The portions are huge! The three of us (me, my wife, and my adult daughter) took 1.5 servings, and we barely made it. Working and living in Samarkand for more than six months. In 8 attempts (driving by) I never got to show off their wonderful swimmer, who apparently sweeps away the shop windows. But I think not. They do not sweep away. They just do such careless marketing and they are too lazy to cook a normal amount.
