Obviously, the points are mutually exclusive. These nuances were discussed and clarified several times, all conversations were recorded on the store's side. The manager promised with three boxes and on warranty issues said that if anything, you won't have to go anywhere.
The laptop was delivered the very next day — fine, but... no. The first thing that confused me was the lack of a branded seal on the film packaging. I immediately called the service to clarify this point. The service was surprised and suggested that the seal may be missing due to the region for which this device was manufactured.
OK, I opened it… What was my surprise and disappointment when I saw that they sent a version with an engraving ... an incomprehensible font and a yellow color on a device created for aesthetic pleasure. Before ordering, I understood that this was possible, as well as the fact that you can't buy factory engraving these days, so the question of its absence was fundamental.
Then an endless stream of calls with inquiries began. On the store's side, they eventually admitted a mistake when they listened to all the recordings, but refused to do anything on their own. They also refused to give the number of the head, I had to look for myself. They offered me to come on my own and exchange, guided by the paragraph of the law on consumer protection, which assumes independent delivery of goods weighing less than 5 kilograms, but ... I ordered, certain agreements were reached with the manager, and as a result I received not what was agreed upon. Why should I go?
In general, initially the delivery was refused to me. A day or two later, I managed to contact the head, the result of the conversation with whom was an offer to deliver another laptop with some kind of his driver, and not a transport company. Moreover, the head took an hour to think and said that they would call me back. Half a day passed, and I called him again, but there was no answer. About 10 minutes later, the service called with such a "tempting" offer.
Let me clarify that during phone conversations, I was constantly asked what was wrong with the laptop and why the engraving was an obstacle to use… For some reason, I had to make excuses for the store's mistake, God…
Okay, I agreed to wait.
The wait took a month with weekly calls from my side and negative responses from the service employee. Such things.
A month later, I decided to go myself to close this issue and start using the thing I bought a long time ago. The first attempt to go ended with a long wait for a response that the laptop you need has already been sold and that you need to call in advance. The second attempt was a success, if you can call it a success. The question of the existence of "his driver" has remained a mystery.
Customer orientation only works before the purchase, and then do what you want. They will meet you halfway, but only if you talk well and don't mention protecting your rights.
What is the result? A month of stress, negative emotions and uncertainty until the last moment that the ill-fated laptop will be exchanged, because the store still needs to evaluate its appearance, you never know what I did with it during this time. By the way, at first there was another option with courier delivery, but the service employee said that the company was so-so, because there are no guarantees that I will not send a "brick". Very pleasant.

If the situation had been resolved in the first few days, as it should be from a human point of view and from the point of view of responsibility for one's own mistake, then purchases here could be regular… But the way it is.

Now the most interesting thing is the non-working additional microphone. The stereo sound on video and audio is irrevocably gone. The service did not confirm any of the defects and resolved the issue by flashing. They returned me a dirty phone in which nothing has changed since the moment of commissioning, except that in the gallery of the phone dropped before commissioning to the factory, other people's photos of flowers in the garden and someone's pimples miraculously turned out to be in the gallery (guys, everything is fine there, why the hell do I find this at home in the phone?). God only knows how flashing could solve problems with the hardware part of the equipment. It seems that they just played with him there and gave him back.

The operator in an indignant voice "explained" to me that I called late and "call another day, I think you know that tomorrow is a holiday, right?", okay, the incompetent boorish operator was least interested at that moment, so they gave me the phone number of the "service", which I managed to get through to (attention!) a month later, where the girl said that they did not service the air conditioners and they gave me the wrong room — is this normal at all? I find on my own on the site a completely different number of one of the "services", where they tell me that actually (attention!) they are not responsible for the air conditioner purchased from them and all claims against the one who installed it. I informed him that the "master" did not leave any documents. The service responds that the only option in this case is to be serviced for a fee by another master of their company. Okay, I want a serviceable air conditioner, let's get another master and for a fee. They write down my phone number to "transfer". Another 1 month passes — no call, no SMS. Then suddenly a certain person in Viber writes "hello", and that's it. I thought that I had made a mistake and replied with a similar greeting, waiting for the dialogue to continue. Since then, another 1 month has passed (!) and for the sake of interest, I check in the contact what kind of person is this, and what do you think? It's signed "Oleg the air conditioner". That is, instead of calling me without warning, they write an empty "hello" to the messenger and just disappear. Then I decided to look through Viber, remembering that the first would-be "master" also wrote to me on Viber and I found this drowned chat. This "master" is called Alexander, I wrote to him about the current problem and the situation regarding the air conditioner, saying that you were installing, let's think about what can be done. Guess what happened next? No way. The person read it, the person ignored it. The company did not send any master, no one called, no one wrote. Good luck with this approach to clients!
