At the hotel for the second time , at the reception we are greeted by a table with treats and drinks , there is a Russian - speaking staff , everyone will prompt and help . Upon request , they brought a pot and a razor and a toothbrush to the room .large territory , children 's center , entertainment for children . Three swimming pools and a water park with children 's and adult slides . Food is everywhere , you won 't stay hungry even if you oversleep breakfast and lunch .room cleaning and replenishment of the minibar every day .

The food at the hotel is varied, for every taste. The animation is great, unobtrusive, it ends at 23:00, it's very correct. There are a lot of children. The beach is unkempt, it doesn't seem to be cleaned, the sun beds are close to each other, which is very strange. We stayed at the hotel for the 2nd year in a row, with two families. The second year, because only for this hotel we agreed with friends on money. We were there for 15 nights.
Positive.
1. The price.
2. The amount of entertainment.
3. The quality of alcohol
4. Beach and beach service.
5. Normal food. Absolutely adequate. The menu is designed for 2 weeks, so if you don't find mussels, crabs and crayfish, you're out of luck.

1. Room cleaning. This is a disaster that we have been witnessing for the 2nd year. They absolutely do not know how to wash and vacuum floors. They do it on ot...c. After a shower, the feet are black after 5 minutes. Even if you leave a speck on purpose, it will simply be moved.
2. For the second year in a row, we are all sick together. The hotel even closed the water slides for 2-3 days. There's something temperature-raising wandering around the hotel.
3. The hookah bar is located near the evening animation area, which cannot be for me. Hookah is a place of relaxation, thoughts and tea, and here everything screams until 23.00. The tobacco in the hookah is mediocre, I saw worse, they smoked for lack of another. Bring tobacco with you, if anything.
Total. In the current realities of the price level, the hotel is clearly suitable if you do not care about the constant dirt on the floor and know how to use sneakers. The main thing is not to let children go to the slides, otherwise they will either vomit or shit themselves. Everyone will have a temperature)))

In general, it's probably not bad. Pools are the best for children. But there are signs of fading everywhere. The air conditioner started dripping condensate on the third day. They complained at the reception, a man came, looked at something, grunted and left, dripping on. They were saved by a kettle and a disposable slipper. Everyone smokes at the main pool all the time. There are no separate smoking areas. It's generally very annoying. Prices are all in the neighboring stores in euros. Sometimes 1 euro is equal to 1 dollar and sometimes with 7 euros it is 9 dollars.

The area is quiet, near a lake, pine and eucalyptus groves, a street with markets and pharmacies separates nearby hotels on the sides.

The food is for three, I don't understand the enthusiastic reviews, because there is a lot of food, but there is nothing to eat, as they say) you can't find butter for breakfast, margarine is offered as butter to try) the room is cleaned more or less normally only for tips, and no one gives tips, because the hotel is packed with our compatriots, so and people don't like cleaning, we left tips for two dollars, sometimes in lira, so, in general, there are no complaints about cleaning. I liked almost everything.

The hotel is generally excellent, everything is for a family holiday.. the cleaning at the hotel leaves much to be desired.. Animation for children is lame, to be honest, there may be a lack of prosperity in the fact that Russian-speaking Turks work .... 3 swimming pools, slides for both adults and small children. Culture on the part of the children of foreign citizens can be said to be absent, lack of education...The sea was excellent, warm 29 °C. As for the food, there is a lot of it!!! We booked a tour and after that I wrote here on the tophotels website that I want a room in the main building.The hotelier answered me and indeed upon arrival we got a nice room, but the view from the window was depressing. Room 350. From the balcony you can see the street and the garbage that is lying on the roof below. We were rarely on the balcony.
There is a table, two armchairs and a clothes dryer on the balcony!
So the room in the photo is not visible, but there is +1 bed.The air conditioner dripped at night, they put a towel on the floor. Cleaning , honestly no , from the word no at all . The floor has not been washed , the dust is visible here for years . Someone's hair is behind the mirror, the disk is cotton .
The laundry , in my opinion , was just being shaken off . After such cleaning, we were shocked.
The room itself requires attention in places, but the hotel is old, so everything is within the age ;)
As for the sound insulation, if someone shouts in the hallway, you will hear. But we didn't hear who was in the neighboring rooms at all. This is a plus!

There's enough food for everyone! If you have eaten something, they will bring more! Crayfish and crabs were served on festive days.We did not appreciate it , it was not tasty and we simply did not give tools for crabs .

Total :Shall we go back to the hotel? Most likely..I would like to advise the hotel to make a map of where the restaurant and bar locations are .It is not always clear where to go . There is natural coffee, we found it at the end of the rest only.
There is a Side town nearby. Bus 10 and 11 , at the main entrance there is a stop of 25 liras or 1 dollar per person . I advise you to go early in the morning, it's very hot. We looked at everything ourselves. 2 people and a child cost 700 rubles. We recommend it !

