Wonderful restaurant of Belarusian cuisine! I really liked everything — the cozy atmosphere, delicious dishes and excellent service. I especially recommend the shingles — a real classic, cooked with a soul. Homemade tinctures deserve special mention: alcohol is felt in them, but cranberries and horseradish ("Grandpa's treat") turned out to be especially tasty and well balanced. Top—level service - attentive and friendly staff. And the gorgeous view from the windows makes dinner even more enjoyable. A great place to get acquainted with the national cuisine and just have a good time.
Cafe "Cornflowers" in Minsk is a real shelter for all lovers of delicious and satisfying food! Here you can enjoy a variety of Belarusian cuisine, which is famous for its richness and natural ingredients.
If you are looking for a place where you can eat really decent and delicious food, Vasilki Cafe is a great choice! Let yourself enjoy the generosity of Belarusian cuisine in this wonderful corner of Minsk! 😊✨
In the institution "Cornflowers" it is pleasant to spend time thanks to excellent service and delicious food. The staff here is very friendly and ready to help, which creates an atmosphere of coziness and comfort. The menu pleases with a variety of cocktails and tinctures, as in all establishments of the chain, which makes this restaurant an excellent choice for lovers of good drinks.
The location in the mall has its pros and cons. On the one hand, it is convenient for a quick snack when arriving in Minsk or before leaving the city, due to the proximity to the railway and bus stations. On the other hand, the popularity of the establishment sometimes leads to waiting for a table — usually 5-10 minutes. However, the administrator is always ready to help and will quickly seat you at an empty table.
We visited Cornflowers for the second time, and, like the first time, we were satisfied with the quality of the food and service. We recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a good place for lunch or dinner in Minsk!
This place is in the very heart!🇧🇾❤️
incredibly delicious! very polite staff! great location!
I was satisfied and full!
there is a small nuance, a table in this institution cannot be reserved, so people have to stand in huge queues at the institution.
but, again, if you drive a couple of km away from the center and find other Cornflowers there, there will be no such problem!))
The atmosphere is cool, the location is very comfortable. The prices are very affordable, and the staff are well-versed in the menu and can give honest advice. The restaurant itself is very beautiful, I recommend sitting by the window - the view is wonderful. I can only mention the rather greasy food from the cons, but it's not critical, what kind of draniki can be, after all?)
We were in Minsk for the first time, I wanted to try the Belarusian cuisine. Cornflowers were just next to our hotel.A cozy interior, a varied menu, large portions, and a small price tag compared to Moscow. I liked everything, it was cooked quickly, the dishes were delicious and satisfying. The waiters are polite, they took into account all the wishes. We will definitely come to Minsk again and come to this place. Thank you, I recommend it.
There are only positive emotions from visiting this institution. When I visit Minsk, I try to visit Cornflowers. They cook well now, as they did 5 or more years ago. The prices are normal, the service is fast and friendly, the waiters are dressed in the "national folk" style. There are usually a lot of visitors, but we usually managed to grab a table)))) I advise you to visit either this particular restaurant or any other - there are several around the city.
A great place with a view of one of the most beautiful sights of the city "Gates of Minsk" near the train station, while waiting for the train I decided to eat.
The waiters are friendly and willingly suggested the menu, but there are many guests, the landing is full at all tables, they warned that waiting for hot food is up to forty minutes.
The seasonal menu was pleased with potato dumplings with chanterelles, I love these mushrooms. The dish turned out to be tender, without unnecessary spices, satisfying but revealing the taste of mushrooms, sour cream is a wonderful addition to them.
But peasant sausages with stewed sauerkraut are an excellent hearty breakfast, spicy and spicy. Natural chicken sausages are emphasized with cabbage, salted tomatoes, cranberries.
I really liked the restaurant of national Belarusian cuisine. Exceptional service, reasonable prices and delicious food. The location is in a shopping center near the railway and bus station, so it's a pleasure to pass the time while waiting!
Every time we visit the capital of our beloved Belarus, we definitely come to have lunch at Cornflowers. A very varied menu for any discerning visitor. And how delicious, there are no words. I will definitely come back when visiting the city. Thank you.
The restaurant of folk cuisine "Cornflowers" is a landmark of Minsk. a very popular restaurant chain among tourists. The restaurant is located in a very convenient location - the central railway station. Panoramic windows overlooking the Gates of Minsk. A huge hall - there is enough space for everyone. on weekends, the queue moves quickly.
The atmosphere is an antique hall, a lot of wood, large oak tables, benches, an improvised log house in the center of the restaurant, it is also another hall.
The musical accompaniment is a playlist of folk songs and songs from the Soviet era.
the uniform of the staff is also antique - linen shirts and blouses, wreaths of cornflowers, etc.
