We stayed for 2 nights in September. The hotel paid a compliment in the form of free access to the SPA. Only we didn't have time to use it. Spacious, bright room, well-cleaned. Buffet breakfasts, a good selection of dishes. There is a conference room, a spa, a bar.
The hotel is already tired. I was on a business trip, the first thing I didn't like, you can't order a late dinner, I had to settle for energy bars, although the arrival time at the hotel was 22-00.
The second cleaning of the room after the previous guests, bottled water in the room was drunk, body lotion in the bathroom remained used by the previous guests, as well as female hair on the bathroom floor.
The room's air conditioning is not regulated, the TV remote control with half-dead batteries, I had to look for the angle from which it works.
The order of food in the room was accepted, but in the morning they called and said they would bring it later than planned for 2 hours, if you are not satisfied, go yourself.
The windows don't close tightly and you can hear the noise of the road.
Please note that bath accessories must be requested at the reception.
In general, you can stay, but not for the money that they ask for a room.
And be careful with the switches, they can spark and crack when turned on.
Great hotel, overall I really liked everything, the room is clean and spacious. The room prices were really above average. One of the shortcomings is that the refrigerator did not work.
We were in hotels for the second time. Against the background of 2018, the hotel has lost ground.
The breakfasts have become much more modest, but generally delicious. The coffee is not bad either.
There are no refrigerators in the rooms now, only a hammam worked in the SPA (and that was not powerful) and a Jacuzzi pool.
The reception staff is absolutely not customer-oriented.
Next to the hotel there is an interesting Drozdy Park, a very worthy place for nature lovers and healthy lifestyle.
I really liked the hotel! Friendly staff. The standard room is huge with high ceilings and large windows. The restaurant had a large selection of food for breakfast and everything was delicious. In the spa center, I used the gym, solarium, hammam with pool and massage. Everything was at the highest level. Masseuse Veronica does a great massage. The hotel is located opposite the park and the temple, within walking distance of two large shopping malls. I would love to stay at this hotel again!
The hotel is just great. I sincerely recommend it. Very tasty breakfasts. The staff is very friendly. Good bed linen. In general, one of the best hotels in the city!!!
I liked the hotel very much, we lived in an improved room on the 10th floor, where an elevator with panoramic views takes us very quickly. The large area of the room, high ceilings, panoramic views of the park and the cathedral, good furniture, bathroom, ventilation works, so even when the window is closed due to frost, it is not stuffy. A beautiful lobby with a glass roof. The staff at the reception is very attentive, the girls do everything in time, although we stayed during the New Year holidays. Catering spoils the impression. Breakfast seems to be good, but they don't have time to update the dishes and clean the tables. At exactly 11 o'clock, they literally start to kick them out of the hall, they have never seen such a thing anywhere. The restaurant did not work at all during our stay at the hotel after breakfast. And the lobby bar has a very poor assortment, and the prices are high. You can have a snack only in the dining room of the nearest business center, which for some reason is called a pizzeria cafe.
In general, I recommend the hotel, but I suggest eating elsewhere
One of the best hotels I've been able to visit. Stylish, clean, sincere.
Original family rooms - two 2-bed rooms communicating through the vestibule doors.
We enjoyed both visiting Minsk and comfortable accommodation!
We will definitely visit your hotel and your wonderful hospitable country again!
Actually 4. The rooms are big, I would say they are huge. But there is no mini bar, or just a refrigerator. Triple the moment, there is no water cooler on the floor. Well, that's okay. Third, I used sneakers, so my hair stuck to them, apparently they hadn't been removed before me. There were a lot of them.. according to the food, the food is very tasty. The food is right for 5. The room is warm and has a great view from the window. I am not sure that I will come here, but there is a stable and solid 4
I was here with my wife at the SPA from the hotel, as I understand it. That's why I'm writing about the Victoria Olympus SPA. They didn't give me a towel or a bathrobe, although they position themselves as an elite place. Well, that's okay. The SPA itself has a large Jacuzzi, a font with cold water for dipping after the sauna, which does not work!!!! and a small hammam. The bubbles in the jacuzzi are just icy, you can see the pump is in an icy room, this of course spoils all the pleasure that you would like to get from the Jacuzzi. As a result, there's nothing to do there, I'm disappointed.
