The old rooms are so-so, although we achieved relocation, but this did not fix it. They have normal rooms, but they ask for $ 20 per day and it's not a VIP, it's just that everything is whole and newer. There is a lot of food, but I did not risk trying more than 80% because of the appearance. In general, I was not hungry. A large + aquarark for children and a lot of children, there are people to make friends and play with. The hotel is mostly Russian-speaking. We stayed in two hotels during one trip. It was the second one, and after the selectium hotel, I didn't like it right away. But after living a little, you realize that everything is quite good in it. The service and food are good and varied. But he is very old and it catches the eye and leaves a bad impression. Especially the beach. Everyone is lying like herrings in a jar and it's uncomfortable to be there. There is no pier and it's sad. In general, not bad, but with a small surcharge, you can choose a better hotel.

Cons: inconvenient time for lunch and dinner. Lunch is from 12:30 to 14:00, but already at 13:30 new food is not brought, but on the contrary they begin to clean everything. The hotel is crowded , there is not enough space for everyone to feed so many people in 1.5 hours , dinner starts late , at 19:00. There is a lot of food , but if you are not a fan of French fries , then there is nothing to eat . The food is all not tasty, spicy and overcooked. . All the dishes are dirty. The hotel has rotovirus, a lot of people and children are sick, and the pools are periodically closed because of this. Our guide immediately said at the 1st meeting that if you do not want to go to the local hospital, then do not swim in the pool. You have to come to the beach before 9 a.m. to find a free sunbed , all the sun beds are dirty and the beach tables. There are only fries and fruits on the beach , there are no cocktails on the beach either .
The rooms are terrible if they put you in the basement minus the first floor (so that you don't have to make a row! )there will be dampness and mold. Rooms are poorly and rarely cleaned. In the lobby, Russians may not be served imported alcohol (although everything is already included), foreigners are poured and bottles are hidden. The hotel is not worth the money. We believed the positive reviews that write about him, do not make our mistake, do not believe these reviews if you do not want to spoil your vacation !

We stayed at this hotel in September 2022, for two weeks. In general, we liked the hotel, but we did not have high expectations and knew that we did not need to wait for special service, a modest five, rather a good 4. We studied all the nuances at this stage of booking. The room is normal, not new, but clean. Cool aquazone if you have children of different ages. A small town for kids and large slides are located nearby, it is convenient to keep an eye on two children. The beach is good, the entrance to the sea is pleasant - small pebbles, 10 minutes walk from the far building. There are not enough sun beds, people occupy and do not come - which is standard for Turkey. A decent shopping center can be reached from the hotel in 15 minutes. You can find fault with the restaurant. There are delicious dishes (pasta, grilled, seafood), but there is always a long queue for them and by the middle of the dinner the dish ends. The tables are reluctantly cleaned after the guests. As a result, we ate chicken and vegetables. In general, the food is not bad, fresh, unsalted, you will not stay hungry, but without frills. Also, by the middle of the dinner, the dishes run out, they are quickly and poorly washed, returned to the hall unwashed. The restaurant itself is located in a stuffy room, and there is smoking on the veranda. It is not very convenient with strollers in the hotel, there are a lot of stairs, it takes a long time to wait for the elevator, but you can go around - in general it is not critical. We had a rest with my husband at the hotel from October 11 to October 20, 2022.
Very nice hotel, the room is wonderful, clean. Cleaning is done every day, bed linen and towels are changed constantly. Cool non-alcoholic minibar, replenished every day.
Soap and soap accessories are of good quality, there is even a razor and shaving foam.
The food is delicious, the drinks are diverse, the cocktails are on fire. Thank you so much for the fish on the grill. The only fat minus is dirty plates (this is the problem of many hotels in Turkey).
The pools are clean, but cold (but, after all, October). The slides are cool, I frolicked like a child.
The sea is warm, the road to the beach is pleasant.
We wanted to capture our vacation in photos, there are good guys working at the hotel - pros. Omat made history for us. He took pictures of us in different locations, clearly told us what to do. The photos turned out wonderful.

