For its price, the hotel is normal, I put 4 stars for breakfast. Breakfast disappointed us a little, a lot of sweets and pastries, I wanted more dairy products. Main menu meals, Asian and European cuisine.
We visited here as a group of three people, came to a webinar, and spent two nights at the hotel. We were met at the airport, immediately escorted to the hotel, there were ten minutes of registration and escorted to the room, helped with luggage. The rooms are clean, well lit, fresh linens, spacious enough. The breakfast is hearty, the attitude towards the guests is excellent.
The hotel does not pull for 4 arrivals in any way, the service of this hotel is solid 2. The staff are not customer-oriented, they do everything possible not to raise their "fifth" point once again. It is elementary to print the boarding pass, they send it to do it themselves, a stand-alone computer and a printer, which after 10 minutes of attempts turns out to be non-working, as a result, they offer to send the boarding pass to the post office and print it at the reception, the question is why can't you do it right away? Next, the situation with the umbrella, we rented a room for 2 people, we were going to go for a walk, we were asked for a second umbrella, to which we were told that there were none, and only 1 umbrella was put on the room, although there were umbrellas at the reception, when asked about them, they replied that these were the umbrellas of the guests, as a result, after a short perplexity on our part They gave us those "guest umbrellas"
The only advantage of this hotel is room cleaning
Unfortunately, I was not a guest of the hotel itself, but I was in the hotel restaurant almost daily. Lunch and dinner, repeatedly, was on top! The service is at the highest level! I am from Russia, and I enjoyed trying dishes of national cuisine. 5 points out of 5 !!!
The name of the hotel perfectly characterizes it. As they say, whatever you call a ship, it will sail. I have been working for a foreign company for 5 years. I always choose this hotel. Time-tested. I like everything from the staff to the furniture

Poor service, price does not match the quality, design from the 90s
Room service is on the level. The room has a hairdryer, bathrobes, safe, kettle, mini bar, refrigerator, air conditioning, TV with Russian channels. The price includes breakfast and sauna access. The restaurant has a varied menu, the food is delicious, but the waiters are not quick enough.