The kitchen includes all possible potato dishes (draniki, zepelin, machanka, goulash, etc.), many types of homemade sausages, dumplings and dumplings. we cook everything ourselves.
The favorite part of the menu is the bar menu, a large assortment of tinctures and liqueurs.
A great restaurant, I came during rush hour, but I found a cozy place, I liked the fast service, polite staff, I really liked the dishes, it was delicious. I recommend you to visit if you want to have a good and delicious lunch.
One of the best establishments, always delicious, always cozy and very friendly!
Food 10/10
Waiters 10/10
Hospitality 11/10
During my stay in Minsk, I visited this institution several times)
Excellent restaurant "Cornflowers" with a wonderful atmosphere. The pleasant, polite, friendly staff is always ready to help with the selection of dishes, and of course the atmosphere here is inviting. A wide variety of menus, delicious dishes with a beautiful presentation, cool interior and unobtrusive music. Reasonable prices allow you to make a wider choice. There are all possible potato dishes, many types of homemade sausages, dumplings and dumplings. they cook everything themselves. In general, we liked it, I will visit this institution on occasion. Thank you all very much.
A well-known and popular restaurant chain in Minsk. We visit them often. This restaurant is located on the 3rd floor of the Galileo shopping center. The chill was a little thick, but it was for an amateur. Roast pork - respect! Sandwiches 👍 I gave four stars for the refrigerator, otherwise everything is fine, as always in Cornflowers. And, by the way, when accepting the order, they said that the wait for hot dishes was 50 minutes, in the end they waited for 30 minutes. Respect to the chefs and waiters.
Excellent restaurant of traditional Belarusian cuisine!
Stunning view of the forecourt.
There are many people who want to book a table in advance. Or stand in line for 20 minutes.
The staff is very polite and friendly. As always, the cuisine and drinks are excellent!!!
We visited the Cornflowers restaurant in the Galileo shopping center in Minsk. We had dinner with a friendly group while waiting for the train to Moscow.
I note this institution exclusively on the positive side, and that's why:
The waiting time is minimal, the table and dishes are clean. There are enough seats for any company, there are a lot of waiters, and everyone is prepared. We were served by Valentin, a pleasant and polite young man. The quality of the dishes is exceptionally excellent. I liked everything so much that it's hard to single out one thing. The portions are sufficient for an adult man. I will definitely come here again, and more than once!
12/28/2024My family and I had dinner in Cornflowers. We were served by the receptionist, EKATERINA, who served us very quickly, politely, and professionally, getting into our situation. Our friends were in a hurry to catch the train , which left in 30 minutes. All the ordered dishes were delivered on time, packed with themselves in the best possible way.And the dishes that were prepared for 35 minutes. We asked them to pack them for us and leave them until our return.Upon our return, a surprise awaited us.In addition to the elegantly packaged dish, our table was reserved for us, where we had dinner. It was very pleasant and unexpected.
Great, gorgeous, super! The food is delicious, the service is timely. Special thanks to the waiters. The price tag is very affordable. Communication is very good. I advise everyone to visit this cafe.
The Vasilki restaurant offers guests to immerse themselves in the atmosphere of Belarusian culture and culinary traditions. The interior of the restaurant is decorated in a rustic style, creating a cozy and homely feeling. The menu pleases with a variety of dishes of Belarusian cuisine, among which the kholodnik and potato baba stand out especially. Kholodnik, a refreshing beetroot-based soup, is ideal for summer days, and potato baba, a fragrant casserole of grated potatoes, is a hearty and delicious dish that is definitely worth a try.
The taste of the dishes meets expectations, and the portions are quite generous. The staff is polite and attentive, always ready to help with the selection and tell you about each dish. The prices in the restaurant are reasonable, which makes it accessible to different categories of visitors.
Cornflowers are ideal for relaxing family dinners, as well as for big holidays and friendly meetings. This place leaves positive impressions and becomes an excellent option for those who want to enjoy real Belarusian cuisine in a cozy atmosphere.
Very tasty cuisine, especially draniki. I also liked the new renovation, especially the wall decor, antique and well-lit, beautiful, it's obvious that not everyone will do this. The columns are also well made and the tiles on the floor are normal
Cornflowers is a chain cafe specializing in national cuisine. We were in the one located in the Galileo shopping center, next to the railway station. Convenient location for travelers. We were on Sunday evening, there were a lot of people, we barely found a place. It's been a very long time.... They carried the menu for a long time, waited a long time for the order to be accepted, then waited a long time for drinks and the food itself. The waiters are running around like crazy, it's a pity for them, but they can't cope, maybe the staff is too small. Now about the food. I liked the dumplings with cherries, but the Pancakes with mushrooms are not very good, maybe it's just not my dish. I tried the local beer. The lager is good, and the dark beer was brought warm ((( In general, summing up the visit, I want to say that this is a good place to have a snack if you have time, but I would not spend a romantic evening here.
