The only plus is the location where the hotel is located. That's it! The kitchen is disgusting, the room cleaning is terrible, mold, the pool is cold! I'm not a picky tourist, but I don't recommend anyone to go to this place!

Clean, cozy, surprised by the elevator in a 3-storey building. The food is normal. Everything is boiled and steamed, like in kindergarten. Portions are small (for me), but if you ask for a supplement, they will never refuse. It's a pity you can't give up food, but on the other hand, you won't live in New Athos for that kind of money.

The territory of the Waterfall boarding house is well maintained, you can swim in the pool, but it is not always clean. The children's play complex is old, the whole is broken. On the third floor there is a play area for children, but also all the toys are in a shabby state, there is no rug, the children are sitting on the tile. The street lighting is weak in the evening, and so are the rooms. On the ground floor, some rooms have a very strong smell of sewage.
The food is of the same type (buckwheat, pasta, pilaf), there is no fruit and coffee at all, there is also no children's menu.
The rooms are cleaned daily, they are washed well, if you need to change the bed or towels they will bring you immediately, there are no soap and soap accessories, toilet paper is the cheapest, gray.
The boarding house is located in a picturesque place, very beautiful nature. The sea is far away, about 15 minutes. I will not return to this boarding house.
P.S. today, 07/24/2019, I returned from vacation, I can add: the pool has not worked for the last 5 days, it was closed for cleaning, they said for one day, as a result, 5 passed, and it did not work;
the playground was completely dismantled.
I talked with many families, everyone chose it for the sake of the pool and playground for children, they were very upset by what they saw.

We had a rest in September 2019. Beautiful location. The staff is very polite.But there are small disadvantages, which have already been written about - there is no kettle or dishes in the room. There is no hair dryer in the shower. The food is hearty, but not very tasty. Fruits and vegetables are missing. Of the drinks, only tea and compote. The menu is monotonous, buckwheat is already making me sick.

It is located in a picturesque place near the mountains. There is a swimming pool on site, but it is not always clean. The rooms are equipped with air conditioning, TV, balcony. There are interruptions with water (on the 3rd floor). With cleaning in the room for a "three", but if you complain to the reception, they will clean up for 5 +. The food in the dining room is good, dietary.

The very place where the hotel is located is very beautiful, and for this it is worth visiting there. And if the rooms themselves, then it's okay to sleep. They clean up as soon as you say, just one key and you have it. The food is so-so, but not hungry. There are no vegetables and fruits. Breakfast is porridge, lunch is soup and that something for the second, for dinner they even give a salad made of cabbage. I didn't like the pool, it's better to go to the sea 5 minutes walk. There is a large parking lot for cars.
