The interior of the hotel needs maintenance. Furthermore, they try to economize in everything, from lights to staff.
What upsets me more is the receptionists way of communication: they are not well-coming at all, I can say they are quite rude. At first we waited for more than an hour to check-in. After this long waiting time, the receptionist couldn’t find our booking, after a bit of struggle, she started to convince us that we have to pay more money: she said we booked breakfast only for one person, while in our voucher breakfast for two adults was paid.
Problem was in their accommodation office data. After solving all apparent problems we received keys from room and no apologizes for inconvenience.

- Very well laid out and furnished spacious suites; however, worst services in the Hotel.
- One Attendant at reception, sometimes you have to wait 30 minutes for your turn. Though they are very friendly and professional but its beyond their capacity. Likewise, room service not available in the Evening.
- No Iron and Iron Stand in the rooms. One per floor and you don't find it. What type of cost saving is this.
- Just average Breakfast menu. Though the waitresses are nice.
- Funny thing, Spa timings are from 8 to 11 AM. So that no one gets the time to use it in the morning hastle.
- And the cost is around 140 USD per night.

Spacious, comfortable and cozy rooms with high ceilings, plenty of various furniture and panoramic windows on the entire wall. Blackout curtains. Comfortable beds with snow-white linens. Bathrobes, slippers (it may be worth reminding the reception, but they gave us right away). We haven't been to breakfast. There was always a parking place for our car. A 5-minute drive by car to the shopping center there is a wonderful network cafe Cornflowers, we had breakfast there. By the way, there are also many interesting things for children and shops for adults.. Another shopping center is a 10-minute walk away - there is a food court, an ATM, a cinema and a grocery supermarket. The location of the hotel is excellent - 10-15 minutes by car to the very center. Yandex.Taxi works, but it is better to pay in cash.
We were here for the New Year holidays. After complaining about the noise from the corporate party the previous evening (12/29), the girls at the reception apologized for the inconvenience, and after returning from the tour to the room, we found a huge plate of fruit. Nice to meet you!
Another important point is that we had a difficult history due to the lack of rooms with 2 beds for teenage children for the entire period of stay at the time of booking. We consciously went for it, because we wanted to go to this hotel, but in fact we would have to transport the children from room to room 4 times in 5 nights. The administration was able to arrange everything so that we all had just one move from a family room to two standard rooms with one and two beds. A HUGE human thank you to all the employees involved in this story!!! We appreciated the Belarusian hospitality!🙏🏻
The only objective disadvantage of the hotel is that the new standard rooms (we had the 5th floor) for some reason do not have mini-fridges. Everything else is fine!
Minsk is a clean and beautiful city! Mirsky, Nesvizh Castle and Sula Ethnic Park were also very much liked! We will be glad to visit Belarus again, but in the summer.

I like the hotel. Located in the city center, it looks very modern, we have a room with two separate beds. The room is large, everything you need is there. Dental supplies should be requested at the reception, but we had our own. There were slippers in the room, a set of towels, liquid soap, shampoo. The bed linen is clean, the beds are comfortable (though they creak). The breakfasts are without frills, but everything you need is there. Delicious yogurt, cheese, smoked sausage, vegetables, porridges, eggs in various guises)).
Now about the nuances. There is no mini fridge in the room, although there is a place for it.
There is also no individual climate control, which is generally strange.
If you pay with a Russian Mir card, the price will be higher than when booking in the apps, due to the conversion rate. This needs to be taken into account.
Despite these nuances, I give 5 stars. The hotel fulfills its tasks, and everything else is already a personal wish :))

Overall, everything is fine. The room is large, equipped, and has a beautiful view from the window. The mattress is good, we got enough sleep. We were pleased with the breakfasts: delicious and varied. I'm reducing the score for the incident at check-in: we were put in a room where other guests lived. I had to go to the reception again with my suitcases and solve the problem.In the end, everything was settled, but the sediment remained. I also note the lack of hygiene kits (brush, paste) in the room. I had to go and ask at the front desk again.

