It's an old hotel, the corridors are dirty, the garbage is lying and it's not being cleaned. Breakfast, lunch, dinner - uniform food, small selection, desserts are tasteless from the word at all. And it's so strange, for example, lunch is indicated from 12-45 to 14 and at 13-30 the food is already being cleaned, you can't choose something. At a late check-in, as we have at 21 o'clock, there is nowhere to eat, only alcohol.
The hotel is family-run, noisy during the day, quiet at night. The air conditioning in the room is weak. The beach is clean, it's great to walk from 6 to 8 in the morning, then there are a lot of vacationers. The sun beds are located side by side, you can say side by side and are always dirty,

The hotel is aimed at families with children.
Well-groomed territory, Russian-speaking staff at the reception, baby club. Water park for adults and children, relaxation pool, indoor heated pool, 6 pools in total, spa center, hammam.
The heated pool was closed on May 16. And he helped out a lot in the first two days when it was raining. And, of course, the sea!
Both parents and children have something to do.
The food is excellent, you can choose for every taste.
Many thanks to Marina, the hotel's guest relations manager and chef Ibrahim. They helped a lot with nutrition for my granddaughter, my granddaughter is allergic.
Marina generally helped with any questions. When medicines were needed for her granddaughter, Marina helped both at the pharmacy and at the hotel's medical center.
The pharmacy is practically on site. And there is another one right after leaving the hotel to the sea.
The beach is clean, children are playing in the sand. There are small pebbles closer to the sea. The sea is the purest. The entry into the sea is sharp for children. Two meters from the shore and on the neck of an adult.
Our children practically did not climb out of the sea. Just to warm up and go back to the sea.
We are very satisfied with the rest. I recommend the hotel specifically for family holidays.

Be careful, it's not really possible to understand the route and stops in Manavgat in advance. But practice resolves this issue. So they sold the hotel for a lot of money, but in fact, the average 4 is a stretch. Plus, the boorish attitude of the staff, it happened at the reception, especially the elderly bartender in the night bar was rude to everyone. We flew as a family, one child is 3 years old. Tour operator Biblio globus.
Upon arrival, they gave the number 1618, in the basement. It's damp, dark as a crypt. The sink is in pieces, it has not been cleaned, there are no shampoos, etc. At first they did not want to change (the ladies at the reception), later the men were still invited to come the next day. Changed to 1701, second floor. Everything is OK here. But at the same time, there was a girl at the reception again and with a little effort gave the keys (supposedly all the rooms are occupied).
The shower was leaking from above, but we covered the floor with towels.
The rooms were cleaned only for a dollar, towels, sheets were changed, and extra blankets were given. The child was asked for a regular one, not a towel one. The floor and plumbing were never washed. There were often unattended carts with shampoos and other things in the hallway, we took them ourselves.
There is a lot of food, but all is not tasty. There were days when 1 kind of chicken, semi-finished nuggets and bony trout. Macaroni is always mashed to taste like a rollton. The rice is delicious. The soups are local, we didn't eat them. They didn't indulge in grills. There were lamb chopsticks a couple of times, but the minced meat is again like a semi-finished product. For breakfast, eggs in all kinds and pancakes are delicious.
Of fruits, apples, oranges, bananas (who gets it), watermelon (but not sweet).
They do not have time to clean the tables, there are not enough cutlery for everyone. You're running around looking for forks on other tables all of a sudden. Plates are also in short supply and very poorly washed, with streaks of food and sauces.
There was freshly squeezed juice, but whoever managed to get there took it. That is, it's over, and they won't do it anymore. It's the same with some food. I came later - and there they won't even report to the empty compartments.
Coffee machines were constantly breaking down, the queues for them were huge.
On baby food: there are tables with cartoons, but there is no food near the nursery. That is, they took it where the adult distribution is. There are no purees and jars for complementary foods (for those who are relevant)
There were always places by the sea and by the pools, although we sometimes came a little late. The main check-in was in the second half of our vacation, that is, at first there were not so many vacationers. But then there were always sun beds.
The mini club did not work, there were no animators for children. We rode only on the swings on the playground.
We caught a mini disco a couple of times, but there was also something that we were waiting for, but there was no disco.

In general, there are no animators in sight. The music is turned on by the pool and that's it. There was no morning greeting, no hotel dance, no aqua aerobics and zumba, not even a bochy. Nothing at all.
We went to the water park once, the water was ice, we didn't go anymore.
The indoor pool was only open during the rain. Water without heating.
The pool at the spa was without water.
We've tried cocktails, but each bartender does it his own way. Once it's delicious, you won't drink it another time. Alcohol is only local.
The hotel is not terrible in general. You can relax. But we won't go again.

The hotel is nice, we liked everything, me, my wife and my 9-year-old son. We took it on purpose to have our own water park, because in our city we couldn't go anywhere. The slides are fun for both children and adults. The food is not bad, varied, but even it gets boring in 2 weeks. There are a lot of snacks, snack bars, etc. Ice cream, coffee, pies. Its own beach, on the beach there is also food and drink. Walk to the beach for 5-7 minutes, if you don't want a car will take you. The rooms in the main building I don't know what, ours in the second building turned out to be spacious, with a small balcony, but not very well renovated. The month of October is a good time to relax in Turkey, but minus some entertainment is already being cleaned, some things are being closed, since the season is closing, it's strange.

I was vacationing with my child at this hotel at the end of May 2022.
The hotel is definitely not a five, a maximum of four.
Food and alcohol are good, the territory is beautiful, the animation is interesting.
Since the second one is coastal, the sea seemed a little far away.
The beach is nice, the sea is clean.
Everything would be fine, but by the end of the rest we got sick with rotovirus. First the child, then me.
