I was there last fall. Very nice hotel, excellent renovation, courteous staff, swimming pool, haram, adjacent park, everything is fine in total. There is a desire to visit this hotel again.

One minus. The staff at the restaurants. However, as elsewhere in Kazakhstan. They are recruiting schoolchildren or students. They seem to be trying, but the competence is zero. You can, at least, minimally train on the menu, on services.

Everything is cool!!! The large pool is warm and there is also a children's pool!!! The hotel is good, the breakfasts are delicious and varied. We ate a couple of times in a restaurant on the 2nd floor, we didn't like it very much, it's not worth the money. Ramen is a golden soy sauce with water, there are few noodles. For dinner, we ordered sea bass fillet with dried tomatoes and vegetables, the fish is not salted, the vegetables are salted.

The best hotel in Borovoye in terms of service and location. We rest for the second time in a row. Due to the sharp rise in the price of Turkey, most are looking for a replacement for Turkish resorts.
This hotel is quite a replacement for Turkey.. private beach facilities with a bar, heated swimming pool openings. Excellent spa until 23:00 with a large indoor pool, hammam,sauna,Russian bath (professional steam room), a large therapeutic and wellness clinic. A beautiful area with locations for children's entertainment..active children's animation throughout the day. Live music on Saturday, a real nightclub on Friday and Saturday.
I definitely recommend the Wytham garden hotel to visit!)
On Saturday Sunday, the maximum load is - therefore, it is better to take three nights from Friday to Monday to enjoy both parties and relaxation.

The staff is very polite, the rooms are very clean. Great food, the food is always fresh.
Some moments marred the journey: We were with foreign guests, there is no English menu on the second floor, and none of the staff could help them. There are no English speakers at the reception either, but if you are ready to translate the whole trip to friends, then nothing will spoil your mood)

A very beautiful hotel, but unfortunately the service is lame, during a quiet hour they knocked, it turned out to be cleaning, when asked to come up an hour later they replied that they had working hours until 18:00, from 13 to 16 we were not in the room, I think during this time it would be possible to clean up, since we checked in on weekdays, when there were no people at all, they also talk loudly to each other during the quiet hour, it is definitely difficult to fall asleep since everything can be heard from behind thin walls
The breakfasts are delicious, but not everything is fresh, the price of the establishments is unreasonably expensive, they brought cold ordinary tea, even in winter

Kazakhs call Borovoye Kazakh Switzerland and it's true. There are forests and lakes in the low mountains among the steppe. The forests are mostly coniferous, there is no production there, so the air is amazing. It is very beautiful and peaceful. We were in May, it's not the season yet.
The hotel itself is new. the rooms are cozy, everything is clean, the service is pleasant.
The problem with the restaurant! The waiters can carry the order for an hour. they may confuse dishes with another table. They confuse the order of serving, they forget to bring dishes in principle. by the end of our stay, we were already laughing out loud at their mistakes. It's not always delicious.

Nice rooms. A delicious hearty buffet! The water in the pool was a little cold for me. There are various climbing walls for children, a mini-football/volleyball field on the territory. The territory is very large, walking was a great pleasure, both during the day and after sunset. The pool is really huge and with very warm water. Luxurious baths.

A very pleasant and clean hotel with a beautiful territory. There are no questions about the rooms, cleanliness, or parking spaces at all. The breakfasts are quite good, but if you stay here for more than 3 days, you will quickly get bored. I advise you to take dinner buffet too. Minus a star for the work of the lobby bar and their restaurant. Tip: you do not need to add dishes to the menu that you do not know how to cook at all. For example, tom yam is hot water with rubber seafood + absolutely improperly cooked rice (without vinegar, salt and sugar). Well, it is worth training waiters, since they cannot prompt and help with dishes or cocktails. The lobby bar ruined the whole impression.

The rating is reduced due to 2 points: after checking in, while changing clothes, a hotel employee comes and closes the bar ( - keep in mind - so you won't sell anything extra and spoil the impression, the second point is that in the restaurant on the 8th floor - many positions stated in the menu are missing and the staff do not know about it.