A good hotel for short-term stays and business events.
It is located in a quiet location, within walking distance of a shopping center, restaurants. The rooms are spacious, the bed creaks a little, but in general everything was fine.
There is a wide range of breakfasts.
The congress center and the organization of events are at a good level. The dinners are like in a Soviet canteen - delicious and homey.

Great hotel! Clean, cozy, comfortable. The staff is 5 points out of 5. The maids are delicate, modest, super clean. The room has a full set: a comfortable bathrobe, slippers, several towels, a hotel care set in the bathroom, tea, coffee, a bottle of water (new every day), air conditioning.
The restaurant is well fed, the dishes are delicious from natural Belarusian products. There is also a SPA on the ground floor.
MIR cards are accepted for payment. You can withdraw Belarusian rubles in cash at an ATM at a good exchange rate. There is a shopping center with a grocery store nearby. The hotel has a business center, and there is a cafe where you can also have a delicious meal, inexpensive. For example, a 3-course lunch costs 10-12 rubles.
Transport accessibility is good. It is easy to get to the center of Minsk and other necessary places in the hospitable capital.
In general, this hotel has captured my heart. I recommend.

We had a rest at the spa, the place is good — clean, cozy, beautiful, they give us a bathrobe and towels at the entrance. The spa includes: a Jacuzzi pool, a hammam, a Finnish sauna, a font with cold water. Comfortable sun beds are also available to relax after spa treatments. There are separate changing rooms, showers, and a room for "celebrating." Cleaning in the spa area suffers a little, there is an obvious smell of fungus in the Turkish steam room, sediment in the pool, and food from the restaurant, especially the serving, when served in the room - the spoon was put directly on a table that was not clean without a napkin, there was no salt, the soup was fresh, clearly diluted with water, generally not at all tasty.

A wonderful hotel in an excellent location (although the whole of Belarus can be called a great location). Excellent service. Friendly staff. But there are nuances. There is a refrigerator in the room, but it does not work (although the girls at the reception will easily put what you bring them into the refrigerator compartment). But if you want cold champagne, then oh... there is a kettle in the room but there are no spoons to stir the sugar. There is also damage to the carpet and bathroom furniture. But guys...... the hospitality of Belarusians wherever you are is unprecedented. There is no such thing anywhere. Incredible people. Minsk is not only a hero city. But, the service 🤦🏻♀️ This is, of course, a tin. The restaurant administrator needs to either go to study, or just change his profession. Customer orientation is zero or even a minus. The restyk itself works until 22 hours (from 21:40 they do not accept orders, because "we have a banquet"). In Moscow, of course, they would have slapped their hands for such an approach to guests.
Carts are not left for food, so if you manage to wait for delivery (breakfast is delivered in the morning for more than an hour), the room will be littered with dishes - no one will think of taking it back. We were there for two days, there was no cleaning.
There is a menu in the room, but it does not say where to call for coffee and food on the inside. We call the reception with a request to switch - the dictation of the restaurant staff's cell numbers begins (kamon, gaiz, well, what a collective farm, make a common telephony!). We call there - the administrator tells us the number of the internal dialer, where "the waiter will take your order."
That is, with customer service, with all the advantages in the form of rooms and a fairly good spa - a complete, total collapse.
The bartender leaves for a "technical break", a phlegmatic lady at the reception with an expression of "you weren't standing here" reluctantly, after the third request, calls him to find out how long his break there will last.
This is not related to the guests. This position is completely different and, of course, it spoils the whole impression.
Although, to make elementary comfortable conditions for guests and teach the staff to be hospitable, or at least smile, and not bark into the phone, is the basis of the hotel business.

I am pleased with a good banquet hall, a conference room and ... a view from the window, so far that's all.

