The choice of products is large
There are all product groups
There is a pandemonium of cars in front of the entrance
The prices are average in the city, the only convenience is that you can find everything you want)
There is an ATM, cash withdrawal from Russian cards with a small commission
Prices on the market are more expensive than you just take from the locals or even in a cafe, you should go to the market only for something specific, and souvenirs, tea, chacha, wine are more expensive there
They cheat a lot, for example, bralipirozhki allegedly with meat, it turned out not to be quite simple fried dough , everything needs to be rechecked, then bananas for 200 r kg are not appropriate for them, in general, prices are mostly like in Moscow
The market is like in Soviet times, it's cool on the 2nd floor, stuffy downstairs.
A large selection of souvenirs, flowers, etc., in short, everything can be bought there ...
Parking is difficult, everything is clogged with cars. There is one-way traffic on the streets adjacent to the market, and there are no signs, thanks to the locals. It is better to visit on foot.
We were in the summer of 2023, a large selection of fruits, there is a shop with sausages and cheeses, great fresh juice from tangerines. They took away a lot of positive impressions.
Parking for free is a problem - wherever you get up, "vests" run - in Abkhazia it's just some kind of trouble :) There are a lot of things on the market, prices are more or less lower than in Gudauta, but higher than in Halle (that's where the super market is!) You can easily get lost. Good cheese, honey, meat are in the building on the second floor.
A large selection of products. We bought tangerines and lemons for the new year. You can always negotiate a price. The best time to shop is in the morning from 7 o'clock. There are a lot of people later.
Very good object))) it doesn't work completely on Monday. Prices are cheaper than in stores, but you need to go to choose. It is easy to get from any part of the city by public transport.
The market is like a market, you can't pass, you can't pass, just like 30 years ago, everything can be found from vegetables and products. Parking is a difficult case, but it is possible.
We were in the month of September: and these are feijoa, tangerines, peaches, grapes, hazelnuts. Amazing spices. So beautiful, bright, delicious! Abkhazia is amazing!
The market is like a market , there are a lot of people like everywhere else ..cheap lemons and tangerines..everything is fresh and especially on the second floor of belyasha
The best market in Abkhazia. Everyone is friendly, there is a huge selection of everything. There are plenty of grocery stores around. The prices are good.
This is a market, but with a national flavor.
You can come and just eat for free, pretending that you're just trying, and drink too, but you can't do that, it's not fair
You can buy everything! I didn't quite figure out how the food and clothing rows stand, as for me, so all together) Prices are cheaper than in stores, the range is larger. Don't be lazy, visit this place!
They sell fine cheese on the second floor, you can try and bargain everywhere. Also, there at the trading place 9 Susanna sells very tasty and high-quality homemade wine and chacha. On the ground floor, I liked to buy local vegetables and fruits from grandmothers who sell on metal counters, not in shops. Everything is very tasty and fresh
The market is big. Lots of fruits and vegetables, spices. According to the season, berries, tangerines, persimmons, cherries, etc. Meat, fish. Everything is quite fresh. There are also clothes.
If someone wants to plunge into the atmosphere of the 90s in the most trashy sense, this is the place for you.Mud, if it rains, then you will walk ankle-deep in water, products are traded all day without cooling (sausages, cheeses), we eventually threw everything away. The pavilions, the building, have not been repaired since the Soviet era. Prices are not lower than in stores. There is no point in going and buying something there.
In this market you can buy alcohol, cigarettes and some of the things. With food, as in the whole of Abkhazia, you need to be very careful, you can get very poisoned or get an upset stomach for the whole vacation. That's what happened to us!
The market is very big.You can find everything you need.Prices are basically the same as everywhere else, but you can also bargain! The range of souvenirs is very rich.
It's a cool place, with a bit of authenticity. A large selection of local products: spices, dried fruits, nuts, preserves and sauces.
Souvenirs, of course, too)
Five stars are not for the fact that this market is modern and cool, but because it dips back into the 90s. There you can buy a lot of good and cheap things from Turkey, there you can buy those things from Russia that you just can't find in Abkhazia. (For me personally, these were Glo sticks). And of course, a delicious snack.
It's a very busy place, you can find anything, but my dears, the prices there are sky-high. If you buy something, then either from trusted, normal sellers, or it's better to buy in a regular store, because due to the large flow of tourists, prices have also risen several times
Sukhumi market. It's a delight where you can find everything you want from crabs and various preparations of barabula, cheese tea and all sorts of delicious dishes. The prices are adequate .
You know, the place looks like an old market, like in the USSR.Yes, everything is simple there, no frills.Souvenirs and goodies. It's nice to plunge into this world with its own movement and features.Mentally, we may be wrong, but we went there with pleasure. One thing has slightly adjusted that fish and meat should be bought early in the morning, right at the opening hours, otherwise there is nothing left.
It's a good place, we bought souvenirs here. We found everything we wanted . There are a lot of different tents where you can find everything. The only thing is that you can get lost a little bit, because it's big. And the tents are scattered. That is, there may be sweets next to the fish )
In general, everything is good, products for every taste

A place, apparently, for those who miss the 90s:
From charges for parking on a simple street, to jostling in the rows. You are instantly immersed in the chaos and atmosphere of "petrasha".
Dubious impressions...
St. Petersburg's hay market in the 90s. Thanks, I took a dip. It's just nostalgia. I bought Ajika at the same time. I recommend you to visit. Very authentic and effective
In this market there are local grandparents with their goods. I recommend buying from them, supporting them.
The prices are not small, but for local pensioners this is almost the only income, because their pension is 500 rubles, plus a 5000 subsidy from Russia.
I think that, being in Sukhum, not visiting the market is a crime! It is very colorful and atmospheric. Cheeses, meat, spices, sweets... And the smells?! At least once, but you have to come in.
