A decent hotel, delicious but monotonous food, breakfasts. Lunch in the city or on the roads, a convenient location, we walked everywhere, near the market, near the Omsk restaurant, a hearty square, the quality of the dishes is decent, the price is low in comparison with Omsk, for 4th from 10-14000 tenge. The hotel does a great massage, I recommend it. The pool itself is cold for adults and deep, the children did not get out of the Jacuzzi, but it was very small. The hotel itself is reminiscent of the Omsk fairy tale with the number of visitors, new ones every 2 days. We lived on the second floor overlooking the construction site, there were no unnecessary loud noises at night and early in the morning. The toilet was closing, the shower was working, the TV was going all right. To clean and change towels only by invitation, they did not come themselves and did not clean once in a week, they asked for toilet paper and garbage bags at the reception. It is quite decent without drunks, screaming, even the playground is not big, but we were practically not in the hotel.

A good hotel in its price segment. Cleaning is on request, cleanliness is monitored. The territory is fenced, there is a barbecue area. The pool is big, and for me it is also deep. It is not heated. There is a children's pool nearby, but it is too small for so many children who rested at the same time in the hotel. 132 rooms, double, with the possibility of additional space✅ there are also children's and sports grounds on the territory, there are gazebos for gatherings between the buildings

The lake is gorgeous, not close, it takes 10 minutes to walk, but while you're walking, you can go everywhere to cafes and the central market. About cold porridge, I would like to tell the hotel management that something needs to be done with the kitchen, it feels like they cooked it at 6 in the morning and wait for people until 8. We lived in the 3rd building.
The good location of the hotel, we occupied a spacious room on the second floor overlooking the pool, a large swimming pool, there were always free sun beds. We successfully went to the SPA hammam and sauna are good, the water in the pool is warm enough, there were no other visitors during our visit.
There was a TV in the room, it did not work at check-in, but the hotel staff quickly fixed the malfunction.
The bed linen was clean, but not completely new - it was sewn in places.
The bed is not a double bed, but two single beds pushed together - not very comfortable.
There is a sufficient amount of furniture in the room - three wardrobes, two bedside tables, a refrigerator, two chairs and a table. There are two sockets at each bedside table.
Three towels are provided for two people - two large and one small.
There is only one piece of soap in the shower, shower gel, shampoo is not provided.
The toilet lid did not hold in the open position.
There is no air conditioning in the room, it was not hot during our stay, so it is normal.
There is no kettle in the room, but you can get hot water in the cooler.
We didn't like the breakfasts - there were porridges, sausages (tasteless, very salty), omelette (tasteless and ugly) or scrambled eggs (the only thing we liked) - it was on the distribution, there was also a complex on the plate at once - tomatoes and cucumbers (not very fresh), pastries, apples or orange, cheese and butter (photo attached).
The staff is mostly friendly and helpful.
In general, we had a good rest.

We stayed at the hotel in the 2nd building from July 14 to July 21, 2024.
A very comfortable two-room room with a large loggia.
The case is new, clean, and very pleasant.
Excellent sauna, which is included in the room rate.
Attentive staff.
All issues were resolved quickly.
I would especially like to mention the work of the administrator Elena: she was friendly, helped to solve issues with the location of objects by the Hog.
Also, all issues were easily and clearly resolved with the hotel guide Veronica.

We stayed at the hotel from August 11 to 18. We had a room for four in the summer building. We really liked everything!!! Wonderful excursions, friendly, helpful staff, the weather was pleasant. There is a comfortable path to the lake, 10 minutes slowly.
If you want your room cleaned, you just need to say so, and the cleaning will be done.
The room is large, it pleases, you can safely take two extra places so as not to overpay for a separate room.
There are no air conditioners. But we didn't need to, it was cold.

