Nice hotel, spacious room, bathrobes.
There was no one at the reception upon arrival, we waited for about 15 minutes. There were only one slippers in the room, and they were given out without any problems upon request.

We stayed at Victoria Olympus as a family, took 2 rooms, two nights on October 10-12, 2024. The hotel, of course, does not pull at 4*, there are pros and cons.
Pros (rather, what corresponds to the norm): decent towels, their change according to the standard rule every day (what hangs - do not change, what is on the floor - change); free bottled water at 0.5 per person; good mattresses and pillows, beds do not creak, of normal quality; on demand (for a fee) they put a bed for a teenager, the quality is normal.
Cons: cleanliness of the room - for 4* there are outright joints (I saw someone else's hair in the bathroom, the plumbing does not shine, I washed the mirrors, cups and saucers, there were crumbs / plaque); in one room there was no refrigerator at all, in the second one there was, but it did not work (the purchased products were placed in the refrigerator at the reception which is not convenient at all); the restaurant has a tasteless interior (with artificial flowers and synthetic tablecloths); unfriendly staff; there is a normal amount of food on the buffet, but we did not like the assortment and taste (fried pollock, cutlets, potatoes)), although there were fried eggs, sliced sausage cheeses, a toaster with bread, in general, the breakfasts are tolerable, we did not stay hungry, but we did not enjoy it.
I think the price of the hotel is strong.overestimated,. His level does not pull at 8000+ per room in any way! Especially for Belarus.

I am vacationing in Minsk at the Victoria Olympus Hotel. A wonderful hotel! Nice big room. Excellent breakfasts. There is a gym, sauna, hammam, solarium. Excellent service everywhere, friendly staff.

I really, really hope that someone from the hotel management will read my review. Just the bottom, although I stopped earlier and everything was fine. It started with the fact that in the evening you just couldn't get through to the reception, I called three times, I went down to the bottom myself, and there the sweet lady giggled with someone at the bar, already minus the ball for service, then the shower - first of all, the crooked door (quibble, but still for such a price you want all the good things), secondly, the watering can from the shower - it does not work at all normally, everything flows in all directions somehow. The refrigerator doesn't work, but, okay, it's not listed on the website, although I would really like to have it in the room. But the lack of coolers with drinking water is too much. Personally, I don't have enough small bottle of water. It's a shame that there aren't even slippers in the room. In general, I am very disappointed in the choice of this hotel. I forgot to add that the rooms have tea, coffee, sugar, a kettle and cups, but no teaspoons: it is unclear how to stir sugar and coffee.

We visited this hotel from 3 to 4 May 2025.
Since we returned from Brest late, the child fell asleep. We checked in around 11 p.m. With the sleeping child, we waited 10-15 minutes for someone to come to the reception to check us in. It was very unexpected.
Our room was very spacious and large. The bed was gorgeous, large and with the necessary mattress softness.
We arrived late with our food, we wanted to have dinner, but there were no cutlery in the room, not even teaspoons.
The day before, we stayed in Brest at a hotel of this chain, and just in case, I took with me bath bottles, in particular, lump soap (I wash only with it), which for some reason was not in Olympus.
I really liked the hotel itself, it was clean and cozy.

I would say that the hotel is more like 3 stars.
The room is spacious. She lived on the 7th floor with a view of the temple.
The mattress and the floorboards are not the most comfortable.
The plumbing is tired - the watering can in the shower could be replaced - it splashes in all directions.
As many have already written, there was a kettle in the room, but there were no tea bags. A bottle of water was brought every day.
Breakfast is not a 4 star hotel. There was something to eat, but not just wow. The dishes were not signed…
It is better not to count on a spa here. Free access to the sauna until 11 am. And even if you are willing to pay, it is not a fact that there will be a record.
The location is very convenient - 10-15 minutes by taxi to the center. There is a public transport stop nearby.

The hotel is already tired. I was on a business trip, the first thing I didn't like, you can't order a late dinner, I had to settle for energy bars, although the arrival time at the hotel was 22-00.
The second cleaning of the room after the previous guests, bottled water in the room was drunk, body lotion in the bathroom remained used by the previous guests, as well as female hair on the bathroom floor.
The room's air conditioning is not regulated, the TV remote control with half-dead batteries, I had to look for the angle from which it works.
The order of food in the room was accepted, but in the morning they called and said they would bring it later than planned for 2 hours, if you are not satisfied, go yourself.
The windows don't close tightly and you can hear the noise of the road.
Please note that bath accessories must be requested at the reception.
In general, you can stay, but not for the money that they ask for a room.
And be careful with the switches, they can spark and crack when turned on.

We were in hotels for the second time. Against the background of 2018, the hotel has lost ground.
The breakfasts have become much more modest, but generally delicious. The coffee is not bad either.
There are no refrigerators in the rooms now, only a hammam worked in the SPA (and that was not powerful) and a Jacuzzi pool.
The reception staff is absolutely not customer-oriented.
Next to the hotel there is an interesting Drozdy Park, a very worthy place for nature lovers and healthy lifestyle.

If you need a bathrobe and slippers, then ask at the reception, they will bring it. I was surprised that there is no mini fridge (mini bar) in the rooms.
Breakfast buffet - for every taste. A varied menu, very tasty!! Breakfast is until 11-00, so those who do not like to get up early will perfectly replace lunch!!!! I recommend it!!!

Which splashes in all directions, but there is no sign! Only a small fence, which does not save from splashes all over the room. The buffet in the restaurant is normal, but there is a wish - put up signs with the names of the dishes, otherwise you have to open all the pots to get acquainted with the entire menu. The breakfast buffet is quite varied. The staff tries to resolve all issues promptly, although they are not happy when you make requests. Parking is paid - 10 bel. rub. per day.

However, there is no timely check-in, the rooms are not ready, registration is outrageously slow. The maids are just a misunderstanding, if something is thrown on the floor in a hurry, then it's garbage, you can throw it away. And if it is left on the table and not hidden, then you can take it for yourself. The doors of the room close only with a strong kick, the set of accessories is as cheap as possible, there is no hair conditioner, the toothbrush breaks up into bristles right in the mouth. Breakfast for 3*. Toilets in public areas are inconvenient - it is necessary to think of placing hooks for bags over the toilet..... there is nothing to choose in the lobby bar, only coffee and mediocre desserts. Of the disadvantages, last time I was given a parking space in the underground parking lot, and now only a place on the site in front of the hotel. There are not many places on the site.
