Was so pleased by the reception staff, they were so kind and hospitable and all the impression was just broken by the awful staff especially at the restaurant and cafe (near the pool) and the security. Feeling themselves as CEO of the hotel and very rude behaving to the people, to the tenants. Very sad when writing this review and don’t believe it’s Marriott chain of the hotels. After check out will duplicate the review to my booking reservation as well. 0 of 5 stars only coz the cafe and security staff.

We rested for a week in October 2024. Everything is fine! Polite staff, clean rooms, the beach is nearby. We had breakfasts/dinners. Everything is delicious! You won't stay hungry! For $130, we checked into a room with a sea view and admired the beautiful sunrises and amazing sunsets, lights, yachts for a week. On one side is the beach with access to the Dubai Marina, the famous Atlantics Hotel, and on the other is the promenade overlooking the Parus Hotel. Our guide from Anex Julia is a professional in his field! Julia, greetings from Yekaterinburg! On my daughter's birthday, we went on an excursion, and when we returned, we were waiting for a room decorated with balloons and swans, a cake! Everything is very cool! We'll be back!

We had a family vacation with a small child in September. The hotel is small, very stylish and modern. The location of the hotel is wonderful for its price. There are transfers to malls, but it is not always possible to get to them, because demand greatly exceeds supply. The food is like in Dubai's threesomes. Good quality, quite varied food without frills. Fruits are mostly just for breakfast. Great desserts. Fish is always represented. However, the amount of spices sometimes just kills the taste of the food. I want to drink constantly afterwards. Seafood once a week. Vegetables and salads are always in the assortment. Hummus is very tasty and bruschetta. Good coffee and tea. The service in the restaurants is excellent. The purity is crystal clear. The linen was changed once in 9 days, which is strange. Towels were also changed, it is unclear, then two will be given, then four, then six. Body lotion is given once per stay, which is also strange, one tiny tube for three people?! The beach is something. The good thing about it is the view, the sunset, towels, new sun beds with pillows, mattresses on the water and of course a lifeguard. The rescuer is just a human being. Badly:the beach itself was dirty (even condoms were lying around) the toilet, the lack of paper and towels was regular, periodically the toilet was generally closed for half a day, debris from the sea, stones, complete absence of waves, dirt from the pontoon (vile algae). By the way, the hotel has a children's pool and a playground. The toilet by the pool is also a stinky dump.the beach is across the street. Overall, the hotel is good. Change the cleaners, repair the toilet on the beach, clean the beach apparently every day with such tourists. Of course, 450-500 thousand per week, this hotel is definitely not worth it.

Nice, clean hotel. The beach is nearby, there are always free sun beds. Towels are provided both on the beach and by the pool. Our room was on the 9th floor, corner. The room is clean, comfortable every day, cleaned perfectly! We had breakfast and dinner-sometimes dinner was changed for lunch. In general, there was always something to eat. Minus one, for us, it's a long taxi ride to the center of Dubai. But you could also take a free bus from the hotel to the shopping center, and then take the subway. Taxis are expensive. There are a lot of tiles by the pool, many fell, and my child also fell there, injured his arm, but the staff quickly provided first aid, and even the next day they were interested in how he felt. The staff is 90% English-speaking, but there were 2 Russian-speaking guys at the reception. In general, we could still visit it.

The second time at the hotel.. Everything is fine, as usual! Spacious rooms with balconies with beautiful views, the rooms have everything you need (bathrobes, slippers, shampoo, balm, gel, water give a lot..) your own nice beach with trestles and umbrellas.. for me, the food is excellent- I took breakfasts and dinners, and dinners can be exchanged for dinners in Mexican or Italian restaurants with gorgeous views of the sea and Sail) they sometimes organize dinners on the beach) the only thing is far from the center, but for me it's not a minus- such an oasis in the city) and also wonderful staff!

