Nice hotel. The main building was built 32 years ago, so it is a little outdated. There is a lot of food, but they overcook meat and fish, I think they are afraid of rotavirus (my excuse for this). Weak animation. Otherwise, everything is fine. I recommend the hotel. The staff is trying hard. And almost only Russians are resting. I personally enjoyed my stay there, we were in June for 23 years

The reception said "we have a children's animation", but the sad faces of the children in this animation could not be explained. I'm lying like on a column in a club, despite the fact that our room is far from the stage on the other side of the window. There are a lot of children in the hotel, a lot of toddlers, babies. Why arrange such noisy evenings and nights in a hotel where small children are a question. If you want to put the baby down and get enough sleep, you will not succeed!

Today is 08/18/2022. We arrived yesterday 08/17/2022 at 21.40. They welcomed me cordially, quickly gave me a room and from that moment the most terrible vacation in my life began. The room is on the ground floor, the entrance is from the parking lot and the courtyard. The stench is like a landfill. The room itself has no windows, only a glass door. And then you have a choice - either for everyone to see, or close the curtain and find yourself in pitch darkness. That is, even during the day you will have to sit with artificial light if you come to the room. The room also has a terrible stench - apparently the sewer and air intake pipes have not been cleaned since they were built. They categorically refuse to change the room on the pretext that all rooms are occupied. But people come and they are given numbers. So they are there. I've been trying to get an exchange for more than 2 hours. Unsuccessfully. The staff smiles sympathetically and says that they can't do anything. We came to the room at 1 am, and at 6 we already left, my head ached from the smell. It is not possible to stay in the room. At the reception, of course, the staff has changed and they just shrug their hands, saying they need to change right away.
The pools stink of rot. Yesterday we went to the bar to drink water, there are empty tables, but all are not cleaned. As the guests have left, so are the dirty dishes. No one is in a hurry to get out. The staff just walks by.
In the restaurant, the dishes are dirty, as if they are washed by hand in the old-fashioned way. Or rather, they just rinse it. I took a coffee cup, it seems to be clean inside, but the outside is covered with traces of tea or coffee.
When I was looking for a hotel, one of the main conditions was the first coastline with its own beach. I trusted the tour operator, but in vain. The beach is 7-10 minutes away. The cars that have to run non-stop from the hotel to the beach and back - you won't find them during the day with fire.. During the week, we managed to ride the car 2 times - once from the hotel and once from the beach. The rest of the time we walked in the wild heat (it was +35, not a single tree on the road).
It was possible to change the room only by the evening of the second day - it took a lot of effort, the connection of the tour operator and hotel guides and a big scandal.
They gave you a choice of 2 rooms - you can't look without tears, but at least it's stink-free and bright. But the choice was either one or the other - so-so: up to 5 stars is clearly very far away.
In general, there are 2 territories - old and new. So the new building that they have on their website is mostly not for Russians. But they are settling Russians in the old territory in buildings that are not on the site. Accordingly, you choose from the picture what is not there. The old buildings are called Garden, and the new one is called Main.
But the attitude is the worst! The employees are Russian-speaking, but when you address them, they smile, pretend to listen to you, but if another guest comes up at that moment (especially a Turk or a non-Russian), their attention immediately switches to them, and sometimes you don't even have time to finish. And then they just stop noticing you. Boorish attitude!
Among the advantages: water slides and round-the-clock food, quite tasty. Ice cream for 24 hours.
By the way, the hotel passes as 5* for tour operators, but in fact it is 4*.
If you don't want a Spanish vacation, don't even consider this hotel. Put him on the blacklist!!!

Hello. We rested at this hotel from 30.07 to 10.08. Unfortunately, all the pros are completely crossed out by the cons ... during the rest, 2 children got sick with the coxsackie virus: high fever up to 39.6, which is bad, ulcers in the mouth. As a result, a doctor's call, 30 euros deductible payment for each and 2 days of lost rest. On departure on 10.08 I caught a rotovirus - vomiting, temperature 37.6, weakness. Upon returning home, all family members have the same symptoms of rotovirus. Do I need to list the advantages of the hotel? They remain without comment. Oh yes, good advice - try not to visit the children's pool with children, the water in it is warm and is not treated with chlorine or other treatment agent, I failed to get a chlorination and water purification magazine from the hotel administration, although it was claimed that it exists and everything is controlled not only by the hotel, but also by supervisory authorities. I do not recommend it

