We stayed for 2 nights in September. The hotel paid a compliment in the form of free access to the SPA. Only we didn't have time to use it. Spacious, bright room, well-cleaned. Buffet breakfasts, a good selection of dishes. There is a conference room, a spa, a bar.

The hotel is already tired. I was on a business trip, the first thing I didn't like, you can't order a late dinner, I had to settle for energy bars, although the arrival time at the hotel was 22-00.
The second cleaning of the room after the previous guests, bottled water in the room was drunk, body lotion in the bathroom remained used by the previous guests, as well as female hair on the bathroom floor.
The room's air conditioning is not regulated, the TV remote control with half-dead batteries, I had to look for the angle from which it works.
The order of food in the room was accepted, but in the morning they called and said they would bring it later than planned for 2 hours, if you are not satisfied, go yourself.
The windows don't close tightly and you can hear the noise of the road.
Please note that bath accessories must be requested at the reception.
In general, you can stay, but not for the money that they ask for a room.
And be careful with the switches, they can spark and crack when turned on.

We were in hotels for the second time. Against the background of 2018, the hotel has lost ground.
The breakfasts have become much more modest, but generally delicious. The coffee is not bad either.
There are no refrigerators in the rooms now, only a hammam worked in the SPA (and that was not powerful) and a Jacuzzi pool.
The reception staff is absolutely not customer-oriented.
Next to the hotel there is an interesting Drozdy Park, a very worthy place for nature lovers and healthy lifestyle.

I really liked the hotel! Friendly staff. The standard room is huge with high ceilings and large windows. The restaurant had a large selection of food for breakfast and everything was delicious. In the spa center, I used the gym, solarium, hammam with pool and massage. Everything was at the highest level. Masseuse Veronica does a great massage. The hotel is located opposite the park and the temple, within walking distance of two large shopping malls. I would love to stay at this hotel again!

I liked the hotel very much, we lived in an improved room on the 10th floor, where an elevator with panoramic views takes us very quickly. The large area of the room, high ceilings, panoramic views of the park and the cathedral, good furniture, bathroom, ventilation works, so even when the window is closed due to frost, it is not stuffy. A beautiful lobby with a glass roof. The staff at the reception is very attentive, the girls do everything in time, although we stayed during the New Year holidays. Catering spoils the impression. Breakfast seems to be good, but they don't have time to update the dishes and clean the tables. At exactly 11 o'clock, they literally start to kick them out of the hall, they have never seen such a thing anywhere. The restaurant did not work at all during our stay at the hotel after breakfast. And the lobby bar has a very poor assortment, and the prices are high. You can have a snack only in the dining room of the nearest business center, which for some reason is called a pizzeria cafe.
In general, I recommend the hotel, but I suggest eating elsewhere

I was here with my wife at the SPA from the hotel, as I understand it. That's why I'm writing about the Victoria Olympus SPA. They didn't give me a towel or a bathrobe, although they position themselves as an elite place. Well, that's okay. The SPA itself has a large Jacuzzi, a font with cold water for dipping after the sauna, which does not work!!!! and a small hammam. The bubbles in the jacuzzi are just icy, you can see the pump is in an icy room, this of course spoils all the pleasure that you would like to get from the Jacuzzi. As a result, there's nothing to do there, I'm disappointed.

Breakfast costs 45 BEL rubles and it is more expensive than in a good hotel in the center, which I had to leave because I did not immediately book it for a long time, and then the seats were already sorted, although the room there cost the same as this one.
In the comments when booking, I wrote that I needed two blankets. When we arrived, there was one blanket, and the other was rolled up in the closet and without a duvet cover (then why do we need comments?) I asked to bring a duvet cover or a blanket in the duvet cover - they said that there was no maid and they would bring a duvet cover in 15 minutes, well, it's good that they brought it.
Then we noticed that we had one cup instead of two, when I called, the girl said that there were no employees and we had to go down and get a cup on our own. This is certainly strange for the category of such a hotel, it's their joint. There are no spoons either, although there is sugar.
It would all be normal for a two-star hotel and for other money. There is no refrigerator in the room! And this is only the first evening here, everything is learned in comparison.

A mediocre hotel. We are not ready for anything organizationally, we had a big race, it was known for a month. However, there is no timely check-in, the rooms are not ready, registration is outrageously slow. The maids are just a misunderstanding, if something is thrown on the floor in a hurry, then it's garbage, you can throw it away. And if it is left on the table and not hidden, then you can take it for yourself. The doors of the room close only with a strong kick, the set of accessories is as cheap as possible, there is no hair conditioner, the toothbrush breaks up into bristles right in the mouth. Breakfast for 3*. Toilets in public areas are inconvenient - it is necessary to think of placing hooks for bags over the toilet..... there is nothing to choose in the lobby bar, only coffee and mediocre desserts. I bought sweets - there is such a touch of antiquity that it is scary. In general, I don't understand where 4 stars are here. And I didn't notice any cordiality and hospitality here.