We were in Minsk for three days and went to lunch only at Cornflowers for three days. Wonderful cafe. We always tried different dishes. Everything is very tasty. I don't even know what I liked the most. The waiters are very polite and attentive. I advise everyone to visit this cafe.
We stopped before the train to Moscow. We ate to the brim, Everything is very tasty! Pancakes with a sponge are just yummy! You'll die) tinctures and beer are also delicious, But the only thing is that prices are not cheap for Belarus, the level of Moscow prices)
It's not clear why there's such a rush to this place. People are even queuing up to get there. The food, in principle, is normal, which is delicious, something is not very good. The desserts are really delicious. But, the whole impression was ruined by the service. The waitress ran around, did not have time to serve everyone, and therefore, almost throwing plates on the table, she quickly ran away, when she noticed that we had been waiting for the dish for more than 40 minutes, she realized that she had simply forgotten about us.And I'm not even sorry, nothing like that, I just ran back, threw a plate with a dish on the table and ran away. She forgot to write down one dish altogether and accused us of not ordering it. Although there are 4 of us, and everyone remembers that there was a conversation. As a result, the impression of this institution is spoiled.Everyone seems to have their own way, maybe someone doesn't care how they serve, but we won't go there anymore. One could be condescending to the waitress, understanding her workload. But when there's no excuse, no please, no careful serving of dishes, and they're also trying to make you feel guilty....
I recently visited the Cornflower restaurant near the railway station. The service was decent (we were met, escorted to a table, a menu). The order included a Cordon bleu chicken dish. Everything would be fine, but it was impossible to eat it!!! The undercooked meat and potato slices looked terrible. And I didn't want to eat them at all.
I've come to the conclusion that you're the only one who's good at draniki.
It's a shame to give a low grade myself. My wife and I visit the restaurants of this chain periodically every year, and we have always been satisfied. But this year we were unpleasantly surprised by the cuisine. That baked homemade dumplings, that the dumplings are over-dried and at the same time cold. Yes, the recipes are followed, but in this form it is edible on the verge. They would have understood if there was a full house, the heat was there, they forgot about the time, the waiters ran around. But the hall was only a third full. The waitresses work for show, apparently without experience, as if they are serving an assembly line. They throw menus, they don't pay attention, they look completely indifferent, the table is dirty, it's difficult to wipe. Unlike the guys from Hippo to Rokossovsky, the waiters there know their job. However, the kitchen also overexposes its dishes to a solid state. I hope this is not a star disease of a successful brand, but a temporary oversight. I wish the Cornflowers to remain at the top of the tourist gastronomy in the direction of national cuisine.
Recently, I was in Cornflowers!)
Honestly, my first acquaintance with the beautiful country of Belarus, and first of all, I wanted to get into the folk cuisine. I've been reading reviews for a long time.. I compared everything and went to try it)...
The restaurant was chosen in the shopping center, next to the train station..
The queue was huge, but the charming waiter landed it in a matter of minutes. He was very polite and helpful. For this, my individual five stars!)I chose beef pancakes. Well, I was very tempted by the photo!)But when the dish arrived... disappointment could probably be read on my face. I don't want to impose my opinion, I'll just attach a photo. And it's from the expectation of reality.))) A little meat was not enough))
It's a beautiful place, sometimes crowded, but this is due to the high traffic. It's nice to sit and look at the city from a height. It's always delicious, the staff is nice
A good place is located next to the central railway station and the bus station, so you can have a good meal and wait for your train or bus. Delicious, polite staff, but it seemed a little expensive to me!
It was the first place in Belarus that we visited after arriving in the country, waiting for our train. Convenient location near the train station, there were no problems with places. Delicious, affordable, the waiters are friendly and efficient enough :)
Good afternoon. We've heard a lot about this network. We were at the gallery and at this address. 1 time I thought I was unlucky with the location. The food is for 3, and the dinner is for 2, the waiters put you 6 at a table for 4, and 1 aunt is opposite at a large table.
Now this is the address. There is a queue and we are quietly launched, and then we enter and see the floor of the restaurant with empty tables. We sat down and waited for the waiter for 15 minutes, who runs back and forth, it is not clear why. We took the order. The dishes were brought and eaten. Then I go to the bathroom and see a picture of people standing around 5 tables with empty seats and they are told there are NO free seats, I looked at this picture and went. The most expensive place. The kitchen is weak (everything is cool). Maintenance on 1-------------.