Hello, the most terrible hotel in my life. We were in May 2024. The rooms are dirty. You have to beg for everything from soap to clean towels. The floors are not washed at all. Infrastructure:
The project and space initially provides 5, but the implementation and maintenance is terrible.
The rooms are spacious enough, the laminate is swollen, the bathroom has a leaky sash, there are no shelves in the wardrobe, the safe is free.
One elevator and a narrow dining room that contradicts the concept of "family", there is a passage through the backyard through the garbage (we used it), but it is literally a garbage dump/backyard.
The water park for the hotel is good, but tired, the children's water area is OK (as infrastructure).
The lobby is the only place that does not raise questions and fully corresponds to 5 stars.
The Garden rooms are located with balconies to the place of the night performances of the neighboring hotel, so you will be regulars of these events, it feels like you are on the stage on the bed and participate in this bacchanal.
The hotel is on the 2nd line and the road to the beach passes through the ruins in the literal sense of the word, if you remove people, you can make a movie about an abandoned place or even about the apocalypse.
Fun fact by design: apparently at a certain stage of reconstruction, the owner/contractor had a free beautiful porcelain tile and at some stage it ended, otherwise it is difficult to explain its absence in really necessary/presentable places and its presence on technological hatches on the beach

Hygiene:
I have never seen this, although I have traveled a lot, everyone VOMITS, in the toilet, in the pool and wherever it turns out, the children are especially susceptible to this activity of the hotel, it was clearly seen how today the children happily play and flop in the pool or on the slides and after 2 days on the sunbeds with boxes of drugs and parents reading the instructions, apparently, the problem of unsanitary conditions that is happening in the hotel, the elevators were washed last time at the factory, in the walk-through galleries, smeared ice cream can show off for days, the trolleys with which the waiters go and clean up the garbage around the restaurant are all covered with layered mud, very conducive to appetite when such a design drives up to you during a meal, the most it was terrible when someone got sick in front of the children's slide on the edge of the pool, then an hour later, passing by pieces of vegetables in lactic gastric juice and continued to bask in the Turkish sun, the reaction of the staff was also surprised, for example, Olga at the reception said that it was because of the pool with such confidence as if she too had encountered this ailment at the hotel.

Terrible food, seafood was seen once, the food is mostly paper and tasteless.

The territory is very inconvenient: a bar, a swimming pool, a dining room - you have to walk decently everywhere. Towels are given out in the basement at the spa, and the beach is generally on the other hand, you wind circles for half a day. From the room itself to the beach in 15 minutes.
There is no animation, only for children. There are a lot of children, some individuals run around naked, parents change diapers at all, and employees do not control it.
But then we didn't look at that family hotel, now only 16+.

About the rest at the Amara family resort hotel.
We drove 1.5 hours to the hotel, checked in quickly, the room is spacious, only the bathroom is 1× 1🫣 a little uncomfortable, but nothing. There is a refillable refrigerator in the room (pepsi, fanta, juices, milk, milkshakes, water), the rooms were cleaned very poorly, I had to do it myself, after all the children🤷♀️
There were a lot of ants in the room, even crawling on the bed, swarming, but they also seemed to have wasted the fat. There were a lot of complaints about the numbers in the main building, the showdown with foaming at the mouth at the reception.
The restaurant is delicious, a lot, spicy))) there has always been something to eat for every taste, they are constantly fed. Not even everyone tried it)))
The sea - the setting of the sand, the stones, the wave brought, cut all my legs. The depth is sharp. The sea is clean and warm. The beach is clean all the time. There were always sun beds, we had no problems.
You need to walk slowly to the sea for 10-15 minutes, the golfcar car carries you. We went)))
Ice cream is constantly in the refrigerator- briquettes, take it, eat as much as you want, they gave us another ice cream- Turkish.
Good evening shows, mostly all for kids.
There are souvenir tents nearby, they take both cards and money and even online transfers 😂
In general, everything is fine, everyone is happy with the rest, but as for me it has become very expensive😞

Towels end at 12:00, only after swearing they are given out, guest relation is parasitically uninterested in solving emerging issues and problems, the location of key places is as inconvenient as possible, cleaning in general as a separate type of carelessness and quality: the mini bar is not replenished even if a card is left on the front door, it may not be that the room is not cleaned, but also to litter (after "cleaning" magically there was a fir cone in the room, a receipt from the store). The reception doesn't give a damn about anything, as long as they don't touch it. The water in the pool is icy, and this is not due to the unseason: the sea is warm. Of the advantages, evening animation: it was really interesting for a couple of evenings.

It's just a great hotel. One of the best.
It consists of two buildings. We didn't live in the main building, but that's even a plus, it's quiet, there's no animation noise. Very good for families with young children.
There are 5 swimming pools on the territory: two large ones for swimming, two pools with slides (for children and adults), a paddling pool (it is covered with a tent, so there we escaped from the sun in the heat).
It takes about three minutes to walk to the sea, but you can also take a golf cart. The water is clean, the beach is mostly sandy with a small number of pebbles. Due to the large number of pools and the beach, there is no feeling of a huge number of people around.
There is a children's club with wonderful animators. I would like to thank them separately for such love for children.
The food is good enough, you can find a dish for every taste.
I definitely recommend the hotel 👍

A wonderful hotel! Everything is included, 90% of what is there is included in the price, and no additional charges are required. Suitable for family holidays. Access to the water from pebbles, no cutting stones. I advise everyone!