We lived in another building 3, the photo shows the building, which is under reconstruction. The third one is much more modest. This is a complex of 9 buildings in my opinion, each with 12 rooms, an average of 3 people. Do you think so? The first impression of us being "Pampered" was very strange, why people basically go to this place. The territory is small. Objectively: the room is spacious, we were 2 adults and children 8 years and 6 months old. We put an extra cot, There was enough space for us. There is enough furniture, there is a bathroom. Hot and cold water is OK, TV, refrigerator is ok. We have a terrace on the 2nd floor - great!!! Staff, children, part-time students- OK!!!
Of the not entirely positive things that initially spoiled the mood: the furniture is not new for a long time, the mattresses are dead and dirty, the plumbing has also served its time, all sorts of buns in the form of bathrobes, air conditioning, climate control, soap, hair dryer, mosquito nets (they are so small and biting ones), an additional chair and a heated pool - the answer is no! Breakfast is very straight budget, but apparently balanced! Porridge on water, omelette, 2 pancakes, 2 slices of small cheese and sausage and tea in bags! That's it!!! Oh, no, 3 more slices of tomatoes and cucumbers and 5 grams of oil!!!
This made us doubly happy to find common sources of clean cold and hot water on the territory the next day!!!
The weather was changeable. But how could I not swim in a gorgeous cold pool! Everything is fine there except for the temperature and time of use from 10.00 to 22.00.
Hiking in the park on the lake really brightened up the impression. That's very beautiful. But not with my foot anymore! We have similar places in the region. 2 days of rest got up with the road and food at about 70,000 k ... Of which 36,000 k. the road, 17,000 k. habitation...I've been making fun of myself for a long time... I can't laugh...

That year we got into warm weather and as such there were no complaints, the road from the hotel was dry, the only thing I didn't like that year was that not every room had a table with chairs, and if you left it outside, then the other rooms were taken for themselves. This year I'm already praying to get out of this hotel as soon as possible. Because of the bad weather, the road from the hotel is terrible, everything is muddy, blurred, until you get to the asphalt you can already turn around and go back, because you are like a pig dirty up to your knees. You take money, make a path for people. We also came across dirty bedding , it seems to be washed, but there are old stains on it. The towels are all stained, we stained one small one ourselves, admitted guilt, we will pay the fine, but the other towels were originally given with stains, they wanted to hang it on us, we agreed at first, but when they gave us clean ones right there, we straightened them out and saw that there were also old stains, then I'm sorry, It doesn't look like us anymore. If you come to this hotel, I advise you to check everything right in front of them and show them, poke their nose. Also yesterday we had a flood, or rather we were washing and everything flowed to the first floor to the people. Everything was fixed, but there was dirt in the bathroom, we asked for cleaning the next day , cleaned up, and the bathroom still had a drip. We saved on bed linen, and for 2 beds pushed together - one crumpled sheet.
We had to buy our own toilet paper, as it is simply not hygienic to use local paper.
Holes in the curtains, in the stretch ceiling, cardboard walls- such that you can hear the neighbors breathing.
The smell of mold and damp corners and streaks on the walls.
A broken bed, a creaking cot from the USSR as an extra. places.
Plastic mugs and one cooler for 100 rooms, where there is no hot water in the mornings and evenings.
In a week, the floor in the room has never been washed, and there is not even a rug in the bathroom, so a wet floor is your friend.
Walking cats and dogs that freely enter the room through the open balcony, which you have to open because of the heat after lunch, and there is also no air conditioning.
Separately, about the cafe / restaurant, It is served ...
Boring, cherished breakfasts, expensive and not tasty main menu. The only thing was that the brewed coffee was decent.
The Internet, apparently, only on big holidays. Even books couldn't be read online.
And the view from the window is not what you dream of on vacation, a fence and a dirty neglected puddle...
And also the pain is an eternally cold large pool, which is simply not safe to enter, the water is just icy... And an eternally filled children's pool, where the kids are like herrings in a jar.
In general, I think the owners need to stay at home for 3-4 days first, look at everything through the eyes of the guests, and then invite tourists.