It's a great hotel, the room is good, it's expensive, but they provide everything for this money... The breakfasts are excellent, the buffet, I was satisfied... There's a mini-pool there
I have no words where so many positive reviews come from, the hotel is clearly not 4 stars. They put us in the furthest room.
For some reason, they gave me one room card, even though there are two of us.
The light in the hallway turns on only when moving, a strange saving for a four-star hotel. The sovkovy corridor. The room is nice, the design in the bathroom is strange, the red cabinet under the sink stands out for something, it's not harmonious, but it's clean. The pillows are dirty, see the photo,
Breakfast costs 45 BEL rubles and it is more expensive than in a good hotel in the center, which I had to leave because I did not immediately book it for a long time, and then the seats were already sorted, although the room there cost the same as this one.
In the comments when booking, I wrote that I needed two blankets. When we arrived, there was one blanket, and the other was rolled up in the closet and without a duvet cover (then why do we need comments?) I asked to bring a duvet cover or a blanket in the duvet cover - they said that there was no maid and they would bring a duvet cover in 15 minutes, well, it's good that they brought it.
Then we noticed that we had one cup instead of two, when I called, the girl said that there were no employees and we had to go down and get a cup on our own. This is certainly strange for the category of such a hotel, it's their joint. There are no spoons either, although there is sugar.
It would all be normal for a two-star hotel and for other money. There is no refrigerator in the room! And this is only the first evening here, everything is learned in comparison.
A mediocre hotel. We are not ready for anything organizationally, we had a big race, it was known for a month. However, there is no timely check-in, the rooms are not ready, registration is outrageously slow. The maids are just a misunderstanding, if something is thrown on the floor in a hurry, then it's garbage, you can throw it away. And if it is left on the table and not hidden, then you can take it for yourself. The doors of the room close only with a strong kick, the set of accessories is as cheap as possible, there is no hair conditioner, the toothbrush breaks up into bristles right in the mouth. Breakfast for 3*. Toilets in public areas are inconvenient - it is necessary to think of placing hooks for bags over the toilet..... there is nothing to choose in the lobby bar, only coffee and mediocre desserts. I bought sweets - there is such a touch of antiquity that it is scary. In general, I don't understand where 4 stars are here. And I didn't notice any cordiality and hospitality here.
I liked. There are nuances, when going to the spa, you should be warned and you will be brought slippers and a bathrobe.
The breakfasts are great, the family room is very large. Far from the center by local standards (10 minutes by taxi), but near the park.
It's a great hotel. Not expensive. A large lounge with a bar. 5 minutes walk to a large shopping mall. Breakfast is a buffet, you can't try everything at once. I recommend.
I recently stayed at a hotel
Victoria Olymp is in Minsk and would like to share her impressions. Overall, my stay at this hotel was pleasant and comfortable.
From the very beginning, I was greeted by friendly and attentive reception staff who quickly processed my registration and helped with my questions. The room I was provided with was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a well-equipped bathroom. It was nice to see that the room is equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay, including air conditioning, TV and mini-bar.
The breakfast served in the hotel's restaurant was varied and delicious. I enjoyed fresh fruits, pastries, hot dishes and various drinks.
The staff was attentive and quickly satisfied my requests.
One of the main advantages of this hotel is its location.
It is located in the city center, which makes it convenient to visit various attractions and business facilities. There are also many restaurants, shops and transport facilities near the hotel, which makes staying here even more convenient.
The only drawback that I noticed was some noise insulation in the room. Sometimes I heard noises from the street and neighboring rooms, which could be a little annoying. However, this did not significantly affect my overall impression of staying at the hotel.
Overall, I was satisfied with my stay at the Victoria Olympus Hotel in Minsk. Good service, convenient location and comfortable rooms make it an excellent choice for living in the city. I would recommend this hotel to tourists and business travelers, and I will be happy to return here next time.
I really liked the hotel! Breakfasts are 5+, the room is clean, pleasant staff, cozy and beautiful room, near a park, restaurants, as well as you can walk to the center of Minsk !Next time we'll stop again 👍score 10 out of 10
A cozy, clean and wonderful hotel for a relaxing trip.
There is a lot to strive for, mostly I liked everything.
The room is spacious, comfortable, for 2 the most optimal place to relax if you are not a local. On the ground floor there is a SPA, as well as Parking with video surveillance
There was a flaw in the bathtub, it leaks a little.
