON A GENERAL WAITING LIST, ON CRUTCHES, WITH A POSTOPERATIVE WOUND. AND THERE ARE MORE THAN 40 PEOPLE IN THE QUEUE. AND THIS IS AT LEAST 5 HOURS OF WAITING.The rude tone of the staff left no doubt that I would be sent further. In the reception room of the heads.the doctors agreed with the traumatologist's decision and offered to lie down somewhere. Pensioners have spent material and their place on .....Any work can be done. Or not??? In hospitals, surgeons perform wonderful operations, and polycl. They don't help. I wish you to go through the pain, misery and humiliation.
I would put 0, and that's a lot for them. It has been attached for a year now, and they still haven't got a card after numerous requests. The gynecologist, specifically Serko, is an unbearable woman. Every trip to her is a whole test. In addition, I go to the pre-medical office for help every day, because of the large flow of people, I did not get an appointment. The doctor spoke clearly today. Who needs to leave work and come earlier, if you can't get in anyway, I can't help, there's no one else to work. It is a pity that the child could not have time to apply to the university, just because he did not have time to pass a medical examination, patients share identical situations in the queue. I had to go to a paid clinic.
I would like to express my opinion about the closure of the hospital , I had to drink a course of antibiotics for another 3 days , they closed the hospital and told me I could drink and go to work. It is clear that with an antibiotic there will be no complaints, the point is different. It doesn 't matter at all . There are people who work on weekends. But you're already healthy, you've just been discharged like that once. With a cough , a week later she came with a sore throat . This applies to general practitioners and the head too . Although I was on sick leave for 10 days , it is permissible without a medical commission for up to 14 days !
I want to leave a thank you here, koypish Anna therapist. Very responsive. A competent specialist. And the most important thing is proper treatment. Our clinic is very beautiful, spacious, lovely young specialists who will consult. No problem to take a ticket, sign up. Come even + - 2 minutes you will always be accepted, thank you and just as low cried, he went to the chief physician for such medical staff, thank you. Have a great job and a good mood. Just go ahead, and most importantly, don't get sick.
There is a live queue to the traumatologist, sit for at least 3 hours at any time of the day, whenever you come. Or even more. The queue at the pre-hospital to attach for more than two hours. This is despite the fact that I arrived half an hour before the start of the appointment. If you don't have a cold, but something a little more unusual, then you will look for a doctor yourself, they don't know anything at the reception and just redirect back and forth through the offices until you find a competent person (there are probably only a few left)
Excellent clinic, keeps up with the times, special thanks to the neurology doctors and the optometrist. Very qualified. I hope the management will make an effort and save the footage! The renovation of the foyer has pleased me this year, I hope that the clinic will continue to flourish!
We are serviced here. Problems often arise from scratch, then information will not be entered into the computer, then the card will be lost, then the forms are not like that, the staff has no desire to help, you can sit in line for an hour and find out that you are not here, you can achieve something, but you need to make a scandal for this, and when you are sick, so there is no strength.
I would like to thank Elena Leonidovna Zayats gynecologist for her professionalism and attentive attitude to my problem. She conducted comprehensive examinations and prescribed optimal treatment for me, which gave excellent results.
With her care and explanations of each step of treatment, Elena Leonidovna helped me feel in safe hands throughout the entire course of treatment.
Thank you, Elena Leonidovna, for your warmth, understanding and effective treatment. Now I will only address you.
After the repair, the clinic looks much more comfortable and, thanks to the electronic queue, they are quickly accepted, relative to other clinics. I want to express my gratitude to the therapist Annalyevai Mahri Rovshenovna, who treats the reception with understanding and sensitivity, it is clear that she does not care about people, is very attentive and clearly explains about the course of treatment.
after the repair, the polyclinic became so cozy -friendly faces everywhere - many young specialists work under the guidance of Myslivchik such professionals as Evdokimovich VV Chernukhina T And Makarov S And Plotnikova V N- and young- RogovaOS Petrik VV -Klutskaya AYU Maruk OV Belskaya NA Homik OS Polyanskayak- the list can go on-Thank you Natalia Yakovlevna for the good organization of work - we voted for you and will continue to vote -Happiness and health to all employees of the polyclinic - their relatives and friends as well as patients With respect Zoya Nikolaevna
It is crowded, even in the summer, but the clear, well-coordinated work of doctors, the regulated operation of digital displays makes you happy for the capital's medicine!
I do not visit this institution so often, but in recent visits I was shocked, the bathrooms are in a disgusting state (there is no light in the stall) rusty water flows from the tap, the staff specifically on the ground floor (reception and card ordering) are extremely rude and allow for some reason to raise their voice, there are also questions about treatment.
