We were in the middle of October. The hotel is not even bad. Good, helpful staff, an unusually stylized antique pool area. A gorgeous area with a promenade in the garden, walking areas along the river and the sea (we really walked there alone every day). Varied cuisine. Of the cons: there was not enough evening program. There were performances twice in the amphitheater, and in the bar area there were just songs by a cover band. It was really boring in the evening. A beautiful beach.
We paid for the hotel less than a week before arrival and the price turned out to be too high for him.
They also don't change money at the hotel.
In general, if you book in advance, it is not even bad in terms of price-quality ratio..

A cool hotel, "High Class" - justifies. In general, the hotel is old, but it is carefully maintained. The territory is large, well-groomed, pine trees. The hotel is very well zoned, there is a separate children's area, family recreation areas and 18+ zones. For kids, entertainment for every taste, but the most interesting is from 4+. The 3-year-old was not allowed on the 4+ water slides, it is forbidden to ride with his parents, so he had to settle for one dolphin slide and dry playgrounds. The opening hours of the water park raise questions, it works in the morning when you want to go to the sea, and in the afternoon when you have a nap. The animation is there, unobtrusive, and I liked it on the whole. There are a lot of pools and bars, there are no queues, basically all orders from the table through the waiter. There are 18+ Bars with separate cocktail menus, in general, the "Alko" hotel card impresses with a selection of cocktails and famous alcohol, 5+++. The staff in all areas tries very hard, they can't leave a hand without a tip. The food for Turkey is good, the children's table is large, Ala-maps for 3. The passage to the beach across the river does not bother. The only drawback is the entrance to the sea of pebbles.

We had a rest for a week, a good decent hotel. Excellent green area, clean and well maintained, a large children's club with heated pools, swam in November, carousels and lots of entertainment. The food is at the highest level, fish, seafood, meat, grilled outdoors and its own pasta is made separately, a children's area in the dining room. There is any alcohol, branded, high-quality. The beach is gorgeous and big, a great bar and grill on the beach. A very decent Spa. Friendly and professional staff. Of the disadvantages, it's a bit for the worn rooms and furniture, there were beach towels worn by time.

A great family hotel. 90 percent of the tourists here are families. A large, well-organized territory with swimming pools: antique, quiet, separate for animation. Excellent water slides, especially kamikaze - be careful on it) the beach is 300 meters wide, clean, with a delicious restaurant on it and a nice pier with an equally nice bar). A really big kids' club, with water slides, attractions, a climbing wall and much more. You can stay both in the main building, I took a room with a sea view, which I recommend, and in a bungalow - it's quieter there, but a little further to the main restaurant, although it's not tragic. The service is higher than in the usual fives, although not deluxe, but, I agree, “high class”, as stated everywhere. The food is more than enough, there is a lot and delicious, and if there is not enough, there are a la carte restaurants. There is an assistant on WhatsApp, they respond smartly. Alcohol is all imported, high-quality, a lot. Evening programs, all-day movement, disco, if necessary - in bulk. The beach is across the river, but it really doesn't bother, everything is nearby at all. The water in the sea is clean.

Large beaches, there is a beach with a bar for adults only. Very comfortable and quiet. The bar has very good attentive bartenders.
One of the disadvantages is loud music after 23.00.
And the transfer driver, who at first raced at great speed and overtook through a solid double, and when they made a remark, turned off the air conditioner, drove at a snail's pace(took revenge)

Excellent combination of price and quality. A large and beautiful territory, friendly staff, a decent variety of dishes and drinks. The rooms are not suites, but they are quite good. As a family hotel, it fulfills all the requirements completely.A large team of animators who really take care of children and entertain them in every possible way. A wonderful hotel with very good infrastructure, a large green area and a very good Spa complex.the beach is large, there are a lot of sunbeds, there is no feeling of a bunch of people despite the full load of the hotel.

The only negative is the number of rooms.
The rooms should be updated, towels too, and the air conditioners adjusted - they are very noisy and cool badly.
Considering that I only slept in the room, it didn't bother me very much, but in general they spoil the impression of the hotel.

Everything is fine. We didn't notice any serious problems. 80% of the waiters are great. There is one disadvantage if you are with young children or like to go to bed at 22:00 - from 22:00 to 23:30 live band plays loudly 4 times a week, it is very audible in those bungalows that are closer to the stage (Xanadu Bar).
Update: thanks to Anastasia (thanks a lot to her!) at the reception, we changed the room to a quieter one and even a little higher class (the difference between the junior suite and the family room is only in the presence of a sliding door to the second room - in the junior it simply does not exist, and the price differs greatly).

