We were on an excursion to Grodno and stayed at this hotel. For this price, everything is very good. Friendly reception staff, quick check-in. The rooms are clean and comfortable in temperature. The bed is comfortable, the linen is not washed. In the bathroom there was gel and a shower cap, soap and shampoo. The lack of a hair dryer was a little disappointing. Also, a sofa with outdated upholstery and an armchair did not quite fit into the interior of the room. Breakfast was provided in the morning. Everything is modest, but quite tasty. The location from the center is 5-7 minutes by taxi. The prices for it in Grodno are quite affordable.

A very good hotel for its stars. It is located close to transport and shopping centers, which have everything you need. She lived in a single room, which has a bed, sofa, desk, chair, TV, tea table, kettle, bedside table. The bathroom has a bathtub, sink, toilet, hairdryer, detergents and a dental kit. There is a cooler with hot and cold water on the floor. My window overlooked the roadway, but there was no noise from the road when the window was open. In the morning there was breakfast at the hotel restaurant. In our tour, breakfast was served in this particular hotel, but the breakfasts are good and hearty. I was on an organized tour of Belarus, and this is the best hotel among all the hotels we stayed in.

We stayed in a standard 2-bed room.
Initially, they gave the keys on the 4th floor. Everything was clean and tidy. The atmosphere inside is pleasant. There was a refrigerator, a TV, probes, gels and shampoos, soap, shower caps 👍👌Towels.
But in the bathtub, as soon as I went in, I saw water on the floor behind the toilet side. Apparently, the pipe was leaking.
We contacted the reception and were kindly changed to a room on the 6th floor.
Everything turned out well with the bathroom there. However, when I went to the shower in the evening, the shower itself did not turn on. I couldn't switch the switch from the faucet to the shower. Either he was stuck, or something. But the fact is that I washed the old-fashioned way with a toothbrush mug😅😐
They did not change the room already because they literally checked in for one day.
But please make the shower more comfortable. So that it can be switched without any difficulty. And don't suffer. Thank you.

A great hotel. Very friendly staff, helped to solve the problem with the charger to the phone, suggested the sights of the city. Everything is clean and tidy. The curtains are thick, the bed is comfortable - everything you need to get a good night's sleep for a tourist. There is a restaurant in the hotel building. The friendly staff also works there. The location is quite convenient in the "new" part of the city. Nearby, within walking distance, various shops and shopping centers.
The rooms are clean, the beds are not broken, the mattresses are soft. They give out three towels per person (but their quality is not very good), gel soap and shampoo. There is no hair dryer. A TV with local channels, but the refrigerator was not working. They promised to fix it, but apparently after the eviction 🙂

I think it is very inconvenient that you cannot drive up to the hotel with suitcases , you have to drag them up the stairs and lift them . It was extremely uncomfortable for us girls.

Good: the room is normal, clean enough, I liked the cooler in the hall with cool and hot (I don't know how hot - they didn't use it) water. The bathroom has a bathtub, not a shower. There is a TV, refrigerator, kettle. The staff is helpful. The elevator "talks" in Belarusian in a very funny way - it announces the floors.
Badly: THERE is NO AIR CONDITIONING, although the hotel is positioned in 3*! It was 31°C on the day of arrival! We slept with the window open facing the avenue. It's good that it's not Patriots (Muscovites will understand, but there was noise.) Difficult access to the entrance: either you pay 6 r/s for parking and enter conveniently from the back of the hotel, or drag suitcases up 3 stairs. 🙈 The Internet is weak. They offered to go down to the first floor in the hall, "get in touch", and then go back up to the room. 🥴 The cafe is open until 17, we arrived at 18... 🤷

A very good combination of price and quality. The room has everything you need. The wish is that it is better to clean the room before settling in new tenants. When we stopped by, we inherited a pair of men's socks drying on the crossbar from the bathroom curtain. Breakfast was not taken, so I cannot comment on it. The center can be reached on foot in 35-40 minutes along a not very picturesque road interspersed with industrial buildings. It didn't bother us, because we like to walk.
The staff is friendly and helps you navigate the city.

A wonderful hotel. The location is wonderful. The center is 5 stops away by public transport. A huge city mall, which has both groceries and things with shoes for every taste, is a 10-15-minute walk away; across the street is a fairly large Euroopt grocery store. But, unfortunately, there are no air conditioners. And I didn't like the breakfasts, of which only glazed cheeses and cottage cheese are edible. But maybe it was just bad luck.

The Tourist Hotel in Grodno left me with a twofold impression. On the one hand, I liked the location of the hotel – it is located in the city center, which makes access to the main attractions very convenient. I was also pleased that the room was clean and cozy, with the necessary amenities.
However, I was somewhat annoyed by the noise from the neighbors, as the walls in the room turned out to be quite thin. In addition, the breakfast at the hotel was quite modest and not varied.
In general, the Tourist Hotel in Grodno is a good option for a short stay in the city, but it may be worth looking for other options if you expect a high level of comfort and service.

