Beautiful, clean, pleasant rooms. But breakfast leaves much to be desired. For a 3-star hotel. And the room rate is 19700 per day, I think it's worth preparing a better breakfast. I didn't even eat fried cones with the cheapest fried sausages. I also did not find a toothbrush and toothpaste in the room, the reception said that it was not allowed now because of the crisis. But the rent of the room has not dropped in price... In a word, the interior and cleanliness are what saved my attitude towards this hotel.

The driver on the transfer is just wonderful, met at the airport and brought him to the hotel. The interior is bright and pleasant, in a European style. The room has everything you need, there is everything within a kilometer of the hotel: shops, pizzeria, restaurants, etc. If you have a car, then you will feel just fine in the city. The table was shaky in the room, the interior of the restaurant does not match the theme of the kitchen. But these are really small things, but I liked it so much.

In my opinion, this is the best hotel in Almaty. We booked a room there, arrived and were already waiting for us there. This is a big plus since we were traveling with the children. Everything is very clean, beautiful, cleaned and prepared for the arrival of guests at any time. There are many restaurants and shopping centers within walking distance. The whole city is just in the palm of your hand as this hotel is located in the very center. Also a nice bonus is the provided meals and a buffet. I was very pleased with my stay at this hotel. We advise all visitors to stay at this hotel.

I went on another business trip, the employer booked a room for 4 days at this hotel, which I was pleasantly surprised by. The surrounding interior immediately caught my eye, the design is certainly on the level! I pay tribute to the additional services of the hotel, it was nice to spend time in a comfortable sauna after a hard day, as well as to restore my strength in a modernly equipped fitness center.
