We spent the weekend at this hotel. Everything was fine except for the staff at the hotel restaurant. We were very upset by the cold and tasteless food. I was even more disappointed with the attitude of the restaurant administrator to our remark about the cold food.
The place is beautiful, but the aforementioned restaurant almost spoiled the impression 😑

Rating 3 disappointed the administrator, on weekdays the dB payment is cheaper than on weekends!and they charged us full payment on Monday 106 t tenge per day - the price of the service on the weekend, as a result, on Tuesday they paid 88 t tenge per day, after mentioning! It seems that either the administrators do not act decently or the installation of the hotel management is like this ((( , who and how to cheat is probably the purpose and task of the hotel. Nutrition is good!

The coolest and most modern hotel in Borovoye. However, the heated towel rail did not work in our room and the air conditioner began to drip on the floor. Everything else is fine.
All that is missing are chairs and a table on the balcony, as well as dryers for swimwear.
