Not a bad hotel, it really lives up to its name - it was really cozy.
A good option is to stay there during a business trip, i.e. 1-3 nights.
But nevertheless, this is definitely not 4 stars, only 3 stars can be given from the scale, everything else is exactly lower.
The room was poorly cleaned: towels with stains, most of the bathroom accessories were not brought, I had to go with them myself.
The safe was closed and it was not possible to use it.
The breakfast is classic, the food is not bad, but nothing outstanding.
In no case, just don't think that I'm swearing - this is really a good hotel, but not for 4 stars, not even nearby.

A really cozy hotel, hidden from the noisy streets, in the courtyards of houses. Breakfast with a large selection of dishes and drinks. I especially love the courtyard of the hotel, shrouded in green shrubs and trees, which sell a special romanticism of stay here.

Excellent organization of meetings and recreation. Comfortable and polite attitude, food has never been repeated-varied, healthy food, a huge range of dishes, no waiting tables. A huge number of staff are everywhere for high-quality and fast service. The staff is friendly and qualified. Well-chosen entertainment for the whole family. The territory is huge. Gorgeous. Everything is at the highest level. I also really liked the sauna. On my next business trip, I will definitely stay at this hotel.

It does not pull at 4 stars. More like three.
We can say that there is no Internet. It doesn't work at all after 18. I took off two points at once for this.
You can't sit down at breakfast forever. The breakfast itself is quite modest.
The rooms are not bad, though old-fashioned. They just constantly forgot to put water on, then add tea. The pillowcase tore on the first night from wear and tear.
There is a decent grocery store, pharmacy, exchanger and cafes nearby. The Arbat is two blocks away.

Hello! We stayed at this hotel while passing through. Convenient location near the city center. All the sights are in quick access. A pleasant impression of the service, the staff is very polite and attentive. We were pleased with the prices. The food is varied and decent. I will also note the presence of a sauna, a fitness room and a swimming pool. I would love to come back again.

I stayed at this hotel all the time. Recently, the service has deteriorated significantly. It is not possible to have breakfast in the morning. There are few tables, and those that are vacated are not cleaned. You have a choice either to have breakfast somewhere else, or to sit in a pile of garbage pushing leftovers away from other people, or even not alone. At the same time, the standing queue and the demands of the guests to at least remove the dirty plates after others are ignored.

Do you want to know Almaty? Do as we do. The Comfort hotel in the city center has a convenient location, good service from young polite guys. I always ask my accountant to book a room in Comfort. I don't like super duper, I like specifics. I recommend everything to my friends and acquaintances.

The hotel definitely does not pull at four stars. The Internet is slow, the furniture and furnishings are an explosion from the 90s.
All this, of course, is compensated by the low price and simply gorgeous location: Arbat is nearby, Mega shopping mall is just around the corner. If you need an overnight stay, the choice is excellent.
The staff is beyond praise.

Now the prices at the hotel are just great, I lived in a standard single room for 4 days. The service left the most pleasant impressions, there is everything not only for recreation, but also for work (even with streaming Internet, there were no problems during the teleconference).