We have just returned from vacation, I would like to share my impressions.
We had a family of 3 people with a child of 3.5 years old at this hotel from 06.08 to 08/15/2022
Minuses :
-It was very dirty, unsanitary, in the main restaurant and snack bars, dirty glasses, half-washed plates and cutlery with traces of dried food were very common. A huge number of flies, especially near the children's table.
- The children's menu is fries, pasta, nuggets and sausages, I still hoped at least sometimes to see omelets, casseroles, cheesecakes, etc. on the children's table.
- The entrance to the sea, when I chose the hotel, I did not find such information, but a hotel that positions itself as a family and 2-3 meters from the shore is already up to my neck with a height of 164. Almost everyone swims at the same level near the shore, so there is a huge number of people, it is uncomfortable to swim next to other people at a distance of 20-30 cm.
- An abundance of food, but at the same time there is no red fish or seafood, in 10 days we met 1 time mussels and 1 time squid, white fish happens often, but just as often it turns out to be raw inside (( The sweet table is large, but absolutely all cakes and pies taste the same.
Positive:
-Well-maintained small area, many cafes and bars where you can have a snack and drink almost around the clock. By the way, the alcohol is local, we got it only 1 time, mostly the original Balanize, martini, etc
-Wonderful spacious room, (main building) cozy balcony, freshly renovated, not old furniture, everything is working properly : air conditioning, TV, plumbing, all sockets are working. Good cosmetics, the mini bar is constantly replenished (without alcohol), towels and bed linen are changed every other day.
- The baby club is not bad, the animators liked the girls very much, the child ran to them with pleasure
- Location, despite the fact that the hotel is located on the 2nd coastline, it is very pleasant to walk from the hotel to the sea at a calm pace of 5-7 minutes (with a child), because the territory is fenced off from cars, and along the way there is a lake with ducks and shopping malls. Also, from morning to evening, a golf cart takes you to the beach and back. There is a public transport stop right at the entrance to the hotel, it is very convenient if you want to walk, you do not have to pay for a taxi. By the way, every 10 minutes buses 2 and 11 go to a fairly large shopping center where you can buy food, clothes, souvenirs, etc.
- A lot of entertainment : baby club, water park for children and adults, 2 large and 1 small swimming pool, children's disco, daily shows (dancing, magic tricks, singers, etc.)
- A lot of fruits refrigerators with drinking water are everywhere, ice cream is always available both at sea and on the beach
Summing up, I will say that the hotel is not bad, but the disadvantages, for us personally, are significant, so we will not return here.

I will try to list the disadvantages briefly and objectively:
- The hotel is small
- Dirty dishes and tables
- Queues at restaurants and bars
- 70% of guests aged 45+
- A completely Russian hotel (a plus for some, but I'm leaving the country, including to take a break from "ours")
- The food is monotonous. Mostly poultry meat. You won't see seafood at all.
- You won't find any "Ultra", don't get fooled.
On the plus side:
- nice beach, with a gentle sunset
- clean rooms, excellent cleaning.

We had a rest at the end of July 2021, a lot of pathos, which hides a lot of problems.
Pros: 3 swimming pools, one with good slides; your own beach, walk to it in 5 minutes, there is a bar; the hotel is compact, but it is enough; There are 5 bars on the territory (there is good alcohol, but it often ends), 1 round-the-clock fast food, 1 coffee shop, several recreation areas; in the evening a children's carousel opens for an additional fee.there is a children's room where you can leave children; there is a small gym. Free minibar and in-room safe.
Minuses: the food is monotonous, there is a lot of it, but it is difficult to find something tasty, meat is often overcooked. Spoiled dishes came across more than once, as well as several people were poisoned by ordinary ayran. The most surprising thing was bistro 24, eat when and how much you want, but this is a closed room with very poor ventilation and is not pleasant there, and the food is simply disgusting. There were not enough staff during this period. The animation is weak and there is not much of it. The cleaning is fast and not of high quality, the glass fragments that were before the check-in were not removed on the balcony for a week. The plumbing is already in poor condition, many have complained about it, and the speed of solving problems is very slow. It gets deep on the beach very quickly. I didn't like the area, there is almost no place to walk in the evening, it is located on the outskirts, no normal shops or cafes.

We had a rest in July 2022. The hotel is far from 5 stars, rather 3. Very shabby rooms in the far building and not friendly, not smiling staff. Breakfast is until 10.30, but from about 10 everyone stops replenishing, they finish making fried eggs, waffles. At dinner, there is a big problem with places in the restaurant: you need to look for a table for a long time, and then call the waiter to clean up the dirty dishes left over from past guests. The sea is clearly not the first line, it takes 5-7 minutes to walk. The beach is clean, there are enough sunbeds. We can say that there is no animation at all. We will definitely not come here a second time.
