I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Excellent staff work, clean rooms, delicious breakfasts and dishes in restaurants (there are two of them), not a large but cozy area. In general, everything is fine, except that the prices in restaurants are biting.

A Wonderful Hotel. Fresh rooms, well-maintained territory, excellent cuisine.
There is a SPA. The pool is class - free of chlorine. The hammam is gorgeous. The place itself is magnificent. Nature is divine both in winter and summer.

I had a vacation in May 2023 with two children. Everything was fine and wonderful until they caught an intestinal infection. Of the 4 days, 1.5 days the children suffered from stomachs. The administration claims that once a month they are tested in the kitchen and in the pool and everything is fine, but alas... We ate only at their place and swam only in their pools. The territory, the service, is at the European level, but there are questions about nutrition, the range of dishes is lame, and the taste too.

We did not live in the hotel, but we were on the territory. You can take a walk on the territory of the hotel until 23.00. If you want to swim in the pool, pay 20,000 tenge per person and swim as much as you want. There are a lot of places to relax, gazebos, a fountain, a playground, a gym corner.

There is a discrepancy in the booking information, you book, and you are taken somewhere to the backyard - the room turned out to be in an additional building. This is not written in the description of the room, the only landmark that is there is a view of the pool. Being at this hotel for the first time, I had no idea where this very pool was located on the territory, and even more so I did not know about the presence of an additional building.
Upon arrival, I was unpleasantly surprised that we were taken from the main building to some two-storey building on the territory. I had the feeling that I had booked a room not at Windham Garden, but at some nameless hotel. I settled here in winter.
The room is cool, the wind blew out of the window at night, only the air conditioner in the 30° heating mode saved.
Also, the room stank, the same stale smell was in the entire corridor, the bed linen also did not smell fresh. They refused to move us to the main building, only for an additional payment of the full cost of the room. But if at the time of booking the price difference for standard rooms was from 5 to 10 thousand, then I was offered to pay extra according to the current price on the day of check-in - the cost of the day was more than 2 times higher (at the time of booking - 57.5 thousand, at the time of check-in - 126)
For breakfast, lunch, dinner, a visit to the pool or SPA, you need to get dressed, stomp through the territory to the main building, and then go back, the route from the main building to the building is attached to the photo. In winter, walking down the street from the pool or SPA to your room is a great feeling.
I would also like to mention the kitchen, price and quality do not correlate in any way, the choice is very meager - everything that can be offered to you fits almost on one A4.