I do not dispute that there is a lot of food, but it is not all delicious, there is no meat, and if it appears, it is only in the form of a shawarma. Yes, not here to be squeamish, you will be hungry!))) Small Dorado fish. Lots of chicken in different types! The most important thing is dirt everywhere, no one cleans up after someone has eaten, bottles and cups are lying everywhere, there is clearly not enough staff! The animation is weak. You can walk to the beach without straining and an electric car drives. The coastline is small, there is sand on the beach in the sea of pebbles, so the sea is clean, but the descent through 3 meters is steep, who does not know how to swim is not comfortable. The relax pool is almost boiling, the main one is invigorating, the first time I see this, but it's not bad) the service is not that zero, but a minus!!! The room is good, but the audibility is very high, you can hear everything that the neighbors say. As well as a lot of mosquitoes, I went to buy a remedy for them.
The sea is warm because it is shallow, it is not comfortable to enter because of the stones. Just as there are large stones, there are many fish that bite until they bleed. On the beach there is one riser with a shower in which there is no pressure if 2 people are rinsed, there is also a hose to wash their feet, but this is not enough.
There is a lot of food, but not to say that it is delicious.
There are animations, water polo, yoga, darts And so on, there is no volleyball court.
We chose this hotel based on prices, 9 nights cost 158t for two, it would be better to overpay.

Check-in:
They move into the old and dead building (3), which no one has previously talked about. The first floor is in the basement without lighting, it smells of mold. It is almost impossible to change the room, the reception staff does not even want to listen or ask for an additional $ 25-35 per day.
The bed in the room is too small: 1.5 meters and a very hard mattress and pillows.
The rooms themselves are very old with dirty wallpaper, cracked tiles. there is no cleaning.
Beach
- The sun beds are dead and dirty, they stand close to each other, you need to occupy the sunbed early in the morning (there are no free ones at 11);
- There are a lot of flies and midges on the beach, which bite very hard.
- There are only 2 taps for washing feet on the entire beach.
- The beach bar has: ayran, water, soda, yogurt, juices from bags, tea, coffee, red wine and beer (no cocktails).
- It's a 4-minute walk to the beach.
Meal
The worst thing is Rotovirus, which affects almost all vacationers: all vacationers with nozzles, cough, sore throat and do not go far from the toilet.
The dishes in the hotel are broken and dirty, the appliances are greasy: they wash the dishes very badly.
We carry an antiseptic with us, but the disease has not spared us: keep in mind that you will be ill for half of your vacation and lie with a temperature of 38+!
There is a lot of food, but there is nothing to eat, as in the whole of Turkey.
12.09 October fest was held, where there were seafood (shrimp, crabs, mussels and others), but it is impossible to eat it. Everything is frozen 10 times, food is thrown away (it's a pity such a quantity of food).
Why can't you cook less, but better?
They allocate 1.5 - 2 hours of time for meals, and therefore it is worse in the dining room than in the subway during rush hour. Huge queues, the problem is to find a free table, food is not replenished as it ends, appliances need to be searched (if you are not ready to open), even toothpicks need to be asked.
Lobby bar:
The dishes are dirty (glasses/glasses). There is imported alcohol, but we must insist on it.
A la carte restaurants: don't even waste your time, there's nothing to eat there and everything tastes disgusting.
Swimming pools
There are several pools + slides on the territory (they look quite cool), but I do not advise swimming in pools, since they immediately catch rotovirus.
During our stay at the hotel, several pools were simply closed for the whole day for cleaning. We were also warned that they were being taken from this hotel in batches to the hospital with poisoning and so on.
Departure day: the most terrible day!
8-40 a.m.....I hear a quiet knock on the door, (I didn't even think to come to us), after knocking, the cleaner immediately opens the door and unceremoniously goes into the room, I'm sitting in the bathroom ...: oil painting.
The room was paid until 12, and at 8:40 she decided to go into the room and see "suddenly we have already checked out." This is beyond my comprehension!!!
And she also grinned that I resented her appearance!
And this is 5*: don't make me laugh!
Bottom line: we will not come to this hotel anymore.
I do not advise people without children to come here, since 95% of families with children are purely family-run. But I also do not advise families with children if you do not want to spend the whole vacation with the temperature in the room.