For the entire 3rd building, namely 12 houses (124 rooms) 1 boiler with water!!! Which is constantly out of water. Neither cold nor hot.
In addition, there is 1 iron for all rooms. Black, not serviceable, which I personally burned 2 things with, it is not known how many things were ruined by other guests. I wouldn't even put such an iron at home. No one has solved my problem with damaged things.
In addition, the curtains were torn off and the bed was broken when entering the room.
How were the rooms prepared for check-in? It's not clear.
The on-site cafe is cozy, the staff is good, but the food is mediocre and expensive.

They lived in two-storey buildings. The rooms, in principle, are not bad. Each room has a bathroom. The room has a bed, a table with chairs, 2 bedside tables, a TV stand, a large wardrobe. The furniture is broken in places. Everyone is given a small piece of soap. There is a dryer, but it stands outside - one for 3 rooms.
It's kind of weird about getting hooked. They give us a cot, which we waited for about 6 hours (this is after a sleepless night on the road). But a mug, a chair, and a towel are not allowed for a third person.
There is practically no maintenance. For 5 nights, they never cleaned or took out the trash, although we asked for it repeatedly.
There is a sports ground, a playground, a court on the territory. There are pools - children's and adult - good, cleaned every morning. In general, there is something to do on the territory. You can also change money on site, sign up for excursions.
Breakfast is sad. There is a cafe on site. For breakfast: a ladle of very thin, almost tasteless porridge, eggs (fried egg, boiled egg) and a plate with a "basic" breakfast. On a plate: 3 pieces of tomato and cucumber (always wrapped), 3 plastic sausages, 3 plastic cheese (also wrapped) and a pair of pancakes. Of the drinks, only tea. It's the same thing every day with minor changes. In general, the breakfast is quite meager and not very tasty.

That's right, but on the first day of our arrival we didn't get there because everything was packed with people. And so I wanted to go to the sauna and pool after the trip. The most disgusting were the breakfasts. Cold, tasteless, from the cheapest products. We complained every day that it was simply impossible to eat. There is their restaurant, Sytnaya ploshchad, nearby, but it's a horror. The children ran until nightfall, due to the fact that there is a lot of territory and it is fenced, the parents were calm. The only drawback is the lack of cleaning in the rooms without a reminder.

- the air conditioner does not work well, but the windows cannot be opened at night due to the lack of screens. The child is allergic to insect bites, so we slept in the stuffiness
- the water in the pool inside is green swamp color. Then the swimsuits smelled like a swamp, it turns out it is not cleaned

A very unfortunate place to stay in Borovoye. The worst thing is the complete lack of sound insulation in the rooms, you hear absolutely everything that neighbors watch on TV, how companies walk on the street, as a result, they left their vacation 2 days earlier for 5 sleepless nights. The location is also unfortunate. Of the advantages, these are cobwebs with spiders in every corner, although mosquitoes are caught, but mosquitoes are only in this hotel, since there is a swamp around it. Of course, the rooms are not cleaned, only a piece of soap is provided from the accessories. In short, choose another hotel - do not spoil your impression of Borovoye.

The cost is fully consistent with the quality! The staff is polite, everything is clean, but the breakfasts are not very good at all and the beds made on top of the mattress with foam spoil the impression. Also, the view near the hotel is sad now.

I liked the location of the hotel - there are many cafes nearby where you can eat inexpensively, as well as near the protected area (checkpoint). It's quiet around, there are no cars nearby.
The rooms probably left a bad impression - they look painfully tired. For some reason, a paralon filler is placed on top of the mattress (?), the wallpaper is scuffed somewhere, the toilets are wobbly, the door handles may remain in your hands when opening (they promptly eliminate such moments, but the impressions were frightening). In short, the old buildings require cosmetic repairs at least. We took a room just for an overnight stay, I performed my role perfectly, thank you)

A good, not expensive athel who is going to relax in Borovoye.
The room has a refrigerator, TV, bathroom. It is better to take a small balcony on the second floor. An on-site swimming pool with sun loungers is included in the price.