The rooms are cleaned daily, everything you need is soapy and after the sun they are given out. There is a question about sockets. The mirror is in the bathroom, but the socket is in the bedroom. It's a little difficult to style your hair without a mirror)))) Water is free only in the rooms. They themselves give out 0.5 per person per day. But if you ask, they give you as much as you need. The food is not as good as in Turkey, but everything is delicious, moderately varied. There are restaurants, Italian and Mexican. Both are decent, sincere atmosphere and delicious. There are Russian-speaking staff. But if you have some English, you will be understood). The pool is not very large, but with a hydro-pool and the view is beautiful. The sea is 5 minutes away. Closes the passage immediately after sunset. I really liked the position with the towels. You need to take it when leaving the pool and the beach. I really liked the hotel. We took a room with a view of the "Sail". A small but cozy room with a balcony. The view from the room is beautiful. Ask for slippers/bathrobes /individual hygiene kits at the reception - do not hesitate. There is a Russian-speaking manager at the reception in any shift.
Also, if you need ice for drinks, also at the reception. Used water is given in an unlimited amount. In the room, when cleaning, they put 2 bottles per person, but at the request they bring as much as necessary.
Cleaning is daily. The air conditioner works well, but keep in mind that when the balcony is open, the air conditioner automatically turns off.
The sea is a 3-minute walk away. Towels at the entrance to the beach are used. There are always free sun beds. The entrance is flat, sand. There are various animals in the purest sea. Not Red, of course, but crabs and small fish can be seen. We saw a couple of cuttlefish once - very funny. The beach bar is available.
Meal. We took breakfast / dinner, because in practice we do not need ALL. Decent, quite varied menu. There was enough choice and quantity. And this is not from the category of "you will not stay hungry", but quite a high-quality buffet kitchen. Sausage and other things from this category should not be taken, but I think many tourists already know about this. Here, too, soy. Otherwise, there are no complaints. Even with a late visit 5 minutes before the restaurant closes, no one will kick out and there will be an assortment of dishes. There are Russian-speaking waiters.
Thoughtful transfer to/from the Mall. The schedule will be given at the reception. A comfortable bus picks up/brings you from/to the hotel. It is very convenient, because next to the hotel there is only one shop and a cafe / restaurant at the neighboring hotel, but the price tag and assortment are exclusive)))
Alcohol, if relevant and did not have time to take it upon arrival at DF, can be found in one of the Malls, check with your guides or the administrator at the counter of the Mall. If it's the first time, it's hard to find it on your own.
The hotel has Mexican and Italian a la carte restaurants. There were, I didn't like it. The menu is meager, but for the sake of variety, you can take a look once. The price tag is not budget, guests staying at the hotel get a discount.
Swimming pool. I would say chamber))) that is, miniature, but the water is comfortable. It is more designed for children. An adult can splash around, it's unlikely to swim)))
There is a billiards table in the lobby of the hotel, a decent library-bookcrossing in various languages.languages, it is also found in Russian, in the evening, over a glass of beer / wine, you can watch sports events on a large plasma.
Across the street there is a promenade along the shore, more than 5 km long. At a comfortable air temperature, it is an excellent option for morning/evening walks / jogging.
The hotel definitely deserves an excellent rating. Let's go back here 100%.

The hotel is good. We went for the first time, so we took a long time to choose, read reviews. We thought between the city and the palm tree. We do not regret that we chose, it's cool that there is a beach, sun beds and towels, there is a small pool.
The views are amazing! There was the most inexpensive room, upon check-in they offered to pay for a room with a sea view. We paid, and it was the best waste of money for this vacation, and, it seems to me, it turned out to be cheaper than it would have been when booking. Do not hesitate, take it with a view- my advice, I think with horror how we would sit in a room with a view of a neighboring hotel, without a balcony and with windows that do not open🤦♀️ it's worth it to get up and fall asleep with such landscapes🥰
The food is normal, of course, not super diverse, and in the end I got fed up, but everything is tolerable, edible. 2 restikas - Mexican and Italian, atmospheric, only drinks are paid, expensive. Just like everyone else in Dubai) It's delicious, the portions are huge. For a change, you can go once.
We took an adapter, but there are 2 usb charging pins on the table in the room. Kettle, ironer, hair dryer, you can ask for a bathrobe. Sets with cotton pads, chopsticks, paste brushes. Gels and shampoos. They clean well.
Due to the remote location, it may be expensive to take a taxi. Taxi drivers charge wild money)) but there are free buses to the malls, or both. It was written on the globus website that there is a transfer to the water park, but there is no transfer in fact, we took a taxi ourselves, it took 11 minutes to go.
We also took a tour of Dubai with a boat ride along the Marina and the Sky View observation deck - it was great - we took it, brought it, we didn't have to spend a lot of money and get there ourselves, we wouldn't have seen so much of everything.
For a relaxing holiday, if you don't want to go to the city every day, or with children - that's the thing. We recommend it.
But next time, for comparison, we'll probably take something closer to the subway, so that we don't depend on anyone and go wherever we want.

But the principle of large towels was unclear: they put three on two living people. The situation is being corrected by asking even the direct executors not to refuse. The situation is the same with water. A small building and everything in plain sight, it simplifies communication. We arrived in the morning, we read somewhere in the reviews that we were checked in early for free, but we were offered only for a fee of 700 dirhams. The view from the window certainly matters, so the floor is higher, as I like it. Payment is only in dirhams. The exchange machine costs, of course, not a very profitable rate. Departure to the mainland is corrected)). There is a small beach area. The building does not have its own green area as such. Actually, there is a long promenade along the sea, used for hiking or jogging. To get to the city on a free transfer to the shopping center according to the schedule, which we never got to. Or a taxi, but here the distance already matters. A car with a meter is better. YAGO works very conveniently. There is no animation, and we were not bored without it.

