On 27.05, at about 20:30, we wanted to have dinner with our family (with a small child) at this Cornflower restaurant. At the entrance, no one from the staff met us at all, the empty tables were not cleaned by the waiters, we stopped at the last UNTIDY table by the window and had to turn to the waiters 4 times ourselves to clean the table / bring the menu / take the order, to which each of the times we heard that YOUR waiter would approach you now, and when The waiter of this table came up to OUR REQUEST, we heard from her "I'll be there in a couple of minutes" and she disappeared again. We took the menu OURSELVES from the counter where the waiters punch the order, the dirty dishes from the previous guests were removed by the waiter guy as soon as we asked, but we had to wipe the table OURSELVES, we wanted to move to other tables that were vacating in the process, to which we heard that they had just magically become booked or saw the dissatisfied look of the waitress. It has been 35 minutes since we entered the restaurant, no one has accepted our order, the waiters turned the arrows on each other, we asked to invite the administrator to leave our complaint, the administrator Igor was polite, but this did not save the situation. Without waiting for the book of complaints and suggestions, we left naturally hungry and very disappointed with the service at this point of our favorite restaurant chain Cornflowers. We are regular guests of Cornflowers, we visited this point for the first and last time. Please, the higher management of the restaurant to understand the situation and restore order at this point in your network.

We came to Minsk for the weekend and naturally, on the recommendation of friends, we went to have lunch before the train at the Vasilki restaurant, since it was problematic to find a free table at lunchtime , but we were lucky not to wait long and after reviewing the menu, we ordered several dishes with my husband , there were no first courses of some soups and took what was hot , we chose we tried a complex dish and tinctures , the waiter brought the order quickly , we had a delicious meal . The dishes are hearty , the ingredients are clearly fresh .
Of course , the check came out over 3,000rubles for two people .

The waiter, a young guy with shaking hands, told them how tired they were here, and suggested which dishes they should not order because the meat was very tough. It's a disappointment.

Specifically, this restaurant of the Vasilki chain just disappointed. I give three points only for the interior and staff. If it wasn't for them, I would have put one on. The kitchen is terrible. On the first day I thought that, well, I was unlucky with the dish, something went wrong with the cook. The next day it was even worse. On the third day I went in again, gave the place a chance before leaving. No, it's an unsalted dish again, with a taste of bitterness, as if fried in rancid butter. I do not recommend it. There are other restaurants of this chain in the city, I have not encountered this there.

Then they served and calculated the next table, the guests for which came much later than us. Then we watched the scene of the showdown between the waiters, the dissatisfied speech of several guests. In the end, after an hour, our patience also broke. We demanded to change our waiter and pay attention to our table. In general, an hour and a half after our order, we finally managed to eat. By the way, the food did not cause any excitement. The main characteristic is satisfying.