Do not expect a suite, but for my taste - a decent 3. The room is clean, there is a TV, hairdryer, refrigerator. The continental breakfast is very good. If you need a place to stay overnight and accumulate strength for a new march, it is quite acceptable. It takes literally 15-20 minutes to get to the city center without transfers by trolleybus with such memorable "impenetrable" composters from childhood (I can be a little wrong, I looked around, not at the clock))) We stayed as part of an excursion tour, so there are no complaints at all. I would especially like to mention the responsive and attentive staff! It's always ++++. So it's almost a 4 grade

We spontaneously decided to go to Grodno for the weekend and faced the fact that all the hotels in the center were booked. Only the Luxury rooms in this hotel were available, so we decided not to cancel the trip and stay at the Tourist hotel.
The room itself is spacious, bright, the room has a TV, air conditioning, refrigerator, kettle, microwave, lots of dishes. The furniture doesn't seem to be old, not worn out, but the bed creaked very much in our room, at the slightest turn during sleep there was a strong creaking and it made it very difficult to sleep. The bathroom in the room was large, the bathroom had all the necessary toiletries, a hairdryer, 4 towels per person, bathrobes, slippers. Towels were changed every day. There was Wi-Fi in the room, but it worked very poorly, sometimes it was impossible to access the Internet at all.
There is paid parking in the courtyard of the hotel.
Breakfast was served in the cafe at the hotel, but on the day of our departure we came for breakfast, and there was a sign on the door of the cafe that there was a sanitary day in the cafe and no one would serve us breakfast. Was it really impossible to put up an announcement in advance at the reception or in the elevator that the cafe would not work? We expected to have breakfast quickly and go home, but we also had to look for a cafe at 9 a.m. where we could have a snack, because we did not want to go hungry to Minsk at all.

We had portioned breakfasts (group travel), like all food in Belarus - simple, sound and satisfying. A large shopping mall with Zara and similar brands is a 10-minute walk from the hotel.

A very good hotel, we stayed in a three-bed two-room junior suite. The room has an entrance hall, two rooms and a large bathroom. Parking, a suitcase on the stairs from the parking place, dirt in the room, extremely ill-thought-out furniture arrangement. for example, the TV is on the refrigerator next to the sofa. To watch TV, you need to get up from the sofa and stand in front of it, or sit on the only chair. There is one bedside table near the double bed. The toilet is installed askew in the bathtub, and even so foolishly.
Very hard mattress, scoop linen. You need to insert the blanket into the duvet cover yourself.
It's sad here, not cozy, dusty, too minimalistic.

- the service in the restaurant is tin. On May 30, 2024, 11 a.m., there are 3 of us in a completely empty hall. Order: 2 scrambled eggs + coffee, cheesecake + juice. there was no coffee until they reminded me, they waited even longer for the juice, they ate everything a long time ago. There is no waiter in the hall either. Don't ask for the bill, don't mention the coffee
- I was puzzled by the question of the room service "do you need cleaning?" What do you mean? is this not automatically implied when staying in a suite? in reality, cleaning is limited to garbage removal, you need to ask for towels to be replaced. even the one that lies on the floor is not changed, it seems, as it should be. From May 26 to May 30, it's not that they didn't change the linen, they never made the beds and, it seems, they didn't go into the rooms beyond the bathroom.
at the same time, it was very inexpensive and solved specifically our problem - families with a teenage child in the hot season, when there is a problem with the rooms. but, to be honest, the shoals are offensive and incomprehensible.

I lived in a Standard single room, but despite this, the room had everything I needed. Large bed, sofa, TV, refrigerator, small bathroom.
The renovation in the hotel itself is fresh and pleasant. The room shows that it is shabby, but it does not cause much negativity. Everything is quite neat.
Of the disadvantages:
Maybe it's only in my room, but there were absolutely not enough outlets. There were only two in the opposite corner of the room from the bed. Extremely inconvenient.
And it may also be possible to reconfigure the operation of elevators. There are three small good elevators in the hotel, but they work alone. If one goes somewhere, the others don't move. When checking in a large number of people, you will have to wait long enough for your turn, even if there are free elevators.

You expect such repairs when you come to your grandmother's apartment with a Soviet renovation, but not to a three-star hotel - the crane is in a raid and something else stuck, which is exactly what they were afraid to look at. The curtain in the bathroom has already turned from white to yellow, there are brown spots on the tile, brown mounting foam sticks out from under the platbands on the door (?). There is a refrigerator, but it does not freeze, it only makes noise. There is a kettle, there are slippers, there is no hair dryer. The bed linen is clean and fresh, the curtains are thick, there is no air conditioning. The pipes are humming - when the water is turned on in the next room, it seems to be in yours; all the sounds in the corridor are audible, but it doesn't seem to be because of the wall, or we had good quiet neighbors. I didn't like the breakfast - the omelet was gray and it seemed to have a smell, only instant coffee, juice and brewed coffee - for an additional fee. Wi-Fi is weak. The staff is friendly and friendly, although the plastic passport cover was broken during registration. There was a cooler on the floor, there was always water in the bottle. The trouble with elevators is that only one of the three is working at the same time, the other two are standing at this time, because of this, there may be a queue on the floor. Чисто, аккуратно, неплохой ремонт. В номере современный телевизор, хоть и горизонт, большой холодильник, чайник, даже одноразовые тапочки, сейфа правда нет. Но есть и минусы. Могло быть и дешевле. Розетки вываливаются, в туалете течет вода, не вай фая, утром не было воды в куллере. Персонал не отличается вежливостью.

Отличная гостиница, просторные номера. Чисто и аккуратно. Останавливалась на 3 дня, уборку в номере делали каждодневно. В номерах есть бесплатный wi-fi, телевизор, холодильник, широкие и удобные кровати. Гостеприимный и общительный персонал на ресепшене, что нужно подскажут и расскажут. Несколько вариантов завтраков, есть обеды. Отличное расположение, недалеко от центра.
