He gave my chick an hour of his time, but most importantly, he offered to pick it up and go out on his own. I have never met such doctors. There will be a lot of text and exclusively negative. This clinic for castration of a dog was recommended to us by friends, supposedly very good doctors and prices. The bells that something was wrong started with a phone call to the clinic, the administrator cannot provide any clear information "uh, I'm not a doctor, make an appointment," although I just wanted to clarify about the price of castration with cryptorchidism. I hoped (in vain) that such "administrators" had nothing to do with the competence and professionalism of the surgeon who would perform the operation and made an appointment anyway.
When taking tests before castration, I asked the price of castration with cryptorchid 2 times from the administrator. Who should I ask for the price if not from him? Come up with it yourself? The administrator had never heard of the concept of "cryptorchid" (very strangely, as if it were her job to advise visitors) and called a veterinarian. The long suffering was called 250 rubles for the entire operation. I checked several times because the price was higher in other clinics. As a result, they said the same price, 250 rubles. The administrator giggled when she found out what cryptorchid was (very professionally!)
The day of the operation. Nothing foreshadowed trouble. When the dog was taken away, the surgeon showed us the stitches and I wondered why there were 3 of them. Then at the moment I didn't even ask, because I was very worried about the condition of my beloved pet and wanted to take him home faster. We pick up the dog, come to pay and "420 rubles from you" :)
I am slightly at a loss why the price has increased x2, but for the same reason (the dog is still recovering from anesthesia and I wanted to bring him home as soon as possible) I do not specify anything and just pay.
At home, I already looked at the seams, I still couldn't rest why there were 3 of them. This is my first dog and I didn't know how it should be right or wrong, so I asked vet. the doctor we usually see from another clinic - is everything okay with the stitches. "The seams are terrible, sloppy and poorly sewn. Why there are 3 of them is unclear" - this is the answer I received.
When removing the stitches, I asked the surgeon why there were still 3 of them. "Yes, I cut it wrong at first, I mixed it up" HOW??? How is this even possible?! One extra incision due to the carelessness of the doctor! I don't know if it's a normal practice to "mix up", but I can't figure out how this could have happened in the first place.
When they already clarified with the administrator why they initially said one price, but as a result it was x2, they laughed and explained it by saying that the administrator girl only works on weekends and "oh haha, she probably took the price out of her head"

I highly do not recommend this clinic if you love your pet. If it were possible to put -100 stars, I would. The impressions were only negative. There is a complete misunderstanding where these would-be administrators were recruited and it simply does not fit into my head how such a doctor can perform operations.
I express my great gratitude to Galusa Evgenia! She knows her job thoroughly, is competent, scrupulous, she has no little things, is very attentive and sensitive. Each pet has an individual approach and a special attitude. The doctor is infinitely devoted to his work, who puts his soul into every ward! Isn't this an indicator of professionalism? With practical skills and methodological recommendations, she helped me go out and put a cat on 4 paws for me, which other doctors gave up and gave a life span of 1-2 weeks! Thank you very much.
I will never contact this clinic again. Even if she remains the last in the whole city. The price tag is unreasonably high, the administrator cannot even say the approximate amount before being placed in a hospital. Initially, 150 rubles were named, which later grew to 400. Did they take care of the pet? There are big doubts about something. They didn't even wash their ass properly before giving it to us. They took the tests, but I had to remind them about the results several times. Indeed, we did not give the go-ahead for them.
More humanity and competence will not hurt this office.
Oh yes, check your scales. A pet cannot lose 17% of its weight in 12 hours. After all, it is the weight that determines the dosage of the drugs that you are injecting! (Although do you enter it?)

During the IV, the cat has pulmonary edema! He's starting to choke! Then X-rays, oxygen, rescue attempts. After a few hours of oxygen, the pressure is high, the respiratory rate is high! They are re-sent for an X-ray - they show, they say, the swelling is less, go home. Here are 2 injections of furosemide. My son and I are in shock. The cat suffocates, claws from fear and lack of oxygen digs into the carrier... We were convinced that he would be breathing heavily, but he is stable... A couple of hours later, in terrible agony, our beloved cat died. According to the received indicators, it is clear that the cat has kidney problems... That's how a thoughtless IV killed a pet! Is that how it's possible? We have been in shock with our family all these days... There is a separate story about the calculation. Initially, one amount was counted, as a result, the price increased x2. Why can't we say that there are procedures that can exceed your budget? People go with their own budget. After refusing the procedure, the cost of the girl's words "100 rubles" was recalculated to 20 rubles.
It's terrible and unpleasant. If your pet is dear to you, think 100 times about whether it's worth going there and whether you can pay for everything they do.