We have been staying at the hotel for 8 times since 2018. It turned out to come in June and in September.
We introduced our whole family to him.
We believe that there is nothing better for recreation. Love from the first visit!
Everything is simply gorgeous: rooms, food, service, staff, location, proximity to the sea, to the airport.
And what a sauna complex, hydro massage!
We stayed both in the bungalow and in the building. It's good everywhere. A great idea with picnics in the afternoon!
What a great holiday with children is organized.

We are currently resting in this hotel. A pleasant hotel, beautiful grounds, and the best thing is the staff. Attentive, professional and hospitable, from cleaners to managers. Wonderful animation guys. Delicious and varied food, for every taste and stomach)) There is a wonderful Fancy club for children, water activities, workshops, a rope park… I would especially like to note the attitude to work and vacationers, the professionalism of Selma Sinem Portakal, Gokay Agbas and Ceyda Nur Yilmaz. There are nuances in the numbers, it would be good to refresh. They cleaned, at least with us, well. The beach is well maintained and clean. Perhaps we would have come again. An excellent hotel with a beautiful and well-maintained territory, right surrounded by greenery. You can meet squirrels, sea turtles, seals, lizards, and many different birds. A river flows through the territory, along which boats sail. For large ships, they even build a bridge for a short time.
I would like to mention the staff separately. Everyone is very polite, attentive, hospitable, ready to fulfill any request. A variety of animations every hour, a lot of sporting events. Every evening there are 2 different shows - in the atrium and on the pool stage + a disco on the beach.
The food is excellent, very varied, including a grill menu, chef shows and special dishes from the chef every day. You can eat around the clock, drink too. Premium foreign drinks such as gin tankeray and scotch makers mark are also served. Several a la carte restaurants with advance reservation, including 2 free, Turkish and Italian. There are days when dinner in them is only for guests 16+
There are several pools on the territory, there are always enough sun beds for everyone. The same applies to the beach - there are many sun beds under a comfortable canopy, part of the beach is 16+.
The holiday experience is good, but the hotel is more suitable for a family vacation, there are too many couples with eternally screaming and screaming children.

Xanadu has gone very bad this year. We have been flying to it with children for years, it has already become a tradition, but this year it has upset us very much. The service has become worse, there is less food, the same thing every day, for example, the assortment is diluted with different cuts of the same variety of olives. They do not let the remaining products spoil, they shove them into the next meal, this is not the high class level that the hotel has nicknamed itself. The animation has become worse, the artists are cheaper, it can be seen by the numbers and costumes. But most of all I was upset by the number of rooms, old, dead. There is no insulation, the entrance doors can be on one hinge (( we originally booked two rooms on the second floor with a connecting door, since there are four of us. They gave us the first one, but promised to overpower it, we forgave this inconvenience (to live on unpacked suitcases for three days), but when they began to move us, the cleaners began to make fun of it, they say we mock them. This was the peak of the outrage! Is it appropriate in a hotel of the level that he positions himself with?! It is clear that the hotel is tired, switched to a more economical mode, but the price tag is the same, hoping for its guests who have been flying here for years. This year they will lose many regular guests, this is not only our opinion, but also the people we have made friends with here, who have been flying here for 10-12 years. Terrible vacation (( wasted money ... next year we definitely fly to another hotel, it's better to consider new ones, they keep up with the times, and the old ones are marking time, not developing…

The Xanadu Hotel has not just deteriorated, it has become unsafe (for families with children, by no means here!).
I have been coming here for the third year, there is an opportunity to compare "before" and "after".
There are broken glasses in the sand on the beach, bare wires in the rooms – and even in the bathroom, half of the staff are new, apparently hired on the principle of "the less you pay, the better."
The rudeness of half the staff is off the scale: waving the waiter's hands if his phone rang - "wait", discussing the cleaners "these freaks decided to change the room, fucked up (there was a phrase in the original "), the culmination was the behavior of an employee of the photo kiosk (next to the Xanadu bar), without agreeing on the price, he said "at you have half an hour to bring the money, otherwise I'll erase the photo of your child." I felt like a hero of hostage movies. Is this what you expect from 5 stars and the High class category and the cost of living of $ 500. per day!?
After that, the monotonous food seems to be "flowers", most of the dishes are tasteless, and the salads look very much like they were cut and mixed the leftovers, we can only pray that they are not from someone's plates. The furniture is old, the plumbing does not work well, the air conditioners obviously do not change the filters.
People who have been coming here for 15 years and have a gold card have the same opinion.
I think the point is that they are saving up for renovation. Alas, sacrificing customers. A complete change of leadership will probably help.
But, I do not recommend going here one hundred percent until they sort out their internal problems. You want to relax, not be a crisis manager or an auditor!?