I would like to thank general practitioner Olga Vasilyevna Danilik. She seemed to me to be a very attentive and competent specialist and, on the whole, just a good person.Thank you very much.
To get through to the registry of this medical institution, you need to have strong and steely nerves. There are huge queues for several hours, the "hospital" is opened only if you have a fever. And so, in principle, the situation is the same as in many polyclinics in our country.
Somehow it happened that all the doctors I met here were adequate and friendly. No one was rude to me, they tried to help me. Grandma 85l is also treated with respect and understanding by everyone. Among the disadvantages are the frequent breakdown of the elevator (it's hard for Grandma), a therapist who cares about your "troubles" if you're not dying (although it feels like even then he won't care) and a lack of staff. And so the hall was renovated. Nicely. It is easy and fast enough to sign up for paid services. All three pregnancies were treated very well by all specialists.
Today, on July 14, at 12.45 pm, I began to do darsenval in physiotherapy room 214. The nurse told me to do the procedure on MY OWN, i.e. to drive the device along the wrist area of my right hand (the condition after the operation, the stitches did not heal much). When I refused, saying that I couldn't, I just didn't know how to do it, she put the device to my seams with such anger and ran it over them that tears flowed from the pain. You can understand a person who has not encountered this and has no idea how to do the procedure correctly. This is equivalent to her being put at the piano and told to play, what's so difficult about it. When she saw my tears, she softened a little. This is what we do in practice: do you come to the procedure and have to do it yourself? I want to note that there were no people in the office.
I got a bruised toe on Sunday. Since they don't work, I went to the 4th hospital. They took a picture, said it was a crack. I refused the cast, because they said it was not strictly necessary, but recommended. On Monday, I went to 21 clinics, thinking that I still needed a cast, my finger was very sore. There are good girls at the registration, they explained everything and suggested it, since it was the first time I visited them. I went to the traumatologist, sat there for several hours, I go in... and then all the negativity falls out on me. First of all, I was immediately attacked: "where is your cast? If there is no plaster, then why did you come here, it means you don't hurt anything" despite the fact that I gave a certificate from the doctor of the 4th hospital. The doctor examined my leg and says there is not even swelling, although it is obvious there. Then I was sent back to the picture, where the picture showed that I do not have any crack, but there is swelling ... I do not understand where the crack disappeared in 1 day, but okay. after I asked for at least an exemption from sports (I have a gym membership that will just burn out). The doctor begins to "rub in" that sports and physical activity are needed, I was shocked, to put it mildly ... at the same time, in the sheet with his recommendations, he writes "load limitation"!!!!
Disgusting! We left work in the morning, came for a professional examination, and did not get to any specialist doctor. The surgeon is sent from office to office or sent to some closed storerooms, the neurologist simply gives out that there is no reception, although the time is set! Thank you at least we were able to pass the tests
There are 21 polyclinics, it works together with 5 hospitals, after renovation, there are many useful paid services, surprisingly normal attitude from the registry and doctors.
The worst polyclinic in Minsk. Not a single competent specialist. It is high time to close such institutions and make medicine officially paid, and most importantly, get rid of non-cash doctors who sit out hours until retirement.
The clinic as a whole is not bad, there are adequate doctors. The one star I set (it's a pity that you can't put half or zero!!!) - to the ophthalmologist Naumovich T.F. With external intelligence - absolute unprofessionalism and deplorable results! I was observed by her for a week (the first time the doctor said that the disease was in the initial stage), I carefully followed all the instructions - the eye hurt more and more. She came a week later, told me everything in DETAIL, asked for (!) a stronger medicine. The doctor said that I was healthy, I should cancel all medications altogether. I was very surprised and asked twice if she was sure, and what awaits me next, because the pain has increased even with medications in a week! She repeated that I was healthy. In general, my complaints (and there were a lot of them, just a cry for help! I also have a profession that requires working at a computer, I said that too, but this week I did not go to work) they were accepted indifferently. She also indifferently repeated that she COULDN'T SEE ANYTHING (even in the mirror, my burst blood vessels and red eye are visible to the naked eye!) I canceled the medications on her prescription. By the evening of the same day that I visited her, the eye is all red-beautiful and hurts so much that I want to hold it with my hands! Just a cry from the soul!!! It's an outrage!!! I've seen unprofessionalism, but I've never encountered such a level of it!(((
My first comment at the age of 22 was positive, I compared it with the service in another clinic. Initially, I met young and active doctors in 21 clinics, and the doctors tried to be conservative and slow (which was annoying, but not annoying).
As of the age of 24, my impression has changed in a negative way. I get sick infrequently (in my opinion) and the last two times with a cold, I sat for more than two hours only in line.
