Among the advantages: spacious, clean bed linen. That's all. Now the cons. 1. There is no drinking water in the room or a cooler on the floor. They called the reception and asked. They replied that if we don't have water in the room, we need to go and buy it. 2. There are no slippers. 3. There is no toothpaste, toothbrushes. 4. There is a layer of dust and hair in the bathroom drawers. 5. The sun heats the double-glazed windows, they begin to bend and make loud clicking sounds. At 5 a.m. it is very unpleasant. 6. Curtains are not wide enough, just in the place where the head on the bed is located, it turns out a 20 cm gap. And the sun is shining right in my eyes. 7. If you do not pull out the card that turns off all electricity in the room, the light in the hallway is on. If you pull out the card, then of course you can't charge the phone. 8. The sound insulation is very poor. The windows faced the avenue. I didn't save the 7th floor.

The hotel is good. In January 2020, I was at this hotel with my wife on a honeymoon. We liked the hotel. The room was large and clean. The breakfasts are varied and delicious. The staff is polite and friendly. We will definitely come back to the Republic of Belarus and stay at this hotel. We liked everything. Thanks to all the staff.

The room is ordinary, the drain in the bathroom did not work, the furniture in the bathroom had minor wear. The service is satisfactory-when checking in by reservation, I applied 7 minutes before 14.00, I was told to wait, a couple from the street immediately came up, without prior reservation, and they were immediately checked in. I wanted to clean the pool, but it was broken and it was not repaired in 2 days. The bartender in the lobby bar was not friendly. The location of the hotel is good.

We stayed in Minsk for 2 days. The rooms are spacious and clean. Of the cons: at the time of check-in, the air conditioner was not working; there is no drinking water, tea, cups, slippers, hair conditioner in the rooms (in my opinion, these are normal requirements for 4* and this price category). In addition, the motion sensor from which the light turns on is a little annoying. You get up at night to go to the bathroom or drink water and the light turns on, just tear out your eye.

The staff is not very friendly, without smiles and greetings. The bed in the room creaks. You turn over at night and the neighbor wakes up. Very cold air blew from the hood, they closed the bag.
But in general, everything is not bad - clean, towels are changed every day, the room is cleaned well, bottled water is constantly in the room, bathrobes and slippers are provided on demand. The breakfasts in the restaurant are varied, everything is delicious. The hotel is located in a great location - a park, a temple, a pond - it's just beautiful!

Previous reviews describe the main advantages of the hotel. The rooms are clean, but there are minor plumbing problems (bad watering can, shower, dispenser did not work) Upon repeated request, the problems were eventually fixed. Bathrobes are brought to the room upon request, there were no slippers. Standard room with two separate beds. There is also no refrigerator (mini-bar) in the room, although it is stated in the list of room equipment and is in the photo.

The level of service is the only thing that upset us on this New Year's trip to Minsk.
The current level of service does not even pull 2 stars and definitely does not leave a desire to check into this hotel on your next trip.

I have lived here many times, everything is very satisfactory. Excellent rooms, gym, sauna. The breakfasts are good. But the last stay was ruined in the last 2 days. First, in the evening, late on 17.02, a woman came to my room, asking if it was possible to see if you had my phone in your room.. 🤷♂️🤦♂️ Well, everything happens, apparently a man drank. I was surprised that she knows my name, even though I've never seen her and I don't know her. Then at one o'clock in the morning, the phone in my room rings and a drunk guy calling me by name tells me if it is possible to come to me. I went down to the reception, asking how people knew my details. They apologized and said that they did not want to give my data.. The top is not competence. It is completely unclear who to distribute personal data to, people whom I do not know and have not even seen once. The hotel itself is great, apparently the staff needs to be trained. This is the first time I've encountered this.
