A wonderful hotel! A large room of ~ 40 sq m with a magnificent view of the park. There is a parking lot. The room has everything you need: a safe, mini fridge, bathroom accessories, bathrobe, slippers.
Breakfast buffet - the food is delicious, the assortment is impressive.
Good sound insulation. The center is 5 km away. The staff is polite, especially the girls from the reception. Minus: there is no drinking water in the room

The hotel does not correspond to 4 stars at all.Slippers and bathrobes on request, no tea/coffee, cups. According to the hotel employee, "they should be in 4 stars, but there is no money for it." There is room for a refrigerator in the room, but there is no refrigerator for the same reason as tea/coffee. She was absent from the room from 12:00 to 18:00, they could not clean up during this time, since "the hotel is loaded, they will come in the evening." The ventilation system does not work at all, the battery does not work at all, the window can be opened either very strongly or in no way. And all this for almost 10,000 rubles!! I do not recommend visiting.

We spontaneously gathered with our family in Minsk, and since booking now does not work for reservations in Russia and Belarus, we had to use the Yandex search for official hotel websites. Since we planned to visit Dreamland, we also looked for a hotel closer to it and to be allowed with pets (our bun always travels with us). The choice fell on Victoria Olympus. We called, booked (without any prepayments). Because we left Smolensk late in the evening, we had to change the money on the highway near the M1 casino (the course, of course, is not profitable, but we didn't have much choice). We arrived at the hotel around midnight, settled us quickly, took an additional payment of 100 bel.rub for 2 days for the dog. The staff is very polite, the hotel is quiet and peaceful. On the 2nd floor and 2nd floor they gave a two-room suite. I recommend the hotel, especially to pet owners)))

We arrived at the hotel at 16-30. Taking into account the fact that the check-in is from 14-00 - we were asked to wait first half an hour, then another half hour.
As a result, we checked into the room at 17-45.
It turned out that in a 4-star hotel in a standard double room for 11,000 + Russian rubles per day, neither bathrobes nor slippers are provided. There are no toothbrushes or toothpaste.
There is no minibar.
The room is spacious, yes, but the quality of the bathroom decoration, for example, as in the USSR.
In general, I do not recommend this hotel.

We lived in this hotel from 30.12 to 05.01. Cleaning and changing towels and garbage collection had to be begged, for all the time the room was cleaned once and then mediocre (the fact that the toilet was leaking heavily was reported immediately upon check-in, and was not repaired! I upset the spa complex, it reminded me more of a spa room, and even the sauna was not included.

We stayed with my husband for the weekend. I liked the hotel. There were little things, for example, when checking in, the girl Alyona at the reception was clearly not enthusiastic about the guests and her work, judging by her face and answers. Or in the room, the float in the tank was always messed up.
But! We lived in an improved double room, it was spacious, clean, cleaning every day. The location is good. Overall, a pleasant experience. Recommend

There is a very manumental complex outside. I was in the administrative part and did not get goosebumps. The arrangement is not modern, it smells of zayuzennost. Well, you open the entrance door and step into the chipped coating, the light does not burn everywhere in the dark corridors, you walk down the corridor and hear a beeping - maybe the fire was flooded... Parking is a complete disaster. This is with an understanding of the problem of a large number of tenants who come to visit. You can only get there by car, but this is the initial factor. At the same time, if your contractor / seller is in this building, feel free to multiply the price by 1.5. I probably don't know or understand something)))

The impressions of a comfortable and spacious room are completely spoiled by the service: a rather meager breakfast (perhaps we came at the end), the absence of dental kits and (!) the inclusion of only one breakfast even if you move in together.
What was our surprise when in the morning we were asked to pay for the second person at breakfast.
Plus: you can have breakfast next to some athlete or celebrity :) or with people staring at you, if you're a celebrity.