Уже некоторое время посещаем эту ветклинику. Нравится, что нет толп хозяев с животными в коридоре, ждущих очереди. Нам особенно это удобно, с очень трусливым, но очень большим псом. Отзывчивые врачи и в тбщем хороший персонал
Замечательное место. Есть парковка. Специалист - Соболевская Анна - очень грамотно ответила на все интересующие вопросы, внимательно провела осмотр нашей собаки, сделала прививку.
По сравнению с другими клиниками в которых мы бывали раньше, значительно более внимательный подход к клиентам. Есть программа лояльности, обеспечивается получение скидки уже в первое посещение. Работает клиника и в выходные, что является дополнительным преимуществом. Удобно, что на месте есть зоомагазин, где можно порадовать питомца новой игрушкой или лакомством.

Лечение от балды, а если не помогает, то говорят, что проколим курс, не поможет, будем лечить ,от другой болезни.

Врач посмотрел и назначил лечение,от боли в горле. Не помогло.
Доктора противоречат друг другу. Один говорит одно, другой другое.
Поехали в другую клинику. Сразу поставили правильный диагноз, горло оказалась не причем.
Посмотрели диск с рентгеном который сделали в Вет Сити. Посмеялись, на диске ничего видно не было.Если сделать укол, то это в Вет Сити смогут, но не более. Стоимость услуг заоблочная и не соответствует качеству.
В общем раскручивают на деньги , но лечения ни какого.
Хорошая клиника с отзывчивыми врачами. Отдельную благодарность хочу выразить Галузе Евгении за ее профессионализм, компетентность и любовь к животным! Побольше бы таких специалистов!

Экстренно и очень тщательно осмотрели грызуна (крысу), сделали рентген, послушали, просветили, взвесили, подрезали зубки, в общем, всё по высшему разряду. Назначили лечение двумя медикаментами и одно лекарство (именно ветеринарное) даже можно было приобрести там же сразу на месте. Очень приятная и компетентная врач, спасибо ей большое!
Обращалась в клинику несколько раз с 2018 года. Один раз они действительно помогли, но потом после каждого визита оставалось ощущение, что меня раскручивают на деньги.
Недавнее посещение стало последней каплей. Сделали 5 рентгеновских снимков, записали на диск только 2. Когда попросила вернуть деньги, глав.врач послал меня, сославшись, что услуга оказана. Вот только я не просила о таком кол-ве снимков. Осталось чувство, что либо их неграмотно сделали, либо мною манипулировали, чтобы завысить счет. Через 1,5 недели прислали остальные снимки, когда они уже потеряли актуальность. Снимки оказались малоинформативными (обращалась к другим врачам).
После рентгена и консультации уходила с чувством, что болезнь кошки в запущенной стадии. Снимков не видела. В другой клинике врач опроверг это мнение. Показал на новом рентгене, что повреждения только в той лапе, на которую кошка хромала.
Помимо этого, меня отправили на процедуры в несколько сотен долларов, которые не подтвердили другие врачи из двух клиник. Я услышала, что они не нужны для постановки точного диагноза.
Лечение тоже не получила. Ушла с непониманием, как облегчить боль кошке. Пришлось ехать на следующий день в другую клинику, чтобы узнать, какое лекарство давать для обезболивания, пока делаю анализы.
Не увидела, что в этой клинике помогают животному в долгосрочной перспективе. В предыдущие визиты просила рассказать, как поддерживать кошку после тяжелого случая и подобрать правильное питание. К сожалению, ответа не получила. Хотя позже именно питание и поддерживающая терапия избавили кошку от проблем с желудком и улучшили качество ее жизни.
Я очень разочарована квалификацией врачей и отношением к клиентам глав.врача. Ухожу с ощущением, что они завышают цены и накручивают процедуры. Никому не могу рекомендовать туда обращаться.
Прдрбрала я тут как-то громадного помойного кота - пацана жестоко избили возле магазина, а в довершение окатили водой на морозе. Привезла в эту клинику. Перечень диагнозов: перелом позвонков, лопатки и рёбер, ХПН, уремический синдром, цистит, уретрит, простатит, энтерколит, гематома от удара на селезёнке, Благо, хоть без лишая обршлось... Благодаря докторам Алесе Кубышке и Жанне Галаш, девчатам-ассистентам Евгении, Ксении, Анне и Олесе, выходили эту огромную зверюгу, которая уже собралась к кошачьим праотцам. Спасибо за профессионализм, любовь к животным и доброжелательность.
Но, чувствую, бандита Мордика и его коронный рык запомнила вся клиника...
