It is located opposite the Gubernskaya Hotel, on a pedestrian street. Cozy Italian-style design, great unobtrusive music. Very nice serving of dishes, fast service by attentive waitresses. It turned out that we decided to have a snack with a large company at 22 o'clock, and another cafe refused us because of the time. We went to the Uno, and the girls served 9 dishes in 15 minutes, and the amount turned out to be very reasonable. Pizza with shrimp and zucchini 5 stars!

A wonderful place in Mogilev! Everything is harmonious here! Starting from the greeting of the polite staff and management, the cozy interior to the quality of cooking, the combination of ingredients in them and insanely delicious desserts with an original presentation! And these new items in the seasons! This is a separate topic and I'm in a hurry to try the special menu)) Everything is clear, tactful, and comfortable. When I lived in Mogilev, I was shocked by this institution, constant meetings with friends were only there.
But unfortunately I was faced with such an unpleasant situation that the desire to return there again and recommend this place disappeared)
Dear people who will read reviews if you plan to surprise your loved one, for example, to wish him a happy birthday)
Know that in this institution this promotion is valid from 100 rubles in the receipt)))))
If a person has scored 40 rubles, he will not be congratulated by the staff, with a piece of dessert and a candle)
I wrote to Yandex.Direct in advance, booked a table for a friend, explained what I needed from them)
And she didn't indicate anywhere that I needed dessert for her for FREE.
I was ready to pay for it.
To which I was answered (a day later and my new message) - "yes, yes, we will do everything" there was no clarification that this was being done from 100 rubles in the receipt))))
On the day when the birthday girl came, they poured into my instagram "we congratulate in this way from 100p" what was the problem with voicing this to me earlier?
There would be two outcomes:1. I pay for dessert in advance
2. I just choose another institution
as a result: spoiled mood, disgusting communication with the client)))
Well, the final disappointment in the institution. So, your customer orientation is 0

We stopped by here at lunch on the weekend. We ordered two pizzas and a pasta carbonara. Delivery in a matter of minutes. The wood-fired pizza is simply magical. It's big and delicious. Carbonara is beyond praise. The output of the dishes is respected. The products are laid without regret. Tastier than in Italy. Next weekend, we'll go with the kids again. I came in with my family 2 times, once in the spring I didn't like it at all, salad with glass tomatoes, pasta - just overcooked pasta with a strange sauce, pizza burnt and not tasty... I discussed it with friends who like it there, they said that you need to give the institution a second chance, I didn't go there all summer, and so I went for lunch on the weekend. Nothing has changed, neither pasta nor pizza. We took another salad, with tuna, it was better, but not much more. The toilet is not cleaned. As a public one. The only thing about the service was that everything was good and fast. Don't set foot there anymore. I don't understand what people are eating there. A pleasant evening was marred by dish hair and a failed service. It was decided to reinforce the end of the six-month separation from my friend, from memory, with a good pizza in a very pleasant place. They don't greet you at the entrance, they don't help you with your outerwear, they don't greet you until you go to the makeshift reception, they don't say goodbye. They show with all their appearance that they are doing you a huge favor with their antiservice. The only ray of light there is a cute waiter girl with dark hair and big eyes, perhaps a newcomer in terms of confusion, but a great fellow in terms of service and empathy for the guest. But after a couple of bites, an incident was discovered in the plate. Further actions of the staff only further buried the reputation of this institution. We called our lovely waiter, she was confused and just blurted out, "I'll check in the kitchen now," which I'll clarify if this is an original seasoning for the dish?) After handing over the information, the hall manager didn't even bother to come up right away, apparently she was so ashamed, and she sent a nice girl back to us with a discount offer. When asked what discount she was talking about, our sweet girl acted as an intermediary again, and went to the manager hiding among the plants of the entrance group. When they finally approached us, there were no apologies, clarifying questions simply put us in a stupor: "We offered you a 30% discount, what else do you want?" well, probably at least pizza without hair on the plates, and not a discount for pizza with hair) "well, he's not in your dough" oh, yes, not in the dough, but under the pizza, well then, it's okay, let's continue to eat your original dishes with a frenzied appetite. Agreeing to a replacement, she added: "Well, you'll pay for the pizza!" and nervously took the plates, of course, after this incident, the staff began to whisper, we were ignored, and after a while another waiter with a dismissive face pointedly casually threw us the bill along with the pizza, immediately leaving, the chefs with such they stared at us with their faces, our pizza was on the counter for a long time, they made it smaller and it was bland and tasteless, I wouldn't be surprised if they spat on the plate. There is only one name left from Neapolitan, low-quality products. And our original waiter was very nice, and even at the end, when she returned to us with the change, she kept her face and acted completely within the framework of the service, not fitting in with the rest of the team. The place has lost all its original charm. After sharing this sad story with friends in the evening, they replied that they had more than once encountered a lack of service and rudeness on the part of the staff at the establishment, and that the establishment closes if there are no guests in the hall long before closing. It doesn't seem like a specific concept. I hope the higher-ups will pay attention and something will change, unless of course they are already unaware and just turn a blind eye, as is often the case. And before that, there really was almost the best pizzeria in the city, both in terms of pizza quality and service. Very sorry. Minus one establishment. I don't recommend it.