Nice hotel, I liked everything. There are shortcomings - you need to ask for a towel, slippers, and hygiene kits. For 4 stars it is weak, a solid 3-star hotel. There is no refrigerator, towels are missing. The tea set doesn't even have a spoon to stir.
A double impression.
We paid for three rooms. Three married couples. The amounts are the same.
They gave me three different numbers on the spot.
On different floors. Different areas.
One of them has two separate beds. Two of them don't have a refrigerator.
As a result, they moved to the eighth floor. The first night I struggled with the heating. The regulator was removed from the battery. Unbearably stuffy. An open window doesn't help.
The food (breakfasts) are normal. Parking is available. You can choose either to look for a place (for free) in front of the entrance, or for a fee under the barrier.
I liked everything. The location of the hotel is convenient, not far from the cent.
Breakfast has everything to eat enough. Yes, this is not Turkey, you need to remember, but everyone will find it to their taste. I'll tell you more about it.
We were on New Year's holidays.
Fruits: kiwis, apples, pears, tangerines, oranges, persimmons, grapefruit, pineapples (canned), maybe I forgot something. In my opinion, the fruit menu is very diverse.
Meat products: kupaty (so called in Russia) or thin meat sausages, ordinary sausages (very decent), boiled fish, steamed cutlets, fish cutlets, baked hips/wings, maybe I forgot something🤷♀️
Three types of cheeses, sausages, ham, meat
Olives, olives
Vegetables: iceberg lettuce, tomato, cucumber, greens
Yogurt in jars, fermented baked milk or kefir in bottles, glazed cheeses, cottage cheese, sour cream
Omelet, scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, broccoli, rice, buckwheat, oatmeal, broth, green peas, corn.
There are several types of bread.
Juices, water, milk.
There are a lot of sweets. Cakes, cookies. Sugar is brown, white. Tea with different flavors, coffee machines.
One hundred percent missed a lot.
The breakfasts are decent.
The room was a family room, 80 sq.m
. All comments were eliminated quickly (something happened to the battery, it became cold, and the garbage was not cleaned once. Otherwise, there are no complaints at all)
Someone wrote that they didn't like the staff.
It's hard to believe. From the very beginning to the end, no one ever spoke rudely, they always politely answered absolutely all questions, for which special thanks.
In general, summarizing our stay, I liked everything.
Of the cons:
We ordered a New Year's banquet. It is expensive, but in fact they were sitting behind a huge pole that blocked the view of the entire event. A lot of guests were outraged because of this.
Well, it was possible to solve this issue at a price. Write that for a full review, the price will be slightly higher and everyone would understand what they are paying money for.
And the second point is, it's boring at the reception. Well, New Year's holidays and Christmas, why not turn on the music ...😞
I express my gratitude to the service staff, delicious food, fast service, this is very important, and it's good that we brought everything in the morning, thank you we will come again)
The hotel is perfect. The room is clean, spacious, everything works, the bed is very soft, alcantara sofas, the bathroom is spacious, the Windows are large. There is also a big prince that you can smoke on the floor on the balcony. We are very satisfied with the hotel, we will definitely come back again. The price is small per room. Only 6500rub. For the perfect room.
Great hotel!!! Clean, spacious, convenient location!!! Everything is fine! I recommend it 100%!!! The only fly in the ointment was the bartender (such a man in years), who began to insist on paying in cash, but quickly calmed down. The Hotel Is Super!!!
Well, what can I say: 1:check-in- the queue is waiting for one girl to clean up everything, it's not fate to call a second employee 2 room : I was struck by the ascetic content, I don't know, maybe those who wrote laudatory reviews were lucky, but we had an equal number of mini bars out of two rooms (let me remind you a 4-star hotel). When asked about their availability, the receptionist said: they are somewhere, and somewhere they are not, but in general they are not provided, because (4 stars) 3 : there were no bathrobes in the rooms 4: disposable slippers were missing 5: disposable hygiene kits were missing (this is still a 4-star hotel). 5 : there is only one tea pair in the double room, apparently you need to take turns drinking. 6: parking : quote "park wherever you want" at the same time, there is absolutely empty paid parking under the barrier, which was not even offered, people park wherever they can and cannot, soon they will probably come inside. In general, the laudatory reviews are clearly overblown, or someone is very lucky. This hotel doesn't deserve any stars at all. Wasted money , ruined vacation
Vacationed with my husband. We spent a wonderful weekend in Minsk. The hotel left strange impressions: everything is clean and cozy... But I was confused that there is a kettle and cups in the room, but no tea))
Breakfast was included - I do not advise it, the buffet is very modest, the food is tasteless. At registration, they gave a coupon for visiting the SPA, but from 8 to 11. And breakfast from 8 to 11. That is, either breakfast or SPA)))
The hotel is cool. The room is large, beautiful, clean, comfortable! A delicious and varied breakfast. There is a hammam, sauna and 2 swimming pools. You can do all the beauty services. The staff is friendly. I recommend it to everyone! Come and enjoy!