The rooms themselves are large. The headsets in the bathrooms have exhausted their resources.
The beds are comfortable. There was no refrigerator in the room. They forgot to put the water on.
The room was on the sunny side and from 5 a.m., extraneous noises in the form of clicks began to be heard from the street. It looks like a thermal deformation of the windows. At first I thought that the birds were sitting on the lights or flags were hanging on the facades and knocking from the wind, however, none of this happened.
Breakfasts have been better. They're not bad, but they're not worth the money they're asking for. I recommend that you check out the menu at the Hamptons from the Hilton in Brest.
There was a small swimming pool in the spa area, and it smelled decently of bleach. The gym is good, but it's worth putting up a simple horizontal bar. The hammam is very good - it warms up qualitatively.

Very spacious rooms, a huge window, we got a room with a stunning view of the park. A big bed! And a great mattress. A large bathtub, you can take it together. A big plus is that breakfast can be ordered in the room if you do not have time or are too lazy to go down to the restaurant, everything is delicious and beautifully decorated. In addition to the restaurant, there is a cafeteria-type cafe, the prices are affordable, and the food is delicious, the staff are friendly. We liked the location of the hotel, there are two large parks nearby, the Victory Museum is very close, a must-visit! The center is not far away, the bus stop is nearby, if by taxi, 10 minutes. The Main Minsk bike path (27 km) passes right by the hotel, crossing Minsk, for those who like bicycles, I also recommend it! There are also rental shops nearby. I just returned from Minsk, where I spent 4 wonderful days. The hotel is wonderful!the breakfasts are great, everything you need to eat, even watermelon and melon. The staff quickly fixed the malfunctions in the room, friendly and professional. I really liked the spa, I went every morning. Super massage therapists and cosmetologists Tatiana and Elena!!of course I will come back again. The center is 20 minutes away by electric bus. Nearby there is a huge Park of Drozdy and a bike path for everyone who wants a fast ride on 2 wheels. A shopping complex and a magnificent parish of the Holy Virgin with a swimming pool.They accept Mir cards and Yandex taxi and Uber work. WiFi is excellent.

But it seems that there is a tea set (coffee and tea bags, cream, sugar), but there was no spoon to stir it, the next day after cleaning, this set was not replenished with what was used (apparently, this is only a welcome set :), although a bottle of water was placed, even on this thank you). On the third day, there was no cleaning in the room at all, I returned at midnight after the tour, the garbage bags were still with the garbage, the towels left on the floor were still lying (apparently, cleaning is also only welcome :)) According to the bathroom set, it would be nice to put a lump of soap, not this liquid sticky soap that barely washes off, besides, one of the soap dispensers did not work, I had to remove the lid and pour :)) A complete discrepancy in the price of quality, four stars at the hotel are very doubtful for such a service.

A hotel for the fussy!
1. Rooms - we lived in a studio room - a nice comfortable room, normal design, furniture without flaws, there were two toilets.
2. Location - 10-15 minutes by taxi to the center, the metro is far away. The bus and trolleybus stop to the center is a 5-minute walk away. Next to the Arena City shopping center, there is a large GREEN supermarket.
3. Meals - we went to breakfast, it costs 40 bel rubles (1200 rubles). Rub) per person. The usual buffet with a standard set - there were no national dishes.
4. Cleaning the room - everything was not very good with this - everything was done at a minimum - only foot towels were changed, the sink and toilet were wiped, probably a little vacuumed. Glasses and glasses were not washed at all, dust was not wiped from the surfaces, and there was a lot of dust - cleaning upset.
The hotel saves light — in the elevator lobby and in the corridor, the light was turned on by movement and late, so it was often dark, as if the floor was not serviced at all.

