Excellent, family hotel with good service, pleased with the cleanliness, food and very clean beach.
Cooling pools, sun loungers, and also excellent staff.
I would also like to mention the bartenders, especially Geewinda, Santhush, Don, who patiently fulfill any requests and try to please each client, very nice and pleasant communication.

The constant construction works ruin the whole vacation experience. TVs do not work in a room due to poor Wi-Fi connection, and there is a problem with the place in which I insert the card, so there is no stable flow of electricity in the room (#8419). Also, only one person works at the reception that prolongs the check-in and check-out wait up to an hour.

It's not a bad hotel, but there are nuances.
1. Gorgeous beach, great bathing at high tide and low tide.
2. Good food for four, there are fruits, a lot. I liked the food in principle.

1. Location. If the wind is not from the sea, but from the land, it feels like you live in a large chemical plant, next to an industrial zone, the smell is appropriate.
2. Small funny problems in the restaurant. Clean plates and especially spoons are in short supply!! They should be asked separately and wait for them to be brought, while continuing to eat porridge with a fork :) It's the same with mugs. Actually, there are none, there are only plastic cups. Piling up a lot of food and not giving appliances - apparently the local management considers this a fruitful idea to save money :)
2. The rooms have a good kitchen. But! Not a single spoon, fork, mug, let alone pans and pots. We thought we had forgotten to put it in, but they said at the reception that this was the policy of the hotel.
But all this, except paragraph 1, is more fun than annoying.
3. And yes, the hotel is mostly Russian by contingent, so it's not easy to take a sunbed on the beach, especially since towels are not changed during the day.
4. There is a construction site all around. But they don't make much noise. Rooms with city views are noisier, and the smell from factories is stronger in case of wind from land.

The only drawback is that there are not enough sunbeds on the beach. I had to borrow early in the morning, because that's what everyone does, and many then never come to their places, and the workers do not control or regulate it in any way.
The buffet is very decent, there is always a dish of meat and fish, without frills, but generally delicious.

We had a family vacation, the impression is great.

The food is varied, the choice is for every taste, a large number of fruits, desserts for all meals. Fish, meat always. Beach towels are provided. Beach rescue is great, I'm for safety. A favorable atmosphere, only a good impression. There is one point that the humidity is high, things do not dry, we would like to arrange a floor hanger in the rooms to dry the laundry. Everything was in the room (toothpaste,razor, towels, bathrobe), the rooms are large, we have 2 rooms +a living room, 3 toilets, a kitchen (4 people rested), a family. The room was on the 7th floor, the view was gorgeous, on the Persian Gulf, that's what we wanted, we were at the hotel at 9, checked in at 15:00, swam before check-in. Thank you, everyone is happy! Everything is great and beautiful, the sea is super! The village is 7min walk and 3min golf car from Residents , the cat takes you to the beach. The Village is a very cheerful hotel, animation Friday, Saturday. In Residents there is complete relaxation, it is boring. There are disadvantages, cleaning suffers everywhere, starting with the room and cafe, it is dirty, food is lying around, no one cleans. A FAMILY-RUN HOTEL IS NOT FOR THE FUSSY
In general, the rest went well, due to the fact that it was possible to stay on the territory of the Residence, they have a large territory. Cars go to the beach every 5 minutes. The Village is boring, there is nothing to do. There is nowhere to go except on the territory of two hotels, there is a shopping center Al hamra Mall in 10 minutes and that's it. The hotel itself is more family-run, there are a lot of elderly people, there is no entertainment or animation, music is played on Fridays and weekends. The beach is great, but good sunbeds need to be occupied in the morning. The pools are not quite warm. From the staff, I can only single out the waiter and bartender Pran, a wonderful person who will always prompt and help. I got a good grade just because of him. I give him 100 out of 100. Huge thanks to him! The staff does not know Russian.
The rooms are not bad if you just need to spend the night.
They checked us in at 11 a.m., took the tourist tax, did not take the deposit, we had breakfast and dinner. They gave a room without a balcony, which is a big minus, because there was nowhere to dry things. The shower water was lukewarm, shampoo, gel, soap, toothbrushes and a razor were in the room. The rooms were poorly cleaned or not cleaned at all. Water was brought only 1 time to the room, towels were changed only 2 times.
The food is not great, but you can eat. The fruits were watermelons, melons, pineapples (not always tasty), oranges, apples.
There were also dates. There were fish and meat each. We weren't hungry. There were pros and cons.

We visited the Al Hamra Village Hotel from October 16 to 26, 2024. The overall impression is 4 out of 5. The territory of the hotel is not large, the reception and two-storey bungalows in two rows, separated by a road. There is a small gym, a swimming pool, as well as a restaurant for hotel guests (breakfast*lunch*dinner) and The Frisky Fox bar. This is all that is on the territory. We stayed in room 945. The room is great! Very large, two-room, huge bed, very large shower room. The room has good furniture (wooden, massive), no creaking panels or falling off door handles, etc., everything is very decent! The room has a hairdryer, iron, ironing board, refrigerator, safe (free of charge). The air conditioner works flawlessly, noiselessly, turns on automatically at regular intervals, everything is comfortable. The room is cleaned daily, very neat and clean. In general, there are no complaints about the hotel staff, they try very hard, everyone is friendly and friendly. Nutrition is much more complicated. In my opinion, with such a large number of guests, the area of the restaurant and the kitchen for the chef should be at least TWO (2) !!! three times more than it is now. We booked 2+2. Children aged 11 and 14.
The main thing is to book correctly with a tour operator. We booked with 2 extra beds. As a result, they were given a room with 2 bedrooms. One has 1 large bed, the other has 2 separate beds. The room also has a large living room, a kitchen (we didn't need an all inclusive), 3 bathrooms, a bathroom with a dressing table and a storage room.