Separately, it is simply magnificent. The location is good: Near parks, the city center, many cafes. The staff is very polite, the rooms are clean. The food is great, everything is delicious. Definitely a credit.
It's disgusting, and almost everything except the size of the room. You come to your room in the evening, but you can't charge your phones. The sockets near the bed are occupied by lamps, and one of the lamps occupies half of the bedside table. There is no outlet for the kettle either. Not at all. I had to turn off the floor lamp and boil the kettle on the floor near the window. I am a diabetic and I constantly need medicine and water nearby, but it is impossible to place them on the bedside table because of the lamp. There is no refrigerator in the room, only a place for it. (it's a good thing that winter and insulin were stored on the windowsill). Moreover, this room is an improved suite! When contacted at the reception, the answer was "it's not a refrigerator at all, but a mini-bar, it's broken and we don't have to provide it." The spotlighting at the headboard has a life of its own, it's impossible to read the brightness jumps from "very bright" to "barely shining" it doesn't help to turn it on or off. The hotel issue is the logic of the switches. The switch blocks are positioned so that you need to complete the quest while you turn everything off. The lamps on the bedside tables, which I have already written about, block access to switches and sockets. To turn off the floor lamp, you need to get up, find a dimer on the floor, and move the engine. Then make sure that the floor lamp is still glowing, find the outlet where it is inserted, turn it off, repeat for the rest of the floor lamps and only this way get a dark bedroom. I expected a cozy place from the hotel where I could come in the evening and RELAX, but I didn't get anything. It's very sad. I will not come to you anymore and I will warn the people I communicate with that your "superior suite" is just two large rooms without traces of comfort and high-quality service. I can't say anything about the quality of the hotel information provided by the reception staff. When checking in, they forgot to tell us about the hotel. My daughter and son-in-law lived in the next superior suite, they were also shocked, but they said they would write the reviews themselves.
In general, you can live :). The main thing was that there was parking under the windows. The prices in the restaurant's brochure do not correspond to reality, which, however, I was warned about when I wanted to place an order. The room is large, and so is the bathroom. As I understand it, there is no claim to style. The girl at the reception is the sweetest. I give her a solid 5 for serving the guests.
Nice hotel.
The kitchen is wonderful. The rooms are large, comfortable wide beds. It is not very convenient that there is no refrigerator in the room. This did not spoil the overall impression at all.
A good hotel, convenient location, there is a park across the street, not far from the shopping center. Next time, if I'm in Minsk, I'll definitely come back.
It was in early 2024.
The standard rooms are spacious, clean, there are sets of cosmetics, a kettle. Bed linen, towels - no complaints.
The staff is attentive.
One minus is breakfast. A very poor choice. It was only on the third day that the plates were placed with the dishes - what they were fed.
And then I took pancakes with stuffing for breakfast - in the hope that with cottage cheese, they turned out to be with cheese and ham ...
I did not eat...
We stayed at this hotel for a week, there was a conference with the management of the company where I work. There was a feeling that I was not working, but only resting. Spa, gym, just a great vacation. The service and food are top notch. I really hope that I will be able to relax there again.
A large room, everything is there. Timely cleaning. Excellent breakfast. There is a shopping center nearby. Of the cons: the restaurant, if you take the menu, is very expensive. And another oddity: if you come with a family with a small child and take a 2+ 1 room, then there will be no child's bed in it - it is assumed that the child sleeps with his parents in the same bed. You will have to pay extra for a separate bed. About 3,500 rubles. The Russian Federation for the entire period. Before the trip, I made a request with clarification to the hotel's email. But my letter was ignored. Perhaps this is the only disadvantage. The room price also includes free unlimited access to the gym, and the same, but only in the morning, access to the SPA area: hammam, Jacuzzi and font. The Finnish steam room is already available for a fee.
A wonderful hotel!
Very cozy, clean, beautiful.
