2 stars purely for the location, the furniture in the room and the spaciousness. These are all the advantages of this hotel. For such a price tag (7500 per night we gave away!) the attitude towards the guests is ugly: there are no slippers in the room, you need to pay extra for them, well, this is a disgrace, it's just that their cleaning consists solely of changing towels, that's all. There is no refrigerator. Dim lighting. Tired repair.

The location is right in the center. I ordered a room already when we were approaching Minsk, there was the last room - for the disabled, although we are not disabled, I decided to take it, it was strange of course in the toilet and shower, but for one night it is normal. The breakfast is good. The room is clean and large. Only now we arrived on Sunday evening and they promised us a baby bed, but they didn't give it to us, apparently they didn't find it, everyone is resting on Sunday.

We lived from 02.06. to 04.06.2023, very good location, excellent spacious rooms. I was very disappointed with the breakfasts, at a price of about 1000 rubles (38 Belarusian!!!!) there were practically no hot dishes, charred chicken was probably reheated many times, as well as fried rice, omelette, rubber pancakes and that's it... Does this correspond to the declared value? everything is cold, even outwardly not edible. Dear restaurant managers, why is this attitude towards the guests? I regret that I did not call the manager or the cook, but only made a remark to the girl who was at the bar, she probably did not convey our indignation. I also had to take a photo. And you can't book a hotel without breakfast, but it's a pity that next time you'll have to look for another hotel.

We stayed at Zamkovaya for 3 days.
To be honest, I did not understand the enthusiastic reviews about this hotel... The rooms have been worth updating for a long time, everything is outdated. We were in room 212, it's time to clean the sofa (all stained). The room was poorly cleaned (someone's shorts and a book were in the bedside table) and was not prepared for check-in. Because there were two of us, it was prepared only for one person.
Among the advantages: the location and the breakfasts (they are really hearty and there is an assortment to choose from).

Nice cozy hotel within walking distance to Rakuvsky Brovar. There is a guarded parking lot next to the hotel. The room is spacious, TV, large comfortable bed, delicious breakfast.
One of the disadvantages is the absence of a refrigerator in the room. It was good that it was winter, and the "goodies" bought at the Komarovsky market spent the night comfortably at the open window.

- There is practically no cleaning. The whole cleaning is to replace the garbage bags in the buckets. Dust is not wiped or vacuumed. According to the rules of the hotel, the bed should be changed every 3 days, but they also forget
- Requests are generally ignored. The sink in the bathroom drained the water badly, I asked to clean it, nothing was done
- The breakfasts are varied at first glance. But in fact, a lot of things are stale, perhaps they put yesterday's leftovers. It is inconvenient that you cannot book accommodation without breakfast
- It was complimentary to have a 0.5 bottle of water, a tea bag and a coffee bag, they never added it again
- There are no refrigerators in the rooms
- There is no Wi-Fi
- There were no slippers in the room
-The TV just hung up a few minutes after turning on, it was never possible to watch it

the hotel is in a good location, the room is normal for such a price, I liked the breakfasts and the child of 5 years old. Water was left in our room every day (for 6 days of stay). In 2022 in Minsk, the choice fell on Zamkovaya (by the way, I did not see that she was Victoria anywhere). I chose for reasons of accessibility to the center, the availability of breakfast, and an adequate price.
Of the disadvantages, repairs in the rooms are no longer the first freshness, cold batteries and a heated towel rail, although a split heating system worked in the room, maybe for RB such batteries are the norm everywhere.
Now about the advantages: a very varied breakfast buffet with real food, and not yoghurts and sandwiches as it happens. Very convenient location of the hotel relative to the city center,
In general, solid 3 stars, I did not have any illusions, I was satisfied with the accommodation.

We were in March. We lived in a suite. When checking in, there were no curtains and tulle at all. The next day, only tulle was taken. We didn't get enough sleep at all. There were no toothbrushes or toothpaste. They were given only after a reminder. The kettle was also given after the reminder. The bedside tables were by the windows. It looks like they got up to install curtains on them, but they didn't push them back. It's cold in the room. The location of the hotel is excellent, but we will not go there anymore. A wonderful hotel. I stayed here for 1 night in a double suite for 7 thousand kopecks (Russian rubles). The room had 2 TVs, four armchairs, a sofa and a set of furniture (all kinds of cabinets). The bathtub is just huge, in addition to the toilet and faucet, there was a Jacuzzi and a foot washbasin (I don't remember the name). I was very pleased with the breakfast. It was just everything! Starting from cereals, sausages, omelets and pancakes, ending with 6 types of fresh juices, a refrigerator with dairy products, and fruits. I recommend everything)