A gorgeous place in Mogilev. I love Neapolitan pizza, and it's great that now you can eat good classic pizza in Mogilev.

Today we tried a seasonal novelty - pasta with chanterelles and caviar: very tasty, an excellent combination, I advise everyone!
I am glad that the wine appeared, at first it was not, today I tried my favorite Pinot Grigio variety - very worthy here.
P.S. I am waiting for the delivery to appear, I will order pizza every week)

The restaurant is excellent in terms of food. But in terms of the maintenance staff, it's just terrible. Both the waiters and the receptionist in the hall are extremely unpleasant. They stare at each other and discuss it all the time. The desire to eat disappears immediately. There were no napkins on the table, flies flew and midges landed on the food...they forgot about the desserts until they themselves were reminded, although the hall was empty and there were not many customers.

08/02/2024 in the afternoon, they called to book a table for 19:00 for three people. They said on the phone that two tables were booked for 17:30 and when these guests leave, they will call me. As weird as possible, but okay. As a result, at 19:10 we arrive at the cafe, we are told that the reservation turns out to be for two of us. But still, we were seated at 19:14. After a couple of minutes, the guests were seated at the next table and the menu was immediately brought to them. We're just sitting here for now. After 15 minutes, they asked for the menu themselves. 35 minutes after we landed, a girl finally came up to take the order. Moreover, she passed by 20 times during this time. By the way, the guests at the next table, who came later than us, were already enjoying their dishes.
The mood was ruined. I just wanted to leave, but I would have to look for a long time for an institution with empty seats on Friday evening.
After such a service, we are unlikely to return to this institution, but it's a pity.
2 stars just for the fact that the pizzeria was once a favorite.

They came, stripped off their outerwear, the hanger was full. Okay, we hung up our outerwear in half with grief. After dinner, we came to get dressed, and our jackets are WET AND DIRTY! Why did I come in clean and have to leave in dirty?!
I did not immediately leave a negative review, I wrote to Yandex.Direct to sort out the situation. I waited a day for an answer, the director called and I listened for 15 minutes that they were allowed to work without a wardrobe and that they were not responsible for things. So, can you not undress, eat right in your outerwear?! To which the director replied to me, should I stand at the hanger and hang clothes for each guest?
When asked how we would solve it, they asked "what would you do in my place?", how do I know? Then why are you in the director's place?!
The mood and all the opinions about this place are completely ruined.... We won't come back anymore

The only thing worse is my scrambled eggs. I bought chorizo. I decided to just compare it.No salt, no spices. It is dry, burnt, lean, tasteless and has a lot of cheese, looks like after a fire and even tastes like coal. I thought they took the dough from the pita bread from the store.