It's a wonderful place. Delicious, very tasty. They cook fast, the staff is great. Draniki are like homemade. Definitely worth a visit to this wonderful place. 10 out of 10
We took goulash draniki, Polish draniki, solyanka, baked assorted dumplings. Everything was delicious, the portions were average. There was no big queue, the service was good. The waiter girl is fast.
The food is excellent, Belarusian and Russian cuisine, the service is fast and good, the staff is kind, the waiting time is about 10-20 minutes, the atmosphere is cozy, there are a lot of drinks
A very beautiful and delicious place! So authentic and calm. Delicious cuisine. We ate pancakes with bacon and sour cream and pancakes with goulash. Everything is very tasty! I was pleased with the service: we ordered some delicious pancakes with us on the road and on the train. Everything is well packed. It's even a pity that we didn't have time to sit there fully. But next time- with pleasure!
The location is great, very convenient for travelers, especially if you have a transfer and you want to have a quick lunch.
There were both weekends and weekdays, there are a lot of people on weekends, especially in the evening, sometimes there are problems finding a table, as there are a lot of people(
And so they always cook delicious, the portions are large, the price tag is acceptable, the only drawback is a very large number of people and a poor location of tables, but if you are lucky, you will be able to sit at a table with a panoramic view of Minsk and then the meal will be wonderful.
Convenient location near the train station. The draniki are wonderful, the service is excellent and the cuisine is generally delicious. This is despite the fact that the number of visitors is very large.
Great view from the window. It was prepared quickly, because we were in a hurry to get to the airport. The Cornflowers chain is delicious and relatively inexpensive. I advise you to visit when visiting Minsk.

The service is excellent, the food is delicious, we sat with the company, everyone is happy.
Special thanks to the waiter Vladimir, he served at the highest level, endured all our wishes and was positive all evening and joined in local jokes and jokes, in general, one of the best waiters for all my visits to restaurants!
A huge request to the manager to encourage Vladimir for his work👍👍👍
I really liked the Cornflowers. When people come to such places, they want to eat delicious food and have a good time. We were a family of 4 people. Food for 5 points. Service: I would like to see more efficient waiters. We Ordered A Salad. When the order was already brought to everyone, it turned out that there was no salad. We could have ordered something else. As a result, we sat waiting for the dish, which is not there. That's probably the only downside. We weren't upset. Special thanks to the chefs!
When I was here in the spring, I liked it. Although for some reason the locals did not praise him, but I probably missed the Belarusian cuisine and enjoyed it. Large, good portions, everything is delicious and well worth the price. I liked the service too.
Now, having visited again, I have to conclude that I was probably lucky last time. This time I didn't like it at all. Absolutely no service. Canteen level service. Of the three dishes ordered, two were not available (which turned out to be 15 minutes after the order). Everyone carries it for a VERY long time. It's simple for hours... Draft beer was not poured at all (cleaning the taps) - well, yes, when else to clean the taps if not in the evening when the guests were fully seated... Even the pancakes that I liked so much last time were not so well cooked this time at all - they were given some kind of tap water... In short, disappointed. I specially went here for the second time, because I really liked it in the spring, but alas... Apparently, as luck would have it here - what with the waiter, what with food /drinks... Sorry.
Restaurant as it is loudly said. A cafe or even a snack bar.
The locals all recommend this place where you can eat delicious Pancakes.
The pancakes are delicious, but it's better at home. There was no feeling that they were made of fresh potatoes.
The service in this cafe is at a very low level, we came with the children sat down at an empty table and waited long and hard for the menu to be brought. After I called the waiter in front of whom we sat down at the table after 10 minutes of waiting, he gave us the menu.
After another 10 minutes, we managed to complete the order. While waiting for the order, my children managed to look out all the windows (they really liked the view from the window), I was able to connect to the local Wi-Fi and even try to watch the news of my native country. We managed to count the number of people who were also sitting and waiting for the order, we managed to go to a not very good toilet. Well, finally, 40 minutes later, they brought me a hodgepodge. My children sat with hungry eyes and watched me eat it while waiting for pancakes. After another 20 minutes, the Pancakes were brought, the appetite was such that we ate them in just 3 minutes. And then again, waiting for the bill, the change is about 10 minutes.
Therefore, this is not a restaurant but a cafe that conscience does not allow to put more than one star. I do not recommend this place
Once back in Belarus, I immediately went to the famous Cornflowers for draniki. He invited his friends with him, having advertised this institution to them. In general, apart from draniki and coffee, nothing tasty could be found. Gravy with beef has an unpleasant smell, taste and consistency; mushroom gravy has no taste at all and both gravies are liquid, like water. Carp tastes like mud, and they didn't even try to remove the bones from this fillet. And so it is with everything: sausages, pancakes... Previously, I advised everyone who was going to go to Belarus to visit Cornflowers, but now I won't do it.
