I waited for the opening for 30 minutes, went in at 9.55, I was interested in the availability of an ssd. If they are not there, then you should not wait.. 5 minutes is also the time. They are very polite and sometimes warn about possible inconsistencies between the purchased product and the existing equipment. Well done and handsome. But the Zeon service department is lousy. There are not competent specialists (I have experienced it myself), a problem that can be solved in two days is solved for weeks or even a month. Unpleasant communication, sometimes they are hung up on their ears to turn them off. It is the specialists. Leaving the service, there is often a negative. Which is impossible to say about the sales department. There are great fellows and nice people working there.

I ordered :processor,SSD, cooler.
They handed over something insane : the processor and SSD were simply taped to the cooler box , the processor wrapped with a medical rubber band to a plastic footrest - I don't know what it's called correctly , but it was broken.
There is a dent on the cooling plate of the cooler tower! I do not know how they deliver that the tower is crumpled in the box ...
I did not check it in the work, but if something goes wrong, I will add a review!
But definitely the processor can be wrapped in a bubble wrap and PUT IN a BAG!

I'll start from the very beginning: 1.12 I made an order on the website- they promised an order for 10.12, yes, there were no orders, which they said immediately when confirming the order- I ordered similar ones - the next day they confirmed delivery on 17.12- and now the most interesting thing: when delivery is on the 10th, they call back 9 and inform, that almost all the items from the order are missing!!!! I didn't expect such a setup. 9 to inform you that there will be no order for 10- are you serious??? Now you have to urgently look for gifts for the new year 10 days later in other stores from what is left ((( I will say one thing: do not count on this store, if you are looking for something for a gift or urgently- it may not be, what they will tell you in a day!