Polite and pleasant service. Delicious breakfasts with a rich assortment of dishes. Convenient location and beautiful views of Minsk.

The hotel is large-scale. The rooms are spacious with high ceilings, large windows, clean, cozy. Very comfortable mattresses.
Of the cons:we arrived on a business trip for 1 day, so after reading the description on the website, we did not take extra things. In fact, there was no bathrobe and slippers in the room. The receptionist said that on request, but since we arrived after 6 p.m. there are no maids and they have the key to the pantry. There is no toothbrush or toothpaste either. And there is no refrigerator either.
If these disadvantages are taken into account, then the hotel will be wonderful)))
Well, it's beautiful, but it's expensive. My children were in this hotel. They didn't even have a refrigerator in their room for that kind of money, I don't think it was a small thing, they really needed it. I think the administration needs to fix such issues.

The hotel is good, delicious breakfasts, reasonable price for a suite, there is a good spa area. But there are also disadvantages, the air conditioning in the suite is very bad and dusty. The room is large and spacious, which of course is great. If the air conditioners are fixed, then you can definitely recommend this place. At the moment, the score is 4
The hotel is considered one of the best in Minsk. The location is very convenient! There is parking, but it is often occupied until the evening. We were amazed by the size of the rooms. Everything is clean, if you don't find fault. The only thing I would like to note is that there are no toothbrushes, slippers and bathrobes in standard rooms.
The location (for athletes), the rooms, the staff - everything is good. The breakfasts are terrible for the money. It was impossible to have lunch and dinner in the restaurant. There are always some kind of custom banquets. They were sent to a pizzeria in the same building. It's even worse than breakfast :(
Room at -3... one cup for two . No one warned about the delay in breakfast, they don't speak or understand English at the reception.... 4 * is too much ... of the three advantages on the basis of which this hotel was chosen , not one does not match ... in complete disappointment ... and all this on New Year's Eve .. I do not recommend ... breakfast has been postponed to 10.00 ... did not warn ... sauna from 16.00 to 17.0 - not informed , fitness from 10 to 11.00 - not agreed . In general, out of three, minus three..
A luxury hotel is very comfortable to stay in, with good conditions and sound insulation! The rooms are very cozy, the beds are comfortable and wide, the linen is clean.
The breakfast is just wonderful – very tasty and varied! Chicken, fish, pancakes, scrambled eggs, omelette, porridge, pastries – there is a choice for every taste!
The hotel is located very well, there are shops, pharmacies nearby, and the center is quite close. There is a green walking area in front of the hotel. There is a guarded parking lot.
A good hotel, the rooms are spacious and clean. The accommodation is cozy. The breakfast is good, a variety of dishes, buffet. Nearby, within walking distance of Minsk arena, shops.
The rooms are bad for your money, old renovation. A terrible mattress that hangs to the Floor, it is impossible to sleep. We checked in, not all towels were laid, cotton swabs are not even provided in the rooms. There was only soap.
Breakfasts too.. stale vegetables are already all yellow, everything is cold, fried and all kinds of hot dishes are impossible to eat, it smells bad, as if from the cheapest canteen. In general, the hotel has a weak 3 stars. Although 3 stars can have a wonderful breakfast and a comfortable bed..
Everything is just great, very cozy room, very comfortable bed. I was pleasantly surprised by the additional small pads, I really like to hug something in my sleep)) There is a 24-hour bar in the lobby. Neighbors outside the walls are not heard from the word at all. There were also quibbles-there is no way to turn on bright light from the ceiling, there are stupidly no lamps, you have to be content with bedside lamps and diffused light from LED strips at the table, which, however, is a trifle.
The hotel is just super, I highly recommend it.
Great hotel. Convenient access and parking. Spacious hall. Large, bright rooms with views of either the city and the park, or the courtyard. I think, if desired, you can always resolve the issue with the administrator, where the windows will go. During check-in hours, the administrators are slightly overloaded, the rest of the time the issues are resolved instantly. This is encouraging. Breakfasts, as elsewhere, are somewhat monotonous, but at the same time they are delicious and pamper with an abundance of choice. Among the disadvantages are the lack of bathrobes and slippers in the room, a dangling faucet in the bathroom. There is a kettle but no tea and coffee in the room. Just an order from the restaurant. It's a surprise to me. Nevertheless, I would love to stay here again, because all my complaints were resolved instantly! I recommend you to visit.