Considering the level of the hotel, I would like to receive the appropriate service in the restaurant. The table was beautifully set, but some of the dishes were not fresh.... Leftovers from the previous corporate party, it seems.If it weren't for the cheerful colleagues, then the service and the music would be so-so. The waiters are not selected according to what criteria. Go to the Seventh Heaven restaurant and learn from the staff how to serve. I'm not giving an example of more reputable establishments. I really liked the hotel! We stayed for 1 night in a double superior room on the 10th floor. The room is spacious and well equipped! A comfortable mattress and pillows, there are all hygiene products, bathrobes, comfortable slippers. Very clean, the maid is friendly, helped to quickly resolve any issues. I liked dinner and breakfast at the restaurant. Everything is very tasty and satisfying. Not a very convenient faucet in the sink. From it, water trickles in a thin stream onto the opposite wall of the sink and splashes violently. It may need to be cleaned. Also, the disadvantages are weak noise insulation at the windows. Despite the low traffic intensity on the road, the noise from passing cars is quite audible. And there are still few parking spaces. It took a while to park in the courtyard of the hotel. But in general, we were very satisfied with the rest and will definitely come back. Thank you very much!

The rooms are wonderful. We have two rooms (single and two two-bed rooms), I read negative reviews before arrival, I was worried....but! We arrived at 9 a.m. and we were lucky, probably there were no people to check in. But the girl at the reception is really alone, no one helps her, and if you had at least 2-3 people to check in, there was a wait and not a small one.
Let go of the refrigerators, this is the most important disadvantage for us....how can I not bring lard from Belarus ??!? And if you take it, then where to store it???!!! While they were checking in, a woman came up and asked for her groceries from THEIR refrigerator...There are hundreds of people in the hotel, and if everyone asks for it .....This is A DISASTER!
CLEANING: upon arrival, there was no water in the two-bed room, I myself went up to the woman who cleaned our floor without giving out 2 pcs of water (as it should be) and went all the way to the end of the day and apologized that I forgot to put it on us!

We were on New Year's holidays in 2025. The room is generally not bad, the only disadvantage is the lack of a refrigerator, which is present in all the photos of the rooms. They asked a question and said that for two years now there have been no refrigerators in all rooms, they are purchasing. I don't understand why there are no refrigerators in a 4-star hotel when they are shown in the photo.
There's a woodlouse in the bathroom, and the socks of the previous tenants turned out to be under the bed - it becomes clear that it's easier for the staff to do their job than to do it.
We paid for a buffet breakfast once, and arrived first at 7 a.m. (before the tour!). Breakfast for two cost 90 rubles (more expensive than dinner in a restaurant), but there was nothing to eat right in the morning - everything was treasured, plastic eggs, and tasteless.
I do not recommend the hotel, the cost is high, the price does not match the quality.

A great hotel for its 4 stars. We took a family room (in fact, it's two twin rooms with a common door). We rested here for 5 days. The room is very large, cozy, the beds are comfortable, the Windows open for ventilation ... every day we replenished the supply of water and tea / coffee. Excellent dietary breakfasts, there are not many people in the hotel, good sound insulation. I liked the location of the hotel: it is close to the Mkad and to the center. There is a very beautiful Victory Park nearby. Well, the price/quality ratio meets expectations.

Well, the main disadvantage is the restaurant, old-fashioned and very tasteless dishes. I didn't go to breakfast, but I ordered a couple of salads with shrimp and some more from the menu, and something from the second one was very tasteless, then even my appetite disappeared for a couple of days because of such salads.

As for convenience:
"Ironing boards?" Why do they need them when you can arrange a quest to find an iron? Running around the floors is so much fun!
"Comfort?" Oh, yes, you definitely won't feel at home here. Just like in an old Soviet movie: "Sit and wait for someone to remember you."
If you want real hospitality, it's better to check into one of the private hotels in Minsk. They will love you the way you deserve to be loved, without having to sacrifice your comfort for the sake of "public service."

I want to share my pleasant impressions of staying at the Victoria Olympus Hotel, we lived with our family, we got a cozy room with a good view from the window and an interesting design, everything we needed was in the room. From 7 to 11 we went down for breakfast, the breakfasts were varied and delicious. Also, a pleasant bonus for us was the opportunity to visit the Finnish sauna from 8 to 11 in the morning without additional payment. The location of the hotel is quite good, near the embankment, you can walk if you wish, opposite a large shopping center, where there are many different shops and catering outlets. We had a great time, I recommend the hotel for accommodation!