We have been in this hotel since 06/02/2024. We had a great rest! The food is delicious, there is everything and meat (chicken, beef) and fish are white, fresh. Salads are in the assortment, fruits too (pineapples are very tasty). Omelets and scrambled eggs can be ordered for breakfast. The coffee is delicious. The Mexican restaurant has live music, dishes and cocktails are interesting and satisfying!) the beach is without waves, the water is clean and warm. They give you a towel. Everything is great for cleaning, they cleaned every day, replaced all towels and always supplemented with detergents and water, tea, coffee. The staff is always respectful and smiling! There is a Russian-speaking Roman employee at the hotel, you can contact him for any questions, he will always help. He recommended us and organized a shopping trip, we were satisfied, we recommend it. The location is fine, there is a transfer 3-4 times a day to 2 malls.

I was with my wife and child at this hotel. I liked everything in principle. Separately, I would like to note the cleaning in the room, daily high-quality cleaning and a change of bed linen. Breakfast and dinner are certainly not very varied, but you can eat well))) once there was a dinner organized on the beach.
The beach is good, there are enough sun loungers for everyone, 2 minutes walk from the hotel. Some staff speak Russian.

We stayed at the hotel in June 2024, we liked the hotel itself. Clean, cozy rooms, nice pool, delicious food, friendly staff. It is better to take at least breakfast / dinner, there are no shops nearby, you need to go / drive at least 3km. We took a taxi to Nakhil Mall, the meter showed 30-40 dirhams, if I'm not confusing anything. It's cool to walk along the embankment in the evening, we walked to Atlantis. The room was standard, with partial sea view, everything was fine with us. You could pay extra and take a room with a balcony facing the Sail. In the evening, the beaches are closed, and I so wanted to spend the evening on the beach, the guard let us through, but still the atmosphere is not the same, apparently for security reasons.
At the last breakfast we were pleasantly surprised and presented with a delicious dessert with the inscription Thank you, it was incredibly pleasant!

Hello everyone I would like to tell you and share my impressions about such a hotel as Aloft Palm Jumeirah. It's just a wonderful place! The hotel is not big, but very clean, beautiful, with a swimming pool and a beach. The rooms are very cool, in terms of appearance and size. The Burj Khalifa is perfectly visible in that room and the Parus Hotel is visible. The hotel has a very steep beach overlooking the palm tree and the Marina area, the water on the beach is not boiling, you can swim. By the way, the breakfasts at the hotel are just crazy - you definitely won't stay hungry, and in general, how much time is given for breakfast, lunch and dinner - 3 hours, that's more than enough. There is a free shuttle service from the hotel to the Mall of Emirates (shopping center), and there is a subway. Here I would like to mention the staff separately - this is not Turkey for you, here the staff is how helpful, polite and ready to help, it simply cannot be described, the service is 100%. I really liked the staff, everyone is always ready to help, smiling, interested. Russian Russian is spoken/understood by several people, including the Russian guy Sergey at the reception. Thank him very much that he sometimes appeared and clarified our attempts to communicate in English)). The food in the main restaurant is not very varied, but everything is delicious, fresh, not spicy. We also had delicious pizza in the pizzeria, the selection of fish dishes is too poor for the Mediterranean menu. The hotel itself is not new, in general it makes a good impression, but the sink drain broke twice and the light turned off twice, there is also a slight musty smell in the corridors (perhaps this is inevitable, at this level of cooling, but it means that ventilation is weak). Problems are fixed quickly, 1 time they even sent a compliment from the hotel fruit. The beach is private, sun beds, umbrellas, towels are all free, clean sea, 5 minutes at a leisurely pace. I didn't like that they were kicked out of the sea at half past 7, the beach was closed, the most pleasant time, but the staff wanted to go home, and the work schedule indicated before sunset. On-site swimming pool, with cooling, sun beds, umbrellas, towels for free. Everything is clean, the room is cleaned every day, the floor is washed, towels are changed, the bed is made, water, tea, coffee are replenished. The bedding doesn't seem to have been changed for 10 days. The location is far from the trunk of a palm tree, 5 km. There is no transport, only a taxi or a free bus to the mall according to the schedule. Overall, I liked the hotel, I recommend it.

A super hotel. The beach is nearby. Every day there is a new assortment of food. Everything is very tasty. Convenient transportation schedule, transported to three large malls in Dubai. The rooms are comfortable and comfortable, if something is missing, you can ask and everything will be brought. The only disadvantage is that some staff do not understand English (except for the guys at the reception) as I understand it, only one of them knows Russian, a very kind guy. (There were different animals every time after cleaning the room)

We had a family vacation in July 2024. The hotel is great, the view from the window is gorgeous! The staff is very friendly, smiling👍 The food is delicious, especially the desserts. The beach is nearby, 2 minutes walk, there is enough space for everyone in the pool. In the evening we went for a walk along the embankment, there are shops and restaurants nearby. I liked the rest, I recommend this hotel!!!