Previously, I was very happy that I could get service at any time, but now there is an increasingly frequent shift change or a recommendation to "come to another shift tomorrow."
In general, I do not recommend it because of the long service.
I would like to express my gratitude to Olga Vyacheslavovna Vankovich, an ophthalmologist. She turned with acute pain. I examined it very carefully, the communication is so good-natured that I did not even expect it. In general, I avoided the clinic, before this visit there was only a negative. I wish there were more such doctors. Thank you so much for your help and attention!
I am very grateful to surgeon Neymetdzhanov, who works very competently. Such doctors need to raise their salaries so that they do not leave our clinic!!!
After the renovation, it blossomed) I would like more coupons for paid services. Ultrasound of the female organs and breast is extremely difficult to do without indications, if desired, ..."an appointment for six months in advance", a paid form could help, but there are very few places there either.
I would like to thank the administration and staff of 21 polyclinics for the action "Open Day for elderly Patients" held on 29.09.2023 on the eve of the International Day of Elderly People, 1.10.2023.
29.09 all doctors received elderly people without coupons on a first-come, first-served basis. Everything was organized, without special queues, and friendly. I was able to visit an ENT doctor and an optometrist, whose advice I really needed, due to the aggravation of my diseases. Many thanks to ENT doctor Denisenkova A.V. and optometrist Naumovich T.F. who were very attentive and friendly to my problems and prescribed the drugs I needed. I would really like such actions to be held more often, at least once every half a year.
With respect and gratitude, Galina Petrovna, 78 years old
Plus, in this clinic, there are many specialists, minus that half of them are not! You will have a ticket, and the doctor will want to drink tea and you will just sit and wait for 30 minutes (this is about an Otolaryngologist)! The surgeon (traumatologist) always has a queue of 3-4 hours!
I go on sick leave 1 time a year and then I can't get cured properly, because the therapist Danilik O.V. takes over my site, who doesn't care how a person feels-sick or healthy, not to mention that it's generally a problem to write out a prescription (you need to ask other doctors). We treat ourselves at our discretion-as best we can! It's a pity we can't give out sick leave ourselves, because it's not clear why such doctors are needed?
Coupons are not issued on the phone in the morning, they simply turn off the reception desk, calling in the evening, the registrar replied that you need to come for a coupon, it is interesting to know how long ago these rules were introduced, is the guide about innovations?
The worst place in the whole world. Doctors absolutely don't care about you from all sides, no matter how you look. They lost my card, and did not even engage in a normal search for it, thank God an adequate head doctor, the staff working at the registry are not people, do not expect help from them at all. I came to the office 1 minute later, they told me that they no longer accept, but in fact the person was in uniform, and there were also certificates on the table, and clearly she wasn't going anywhere, and I was the last, so I didn't get into 116 successfully. I put one star, because this is not only my cry of the soul, but also absolutely every person who has ever appeared there.
Polyclinic as a polyclinic. Not great, but everything is quite passable. It's a pity that they removed the online order and receipt of permanent recipes at the reception. Now I have to walk and sit in line every two months. However, there are days when everything passes pretty quickly.
Great appreciation for the work of doctors. In this work, 50% is filling out different pieces of paper. Sometimes people get lost behind the paperwork.
I have one question. Why. They came up with it . Coupons for a certain time . When the doctor is unable to take it on time . We could put a regular terminal on the floor . But no, you need to get up at 7 a.m. in order to get the ticket that will fit most into your schedule. You choose a convenient time for yourself to have time to do the rest of your business , taking into account transport . You drive 30 minutes to the uz , arriving in advance so as not to be late , and you were accepted exactly on time , because you have more than 5 days of classes to sit in line. But no , why follow the rules that were invented by the administration of the polyclinic , we will give coupons only for the time that remains , and still not take them at the appointed time . In a word , negligence .
The card was lost 4 times last year )
To get through 20 m is the minimum
It 's not really possible to get to the doctor at all , I came and explained that there are problems with my ear and I can 't hear anything , they said at the reception come in a week , that this is not an urgent case
I would like to express my deep gratitude to the therapist Annalyevai Mahri Rovshenovnai for an accurate diagnosis at home (hip fracture)without any pictures. Since the ambulance doctors who arrived and the ambulance hospital itself did not allow the diagnosis until the last moment.
Thank you very much.
There are a lot of shortcomings in the work of management and staff. In general, the organization of the reception is very lame. In particular, what I had to face was an appointment with a traumatologist. I'll attach a photo of the queue. With a localized problem, we have been going to the doctors for half a year, they cannot diagnose and prescribe treatment. Everything is sad.