- spacious and clean rooms
- comfortable beds
- bathrobes/slippers
- Free spa from 8 to 11 for residents.
Cons:
- completely unreasonably expensive breakfasts. 45 bel rubles per adult is too much for omelets and casseroles. Although they changed in some positions from day to day, but still too much.
- Soviet service in general.

I rarely write reviews, but I just wanted to! I'll start by checking in, I booked a hotel with parking! But there were no seats on arrival! They offered to park the university's car! While they were being processed, the place was vacated, hooray! But, the second surprise, it's paid! But there were no options, we paid! We settled in quickly and ahead of time, and that's the end of the benefits! There was very little light in the room, as in a cave, a couple of bulbs did not turn on at all, and there was no point in charging the phone at night, because if the light was off, then the sockets did not work, it was a nightmare! There is no refrigerator in the room, although there is a place for a refrigerator, but it was just taken out! The room has a double bed, the batteries are not regulated, there is a heater, but it is turned off for the winter! We got sick while we were at the hotel! I don't like cleaning rooms, so I can't leave any comments here! But the room was given a bottle of water per guest, and when I went to get water, they refused everywhere, because it turns out that water will be given only after 14 hours. Breakfast is generally normal, the same thing every day, nothing was added, but only reduced. We wanted to go in for lunch once, we went in, at that moment only 2 tables were occupied, we were escorted out of the door, they said that there would be a sooo long wait in the kitchen, even without knowing what we wanted to order. And that's all the fun for 80 thousand in 5 days! There has never been a worse hotel in my life! And the pathos!

The room is nice, we checked in very quickly. When we checked into the room, there was a bag of green, black tea, coffee, a serving of cream and 2 sachets of sugar, a bottle of 0.5 water. But only water will be added to you daily from this set! The kettle in the room is funny, but it worked (it didn't work for colleagues), there is no refrigerator in the room (there is a place for it, colleagues have the same thing in the rooms). There is shampoo, body lotion, and a shower cap in the bathroom, but there is no toothbrush or toothpaste, so this is a 4* hotel. Soap in dispensers with a terrible smell.
Slippers, bathrobe are available. The room has a TV, a safe, a hairdryer, which pleased with the power. Towels haven't been changed in a few days, there was no cleaning, just taking out the trash! The breakfasts are good! The decision is yours, but my opinion is that the 4* hotel is not up to it! The price for the rooms is high, but the service does not match it.

In general, it's not bad! The rooms are spacious, the bed is comfortable. There are many channels on TV. As in all hotels of this chain, they save a lot on small things. Super strongly dilute soap, just water at all. The poor condition of the plumbing (faucets should be changed long ago)! High-quality cleaning only after departure, during the stay - garbage was thrown out and water was supplied. In the evening, the hotel is dim, although the lobby is beautiful))) But almost all the lights in the corridor are off and so are the elevators. There are a lot of guests, why such super savings?! But in general, it is quite normal.

The hotel looks very decent until you get inside!The rooms are spacious but very cold!The service leaves much to be desired.The room was cleaned for 4 days, as a result, the maid came, changed two towels and threw out the trash, and that was the end of it!Dust on the bedside tables, dirty floors, and hand soap were not poured into the diffuser...They wrote a complaint, and there was zero reaction...The breakfast Buffet is one name, there is a very poor choice, the menu has not changed all week, hercules porridge with water and milk, fruits (pear and orange) they don't seem to cause an appetite, there was only lemon for tea twice and then it showed through (sliced 1mm) in general, it makes no sense to take this breakfast, it's easier to go to a nearby restaurant! The hotel is not cheap, but it is not worth the money at all, the price is very high!And most importantly:The hotel borders the cemetery, I think there is no point in continuing further)
