Cons: TV in the room with a strip of broken pixels in the middle; There is no general lighting in the room - only floor lamps - it was impossible to work in the evening; Do not provide free water on request - unacceptable for a hotel of this class; Poor condition of the doors to the rooms - they clap loudly and open only with great effort
Overall impression: in summer it is convenient because of the proximity to the coastline, the rest of the time you can find more comfortable hotels for this price

We came here for the weekend, for my wife's doctor. Upon arrival, we decided to clarify whether any bonuses are due to the birthday boys. We were told that they are. 10% discount and a compliment in the room. We did not have time to be happy, as the girl at the reception clarified that this is for those who book directly or through their partners, but not through Booking 😕 The room was given 2 times less than what we had last time (although we ordered the same one). The room was smoky (ordered for non-smokers), with a broken outlet and a clogged drain in the sink. To our complaints, the girl at the reception promised to send a master who would fix everything, but no one came in 3 days. There was a minibar in the room, which we didn't need, but we needed the refrigerator itself. We asked to take everything out of the minibar so as not to leave a deposit for it (because we paid with a card, and in this case the deposit is sometimes either forgotten to be returned, or returned for a very long time), but they refused us, they said that if we need a refrigerator, then we can make a deposit for the minibar and move everything there there is to put water there, which is given free of charge every day. In general, the birthday and check-in were spoiled by such an indifferent and even dismissive attitude on the part of the hotel staff at the reception. To cheer ourselves up a little, we went swimming on the beach. Tractors drove around the hotel, which did not contribute to relaxation in any way, and construction debris was lying everywhere on the beach. There were no sun beds. They asked at the reception - they refused again. The water was dirty, mud and garbage were floating. There was a pipe sticking out in this murky water! Be careful! You can get hurt or injured. We were well warned by the vacationers on the beach. Panton himself was not tied down and swam away with those who dived from him. Music is playing on the summer terrace until one o'clock in the morning, people are drinking and singing songs, so you won't be able to sleep. There is no sound insulation in the rooms, screaming children run around in the corridors even at night. In general, we are disappointed with the rest (if you can call it that) at this hotel and are unlikely to come here again.

A typical hotel in Kazakhstan: it doesn't matter how much a hotel room costs, but it will have zero service! The room was not cleaned at the entrance. The front door is broken. They refused to provide another number. The pool and spa at the hotel did not work, so moreover, apparently they changed the tiles in the pool and worked at night with a bump, and surprised faces answered the calls at the reception and promised to figure it out! The piece of paper that fell behind the toilet and got to us from the previous tenants stayed there for three days... The same thing happened on the stairs, someone scattered chips - no one has cleaned them in three days. I used the stairs because it's easier to go up the stairs than to wait for two elevators for 150 rooms... Breakfast, lunch and dinner, although it offers a large selection, but the same thing day after day. The doughnuts were soaked in oil so much that they could be squeezed out... On the positive side, I can only note that a clean iron, usually burned and with a century-old layer of scale. And in general, if you remember how much it costs to stay, the hotel is a complete disappointment!
