Let's start with the pros: location. Everything. Minuses: old Furniture, there is no refrigerator in the rooms, water is complimentary when checking in once, it is unrealistic to close the door quietly from the outside. While I lived for 3 days, long black hair lay in the bathroom (for a remark, they said it was mine. I'm bald) I don't have slippers and a bathrobe (double two-room room 6000 per day). I do not recommend it.

The hotel is located on a small square, in the block of houses of old Minsk, actually in the backyard of the large shopping center "Gallery Minsk" and is sandwiched on both sides by roads with quite heavy traffic. It corresponds to 3 stars. There were no slippers at check-in, it's good that I brought my own. They were soapy, no complaints. Towels are available. The water is only welcome, upon check-in. There is only one toilet, you need to look for it yourself. The refrigerator in the room is not working.

Of the disadvantages, only the price, well, and hot water is a long time to wait.And yes, even slippers and bathrobes somehow passed us by.,
of the advantages:
-Very good location
-Free parking for guests
-Very nice bed linen and comfortable mattress
-Decent breakfast buffet
-Friendly and helpful staff
-And importantly, no one steamed the brain for any reason (like: you put the car in the wrong place., you left the room not at 11-00 but at 11-14, so you still have $ 70., we can only drink 2 cups of coffee., and then it ends and so on.)
Bottom line: a good average level is expensive, but it's not a shame to recommend it for living!
PS... don't lower the bar :)

I have stayed at this hotel more than once. A nice hotel in the very center of Minsk. All major attractions can be reached on foot. Nemiga metro station is a 5-minute walk away, no more. The room is cozy and spacious enough. In principle, there is everything you need: a TV with a large set of channels, a refrigerator-minibar, a good hair dryer in the bathroom, a large table, an armchair. There are a lot of lighting fixtures. The room is decorated in one pleasant style. Delicious coffee for breakfast, the breakfast itself (buffet) is very varied, almost for every taste.

Price = quality. But this hotel is just for the night, the furniture does not match the pictures on the booking (the color is different, the tulle and curtains are a little old already, there is visual wear in the bathtub, a little mold). Overall a good hotel in a great area, quiet location. Convenient check-in, Parking. Do not confuse it with another Victoria when choosing (there is a whole network of them). This confident 3 stars is no more, do not expect something wow. But the price for it is affordable and low.

In the first minutes of check-in, they asked to pay extra for the second resident, although the room was originally a double room, an additional fee for breakfast. If you wanted to give up breakfast, you can't! You must have breakfast, and if you don't want to have breakfast here, then don't have breakfast, but pay. OK, we paid. We go into the room, the wallpaper comes off, the condition of the room is at a confident 3rd. I'm going to take a shower, I'm looking for slippers. I don't find it. I go down to the reception-slippers are not included in the price. I ask you to sell the slippers-they are not for sale. I promise to give you 2 points in return. I go to the shower at my own risk barefoot and?... there is no hot water) after 10 minutes, the tap went barely warm! It's necessary to be awesome! The Hilton is 200 meters away, it costs 2 times more expensive, but damn it, cold water without disposable slippers is, in my opinion, too much!
If you have the opportunity, choose another hotel, or take a kettle with you, which by the way is not in the room, as well as a refrigerator and slippers. Oh yes, there are no dental bills, shampoo and gel in one tube for two Muzzles)

We arrived at this hotel on the advice of friends, but immediately realized that it was in vain. The only thing about this hotel is its "excellent" location. The room is battered, the audibility is terrible, the Internet does not work in fact, the TV shows one channel, there is not even a shoe spoon. It looks very much like a cheap hostel. We took a suite, the room is shabby, it's cold, there is 1 chair for 80 squares, a bathrobe for two, the water goes into the drains for a very long time, which is why the bathtub leaked, the Internet constantly falls off. We returned to the room once - the door was open, the maid did not close it.
I had to stay in Minsk for another half day, moved to another room, cheaper. There were no problems from the list above, it was warm, the Internet was working, the drains were in order.
The breakfasts are just there.

Excellent location and passable breakfasts.
There is no refrigerator in the room, respectively, and no bar. There is no cooler available. A bad drain at the sink (it was never fixed, although the application was left). The elevator to the 4th floor did not work. Cleaning comes down to changing towels and taking out the trash. The room is very dusty. Almost all the light bulbs do not work. Undoubtedly, for this price, you can find the best accommodation option.

I lived in room 401. The girl with glasses could not make a payment by card for a long time. First on the map of the world, then on the map of the Belarusian bank of the person I asked to help. She did not inform about the restart of the terminal for payment with the MIR card, which made it difficult to repay the debt in the future. I immediately warned that I needed 2 bills for accommodation and a transfer for accounting, without batting an eye, the girl with glasses punched one check and said that the hotel is allowed to make 2 bills for one punched check. I carried my luggage in my arms, it is not the duty of the guard to help carry luggage up the stairs when the elevator is not working. While taking a shower, the water did not go away and by the end of the procedure, the fullness of the water reached the knees, the toilet flushes poorly, the Internet worked intermittently for 15-20 minutes. I was forced to go down to the reception and make a complaint, after which, the same girl with glasses said that she could be a problem with the belchannel (she did not remember exactly the name of the Internet distribution company) and she could not do anything. During the eviction, another girl with long blond hair rather rudely refused my request for 2 accounts and practically kicked me out to the transfer, refusing to talk to me. I will not write about the shortest breakfast in hotels in Belarus, but I will not go to the Victoria on Zamkova Hotel anymore and I do not advise others

I've been there many times.The hotel is really tired.We need attachments.At night and all day, the air conditioner was almost not working at 31 degrees.They shrugged at requests to fix it, and the breakfast got worse.The water in the bathroom drained badly.The only thing that pleased me was the request to refund the money for the second night of stay, there were no problems.However, there is no money yet, it is already the third day!
