Different! Someone tried, invested in the hotel for a long time and then forgot about it). The rooms are stylish and spacious.The breakfasts are good. BUT! For an expensive 4-star hotel, cleaning must take place! Gray tulle in the foyer and carpet on the floor with a large number of spots, not as scary as black strands of hair in the bathroom of the room, decorative pillows in someone's white spots; suspicious unwashed spots on the carpet of the whole room, in the dining room the bottom of the tablecloths is just black! I haven't seen this in a public catering for a long time! Well, and so on the little things: the batteries from the remotes in the room have long since retired and do not change, bathrobes and slippers have gone there as well. In general, the hotel is beautiful, but someone does not keep it clean at all!

I do not recommend this hotel to stay!
When I checked into the room, I saw 2 bags of garbage, the smell of which persisted for several more days.
The faucet was falling off in the bathroom.
There was no refrigerator in my room, to which the receptionist said that they were nowhere to be found, but my colleagues had them.
Even the signboard doesn't work properly.

Nice building, large rooms, fastest elevator. Very strange service - the garbage on the floor lay for two days before it was removed. The room could not be cleaned for 5 hours. There are two menus in the restaurant - you order cheaper, but they count according to where it is more expensive. It is impossible to use the shower and the faucet in the sink due to an inadequate set, the bed creaks.

The bathroom floor was washed only by the square at the entrance, it was even clear that not all of it was washed. During the stay, the toilet tank broke, a plumber came. Positive:Located on one of the central avenues, it is easy to reach by public transport.There is a shopping center nearby where you can shop. Our room was large and spacious.

The hotel is good. I liked the large rooms, 80 square meters. They took it without breakfast, because they thought that 4,000 Russian rubles was too expensive for three. Nearby there is a cafe where you can have an ideal breakfast for 2000. We visited the spa, so-so, to us, for hotel guests for free from 8:00-11:00. But I wouldn't go there for a fee)

I really liked the spacious rooms. We took a family room for 2 adults and 2 children. In fact, these are 2 rooms and an interior door. A huge double bed, 2 single beds for children. Armchairs, ottomans, well, a lot of space. There is a good pressure in the bathtub, there is a hair dryer. But I was surprised that there were no bathrobes and slippers. There is a kettle, but no cups, which is also strange. And it's dark! I want more light.