I recently stayed at a hotel
Victoria Olymp is in Minsk and would like to share her impressions. Overall, my stay at this hotel was pleasant and comfortable.
From the very beginning, I was greeted by friendly and attentive reception staff who quickly processed my registration and helped with my questions. The room I was provided with was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a well-equipped bathroom. It was nice to see that the room is equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay, including air conditioning, TV and mini-bar.
The breakfast served in the hotel's restaurant was varied and delicious. I enjoyed fresh fruits, pastries, hot dishes and various drinks.
The staff was attentive and quickly satisfied my requests.
One of the main advantages of this hotel is its location.
It is located in the city center, which makes it convenient to visit various attractions and business facilities. There are also many restaurants, shops and transport facilities near the hotel, which makes staying here even more convenient.
The only drawback that I noticed was some noise insulation in the room. Sometimes I heard noises from the street and neighboring rooms, which could be a little annoying. However, this did not significantly affect my overall impression of staying at the hotel.
Overall, I was satisfied with my stay at the Victoria Olympus Hotel in Minsk. Good service, convenient location and comfortable rooms make it an excellent choice for living in the city. I would recommend this hotel to tourists and business travelers, and I will be happy to return here next time.

A cozy, clean and wonderful hotel for a relaxing trip.
There is a lot to strive for, mostly I liked everything.
The room is spacious, comfortable, for 2 the most optimal place to relax if you are not a local. On the ground floor there is a SPA, as well as Parking with video surveillance

We paid for three rooms. Three married couples. The amounts are the same.
They gave me three different numbers on the spot.
On different floors. Different areas.
One of them has two separate beds. Two of them don't have a refrigerator.
As a result, they moved to the eighth floor. The first night I struggled with the heating. The regulator was removed from the battery. Unbearably stuffy. An open window doesn't help.
The food (breakfasts) are normal. Parking is available. You can choose either to look for a place (for free) in front of the entrance, or for a fee under the barrier.

Meat products: kupaty (so called in Russia) or thin meat sausages, ordinary sausages (very decent), boiled fish, steamed cutlets, fish cutlets, baked hips/wings, maybe I forgot something🤷♀️
Three types of cheeses, sausages, ham, meat
Olives, olives
Vegetables: iceberg lettuce, tomato, cucumber, greens
Yogurt in jars, fermented baked milk or kefir in bottles, glazed cheeses, cottage cheese, sour cream
Omelet, scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, broccoli, rice, buckwheat, oatmeal, broth, green peas, corn.
There are several types of bread.
Juices, water, milk.
There are a lot of sweets. Cakes, cookies. Sugar is brown, white. Tea with different flavors, coffee machines.
One hundred percent missed a lot.
The breakfasts are decent.
The room was a family room, 80 sq.m
. All comments were eliminated quickly (something happened to the battery, it became cold, and the garbage was not cleaned once. Otherwise, there are no complaints at all)
Someone wrote that they didn't like the staff.
It's hard to believe. From the very beginning to the end, no one ever spoke rudely, they always politely answered absolutely all questions, for which special thanks.
In general, summarizing our stay, I liked everything.
Of the cons:
We ordered a New Year's banquet. It is expensive, but in fact they were sitting behind a huge pole that blocked the view of the entire event. A lot of guests were outraged because of this.
Well, it was possible to solve this issue at a price. Write that for a full review, the price will be slightly higher and everyone would understand what they are paying money for.
And the second point is, it's boring at the reception. Well, New Year's holidays and Christmas, why not turn on the music ...😞

We stayed at this hotel for a week, there was a conference with the management of the company where I work. There was a feeling that I was not working, but only resting. Spa, gym, just a great vacation. The service and food are top notch. I really hope that I will be able to relax there again.

And another oddity: if you come with a family with a small child and take a 2+ 1 room, then there will be no child's bed in it - it is assumed that the child sleeps with his parents in the same bed. You will have to pay extra for a separate bed. About 3,500 rubles.The Russian Federation for the entire period. Before the trip, I made a request with clarification to the hotel's email. But my letter was ignored. Perhaps this is the only disadvantage. The room price also includes free unlimited access to the gym, and the same, but only in the morning, access to the SPA area: hammam, Jacuzzi and font. The Finnish steam room is already available for a fee.

Of the cons:we arrived on a business trip for 1 day, so after reading the description on the website, we did not take extra things. In fact, there was no bathrobe and slippers in the room. The receptionist said that on request, but since we arrived after 6 p.m. there are no maids and they have the key to the pantry. There is no toothbrush or toothpaste either. And there is no refrigerator either.

I was pleasantly surprised by the additional small pads, I really like to hug something in my sleep)) There is a 24-hour bar in the lobby. Neighbors outside the walls are not heard from the word at all. There were also quibbles-there is no way to turn on bright light from the ceiling, there are stupidly no lamps, you have to be content with bedside lamps and diffused light from LED strips at the table, which, however, is a trifle.

Breakfasts, as elsewhere, are somewhat monotonous, but at the same time they are delicious and pamper with an abundance of choice. Among the disadvantages are the lack of bathrobes and slippers in the room, a dangling faucet in the bathroom. There is a kettle but no tea and coffee in the room. Just an order from the restaurant. It's a surprise to me. Nevertheless, I would love to stay here again, because all my complaints were resolved instantly! I recommend you to visit.
