The hotel is a solid four. Clean, cozy, quiet. We lived on the 4th floor. The breakfasts are delicious and varied. Near the metro, shopping center, embankment. P. S. When checking into the room, after plugging the kettle into the outlet, the electricity was cut off. They just changed our room at the reception. Super, thanks for taking care of the girl at the reception.

We came to Minsk with 2 overnight stays.
I was pleased with the accommodation, a very spacious room (we took a 2-room one), the same bathroom.
The area doesn't seem to be sleeping (near the shopping center), but it's very quiet at night.
I would like to note separately that we arrived by the morning train, went to the hotel around 12 p.m., thought about throwing things off. But we were immediately settled without any problems. You can eat at the shopping center. But they preferred to sleep off breakfast, I can't estimate it.

Nice hotel near the center. Nemiga metro station is within walking distance, near a supermarket in a shopping center. There is also Parking for cars. There are backtracks. The food is delicious and not expensive. There is a business lunch. There is no shoe spoon. A set of coffee, tea is over, they are in no hurry to replenish.

This is just an excellent hotel in terms of price-quality ratio. Just a great location, almost the center of the old city, everything is nearby, there are cinemas and fast food and restaurants and old streets where you can walk and have something to see. Very good delicious breakfasts, but monotonous. I lived for a week and the breakfast menu was the same all week. The hotel is very nice, Well furnished, cozy, clean, and has everything you need. It should be noted that the rooms do not have a refrigerator and a hair dryer. Everything else is just fine.

A 3-star hotel in the city center. On the plus side: we were settled before the scheduled time, up to 2 o'clock, spacious rooms, beautiful good-quality furniture. Of the cons: the water in the sink and bathtub goes badly, the toilet lid without an elevator, slippers and a bathrobe is not there, there is no refrigerator, water in the room is issued only on the first day, the rest is for a fee, the window in the roof is not closed with a curtain or blinds, accordingly it becomes quite light in the early morning, the choice of breakfast is not great.

Very conveniently located behind the shopping center Gallery. The standard room is quite large in size, but there is no refrigerator, no mini bar, but there are a lot of useless bedside tables with drawers that were all dusty! Cobwebs on the air conditioner, on the ceiling in the bathroom, dust in the closet, dirty carpet, in general, cleaning for two! Disposable slippers and bathrobes were not found, it turned out that they were only for the suite! You can still understand about bathrobes, but pinching penny slippers for guests is beyond the limit! Breakfast is also a C-grade. In general, I do not recommend it, of the advantages only the location!

Well, uh-oh... The hotel is so-so. My room was very tired. The wallpaper was falling off, the rocking chair was broken, the elastic band fell off when the window was opened... There were no slippers or bathrobes in the room (personally in mine). There was only soap and shampoo. The breakfasts are delicious.
On the last night, some guy started yelling. (There is no sound insulation in the hotel) Apparently he was fighting with someone... It was scary to listen to it. Well, it's normal.

A wonderful hotel, very cozy, small, stylish. The rooms are average, but very comfortable. Not all rooms have views. I didn't get the best view, on the wall of the next building. But I was almost not in the room, so it didn't upset me, but otherwise it was fine. Daily cleaning (garbage, dust, no more), water only at the settlement, then it will not be replenished. The location of the hotel is excellent, in the very center of Minsk. The two-room room is spacious, well furnished, with an excellent bathroom and bidet, but cold, and it lacks basic utensils: spoons, forks, plates, although there is a special mirrored sideboard for them. There is also no refrigerator in the room. We stayed in winter, and the ice windowsill served as a refrigerator for us. Breakfast is good for an unpretentious vacationer, there is little choice in the restaurant when ordering dinner, but they cook delicious.

Great hotel!!! The very center, everything is nearby. The rooms are very decent, the only drawback is there is no refrigerator. Breakfast included in the room rate is a buffet. The menu is decent, there are no porridges, but we didn't want them. And so cheese, sausages, milk, fruits, etc. Also had lunch once. I want to share the impressions of my sister, who recently came to visit me in Minsk and stayed at the cozy hotel On Zamkova in the very center of the city. She was pleasantly surprised by the high level of service. According to her, the staff seemed to her very responsive and friendly; she booked a standard single room, which had everything necessary for a comfortable stay – a wide bed, a bathroom, free Internet access, a TV, a small set of hygiene products, a safe for valuables. I really liked the hotel. The location is the very center, to the Svisloch embankment is about 100 m away. The staff at the reception is friendly and welcoming. The room is beautiful, the furniture is new, the Windows open. I liked the breakfast, I have everything I need. I asked to add the glaze once, because it was not enough for me (the time was 10 a.m., towards the end of breakfast), they cooked without any problems.
I'm taking off the star, because for 6 nights the linen has not been changed once, unfortunately (towels were changed regularly) and a couple of times the room was not cleaned (when we did not hang a sign asking to clean the room). The hotel is small, I honestly don't understand how there might not be enough time for this.
Otherwise, we are very satisfied, we will be happy to come again.

We lived in a suite, the room itself is awesome, even if you ride a bike, there is a problem with the staff, there are young ladies with security at the reception - as if I owed them, and for a long time. With cleaning, one of the disposable slippers or one of the foot towels periodically disappeared. Then, during breakfast, repairs were actively carried out in the restaurant - painting batteries and other joys. But the location of the hotel and the room itself more than compensated for all the negative nuances. Oh, and, yes, there are no mini-bar refrigerators in the hotel, from the word "absolutely".

Cockroaches were crawling in the room, the response to the appeal to the administration about "animals" in the room was "0"!!!
