I bought RAM for 130 rubles., it did not fit and the laptop does not see it.
They refused to exchange the product for a more expensive one (+ with an additional payment for installation and checking whether another one is suitable) due to the fact that more than two weeks have passed since the purchase, namely two weeks and two days. Although this is not mentioned in the warranty, not on the website, not when buying. There is no customer orientation, it is easier to give the client to another online store than to negotiate on favorable terms for yourself. Earlier, a week ago, I applied to buy more spare parts for a laptop because there were none on sale and on order in this store, they said they would call back within two or three days and give an answer whether it would be possible to order from them. No one called during those three days. I strongly advise against this store, due to the lack of interest in the customer.
Probably the best hardware store in Gomel. You only need to order through the website to see the availability of the product and not stand at the checkout, forcing people to look for some kind of wire).
As I do, I ordered through the website, waited for the operator, or dialed and picked up on the same day.

I think the best online hypermarket comes from Gomel. I remember when it was called "Riva". It often happens that they offer the best prices, taking into account the absence of a delivery fee. I took a puncher and a clothes dryer here.

In the Zone, you will first pay the cost, and then the goods will be brought to you in another queue and you cannot return it after payment, this is prescribed in the terms of the store. And yet: the store gives ITS own guarantee, you can forget about the manufacturer's warranty. All famous manufacturers give a global warranty, sometimes for several years. In Zeon, they will print out a piece of paper with the store's seal for a year or two, with which you will only come to THEIR service, and it is unknown who and what will do there "under warranty", while the manufacturer gives a full THREE years for the same product in ANY official service.
If you refuse the product at least once for any reason, nothing will be sold to you without prepayment.
It is better to overpay a little, but do not contact this store.
