I arrived recently on business. I decided to stay at this hotel. At the entrance, I was very politely and hospitably greeted by the staff. They explained everything to me and showed it to me. I was very pleased that the hotel has a fitness center, sauna and shuttle service. I have never used these services myself. On the last day of my stay, I checked out without any problems. The staff thanked me for staying at the hotel and escorted me to the exit. I advise everyone to visit this hotel!

An ordinary hotel, nothing special. I think that the cost of living is a little too high. The most ordinary breakfast. A standard buffet: eggs in all forms, porridge, there are really chopped vegetables. Coffee machine, tea. There is a muffin.

I came to the cities for work. I stayed at the hotel, which is located in the city center, very convenient location, you can easily get to the airport. The room was clean, the furniture was new. I went to the sauna (1 hour free of charge). I did not regret staying at this hotel, I will return here again the next time I arrive.

I flew to Almaty for work. I stayed at the Comfort Hotel. I liked that the hotel has a shuttle service and you do not need to think about how to get there after the flight. The hotel lives up to its name. I had a Standard room, small but very cozy. The service at the hotel is at a high level. They cook very tasty. After a 3-day stay, only positive emotions remained.

I was not impressed. Three-star service. The breakfast is standard. The managers at the reception are not qualified. For double occupancy, the service is as per person. The payment receipt for the accommodation was not issued.

The room itself was not bad, but the service was terrible, at the reception I asked why they accepted an order for breakfast in the room all for money, of course, they did not bring it, they did not warn me not to wait for breakfast and did not even apologize, pretended that they did not hear me, but there were 3-4 people at the counter.

They let us down, we booked a Suite with a very large bed and a folding sofa,with a scandal we were placed in another room, like a suite with a non-folding sofa and a bed for 2 of them....referring to the fact that in our booked room, some kind of person does not want to leave,(they booked 2 weeks before arrival!)we with bags and 2 children have to huddle in a room, for our money a suite. we dealt with this for 2 days, we were cleaned in 4 days-1 time.Dirty, hair, you can't interrogate water.The cleaning lady told me to go and buy a boor, the administrator is a boor!It's not a hassle, the cots were interrogated, at least they slept.This is the luxury!Deception