I have been to Xanadu 2 times, the last time in June 2023. The undoubted advantage of the hotel is a huge beach with a private beach for adults only. There is a great pier with a bar where there is a decent assortment of drinks, the beach bar is also fine and everything is there. The main disadvantage is the rooms that have not been repaired for a long time, the lobby, where there are no normal coffee machines, this year it has become much more modest in the main restaurant, real kebabs were only twice in two weeks of rest, they began to save a lot. And also - a lot of mosquitoes and midges near the river and on the beach.

Yes, the area is really pleasant there because of the trees and greenery in general. There are children's slides, and three for adults, not bad. You have to go to the sea through the river on a bridge, where people can fish on boats, which gives some kind of Asian style, this can also be attributed to b +. Everything is standard at sea, there is a pier where you can sunbathe and there is also a bar, there is a bar on the shore. There were few people in the hotel, so we rested comfortably, without jostling. A lot of staff understand Russian. In general, the hotel is normal. With a baby stroller, you can go down to the sea or to the pools either by elevator or through the main entrance to the reception and walk around from the street.

We rested at the hotel in July for 18 days, I must say right away that we had a great rest, but objectively about everything in order:
Food. Breakfasts are typical/standard for all hotels, but we don't eat a variety of food at home every day, the coffee machine is good, the grain is delicious. Lunch and dinner - vegetable salads, pickles, various salads-sauces, soups, hot: tongue, veal, beef, there was fish, but I did not go in, there were finger-sized crayfish, shrimp, mussels, there were sushi twice -not very tasty, smoked salmon did not like it. There was pasta and pizza every day. It struck me: from where there are so many flies in the restaurant, it is impossible to approach the crayfish, a swarm of flies flies out, 3 could sit at the table! flies at the same time. I saw a car driving by in the evenings at the hotel and pollinating insects, but the condition in the restaurant is surprising. In general, I'm glad that I didn't get better on pickles, but keep this in mind if you are planning a gastronomic tour, this hotel is not for him☺️

Cleaning and room service. We lived on the 1st floor in the main building (by the way, I immediately recommend taking rooms with a view of the garden, not the pool, we went to bed early and if you don't want to hear a disco, but relax, then the situation is better in these rooms with silence). Cleaning is usual, for the first time in a Turkish hotel I was faced with the fact that they do not make swans out of towels, so strange, I thought it was absolutely common practice ☺️I left a tip, but the quality of the cleaning did not change, after a week of living I found a children's toy under the bed, definitely not ours), so a week ago before our arrival no one I was planning on vacuuming. In recent days, I just asked to change towels without cleaning) I did not see the difference before and after it, the pebbles were in the shower after the beach, and remained.
On the first day we were put in a room with a shared bed, although 2 beds were announced, the next day we were moved. There was a constant buzz in the room with the light on in the bathroom, it was uncomfortable to be in the bathroom, but there was no desire to change the room again. The air conditioner broke down once, but was promptly repaired in a matter of minutes.
Service. I really liked the waiters in the main restaurant, they tried very hard to bring drinks and promptly took away the plates, well done. Regarding animation. I went to yoga, Pilates, aquazumba, oriental dancing, my son went to water polo and football, fancyland, many thanks to Tatiana, attended all her classes with great pleasure☺️I feel like a professional in my field☺️ I will come to Moscow and buy a fitball!☺️.. Animator girls Katya, Marina are very charming and attractive. The girl leading the zumba is just a doll.
The area is amazing, very green, I did Pilates under the pines - this is a special therapy, very clean, I really liked it.
Beach. It's a 5-minute walk to the beach, it was hot when we were relaxing, it's sad that the paths don't reach the water, it's very hot, there are uncomfortable pebbles at the entrance, we swam several times from the pier, mostly spent time by the pool.
Wi-fi is normal, sometimes it will disappear, you will not be able to watch movies and work, but it is quite possible to keep in touch almost throughout the territory.
Support service. I bow low for the promptness in working out the comments, thank you very much, we always met halfway, working out the comments very quickly. Here are 10 out of 5 for you. The air conditioner was repaired within 15 minutes, the ball was given to the child for the whole vacation, that's just I lost my shorts in the pool area, and I never found them, there were questions who needed them my old torn shorts☺️
In general, I am pleased that we had a very good rest, but objectively, this is far from a high class☺️