We were not even warned about the availability of a tourist fee, which was not pleasant news when checking in. Moreover, the payment was demanded in dirhams (we had only dollars on hand). But the girl at the reception politely offered to go to Al Hamra Mall, to the currency exchange office. Since we were in standby mode, we were happy to go to the mall, but our enthusiasm quickly waned as soon as we went outside. It turned out that in this hellish heat it is not so easy to walk this short distance. There are practically no shadow areas along the way, only small palm trees, from which there is practically no shadow. Therefore, our advice to future vacationers is to plan a trip to the shopping center at night!
There were no complaints about cleaning, the room was cleaned, towels were changed every day.
There were no problems with drinking water either, it can be obtained in all bars, restaurants, at the reception, as well as in the room they replenish the stock daily.
Food and restaurant: we could barely cope with the volume of tourists. There were not enough seats and tables. The food was sorted quickly, sometimes it took a long time to wait. But in the end, everything that ended was replenished, taken out and apologized for waiting. The constant queue for tea and coffee was very annoying. The kettle was running out of boiling water all the time, the coffee machines were constantly breaking down. But here it is necessary to note the attitude of the tourists themselves to the food and the restaurant. People behave as if they hadn't been fed for a week, a queue was gathering long before the restaurant opened, it all looked like taking some kind of greed. For example, the same pattern was not observed in the neighboring 5* hotel. There, all the vacationers collected food in a measured manner, without haste and queues.
There are no questions about the sea and the pools themselves, everything was fine. The sea is very warm, the entrance is flat and sandy. The pools were cooled, which was very helpful. In general, we are happy with the rest, but we would not return to the same hotel a second time.

I have vacationed in different countries using the all inclusive system, I can safely call it a normal place without frills. Beef, chicken and fish daily, rice, pasta and potatoes too. The plates are clean, there are enough appliances for everyone, you just need to come and take it. The glasses are paper or plastic, but even in this you can find a plus - they are disposable)). Alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks of good quality, coffee beans, sugar on the table. There is enough space for everyone on the beach, the sea is amazing. Of the advantages - the beach, the sea, clean territory, food - without frills, but quite tasty and enough, there was always fish, meat - chicken and beef (very tasty), side dishes, sweets, watermelon, melon and pineapple from fruits. We had a rest in August. The temperature is +40 during the day, +33 at night, and the water is +35. You can only go to the sea in the morning and in the evening before sunset.
The hotel itself has large rooms, but they require renovation. The furniture is already tired, in some rooms the shower doors are broken and the curtains are behind them.
The food is quite poor, there is not much choice. The discovery was that with the all-inclusive system, breakfast was refused upon arrival in the morning, they said that it was paid starting from lunch, on the day of departure only breakfast. In the restaurant, the room number is recorded at the entrance, you can't enter a second time. There was only a bar on the street, nothing else. The children's menu is only on request, it just doesn't exist.
The beach is not very big, but in conditions of such heat it was enough, the entrance to the sea is gentle. There are ebbs and flows in the morning and evening.
There was no animation at all, there was nothing to do in the evening, it was very boring, it was far from the city of Ras Al Khaimah, there was only one shopping center nearby,

We stayed at this hotel with our family. (Me, my husband, and my daughter are 6 years old).
From 12/18/24 to 12/28/24.
The room stock is strange, we first moved into a room with one large bed (with a child of 6 years old) , I had to change it. A room with 2 single beds. My husband and I have pain in all our sides and back for 10 days, because it's impossible to sleep together on such a bed. The rooms are cleaned somehow, the floors were always dirty, and the maids... after them, the room smelled terrible afterwards ((( friends said that you need to complain about the service and then they will clean well, in the sense of "then they will", but they shouldn't do it without a scandal?! 2-3 days after checking into the room, a man was moved in below us, who smoked 24/7 in the room and even our room stank!!! I had to fight, I don't know where he went, but an hour later the room was empty. At least thank you for that.

For 4**** great hotel, food, service, beach. The sea is incomparable, but the tides are unpredictable. If you come with children, watch them very carefully in the water. If you don't swim well, be careful too. When you enter the water at low tide, you can walk almost to the buoys. You swim near the buoys for 15 minutes, and at this time the tide is coming in, you will have to swim back quite far: near the shore it will be with your head. The cyclicity is not clear. It feels like when the sea wants to, then it suits them. And everything happens very quickly.
Other disadvantages: the room does not have a balcony, dryer. Even a banal window sill. There is no place to dry things. There are rooms with a balcony, but they are at a higher price. Very dirty windows. It is a very small restaurant, and it eats in 2 hotels. This one and the neighboring one are from the general network. I'm on vacation out of season (September), and you're always standing in line at the entrance. Wait until the tables are free. It's very hot outside. It is impossible to sit outside. There are no bars in the air-conditioned room. Therefore, everyone not only eats, but also just sits and drinks. So waiting for a table is not fast. Otherwise, I really like everything. Especially the staff. They are from Sri Lanka. They are very nice and try very hard. I like that there is a lot of space on the beach. There is plenty of room for hiking. It's important to me.