Dinner yes, well done, you can choose, but breakfast is just a disaster. We no longer know what to eat (except watermelons and fried eggs).Waffles in the morning from mixtures , pancakes too, salty cheeses, Turkish sausage - ...-we didn't even try , there are no soups and porridges (soups without powders of some kind). It is unbearable to sleep in the garden building - the music of Two neighboring hotels is very noisy until 23.00 on weekdays. We went to the reception 5 times with a request to change, no matter what - the hotel is full and that's it. We did not offer for money - so the hotel costs a lot, it's a matter of principle already.
Yes, the staff is trying, friendly, nice. And cleaning pleases us daily, floors are washed every day and towels are clean.
The restaurant also has chefs and waiters - everyone tries to be as friendly and helpful as possible.
But overall there is disappointment. The territory is not particularly rampant, not particularly thought out. It's a little boring for us without walking in the evening, and the way to the beach is also so-so 🙂
Is there only one elevator to the restaurant!for the whole building. Considering that half of the guests with strollers are waiting for this poor elevator , the only one on several floors, it 's just a mockery.

We spent two weeks at the Amara Family Resort hotels, and we want to share a fresh review for those who are going there. We were from 9.06 to 21.06. According to the news, it was cold in Turkey, we took thicker clothes for the evening. In fact, it was already +30, except for light shorts, nothing was useful.
We stopped at the hotel at 11:30, immediately put on bracelets, left our suitcases in the lobby and went to inspect the territory. We were hungry from the road, and we were pleasantly surprised that there are corners with a la carte food, fresh fruits and vegetables throughout the territory.
We checked in at 13-30, that is, before two, although the hotel is 100% full.
About the room: we lived in the main building, rooms after renovation, on 4.8. There are no questions about the mini-bar, everything was there except alcohol, replenished daily after lunch. As for the cleaning, it is satisfactory, but nothing changes whether you leave a tip or not. Among the disadvantages - during the first week there was never a refill of toilet paper, shampoo, toothpaste, cotton swabs. After we came to the cleaned room and saw that we didn't have any toilet paper at all, my husband lost his patience and he talked to the hotel management, we even had bathrobes, which also didn't exist before. In order not to spoil our rest, we bought everything we needed at the nearest pharmacy. After meeting several Russian-speaking vacationers, we found out that this is a common problem of the hotel. Keep in mind that only the main building is being renovated. It is better to pay 3,000 rubles for it when buying a tour, because when replacing a room on the spot, they require an additional payment of $ 20 per day.
About food: unlike room service, there are only positive reviews about food. The dishes are varied to suit every taste. There is a children's corner in the restaurant, with cartoons and ice cream. Due to the fact that the hotel is 100% full, there may be difficulties with tables in the main restaurant, but you will never stay hungry. Bistros and cafes are open throughout the territory at different times. Including on the beach. There are refrigerators everywhere, not only with water, but with ice cream, ayran and lemonades. There is also a very tasty ice cream by weight.
About the beach: the entrance to the sea is sandy and pebbly, the depth goes immediately, not for small children. It was often stormy.
About the hotel territory: if you eat without children, it is better not to consider this hotel, because 60% of the hotel are children of different ages. Even the 13+ relaxation pool is filled with bathing children. The security at the exit from the hotel to the beach does not control the children leaving, i.e. the child can leave the hotel. There is also no control over the slides, there are a lot of injured children and adults. It is a 3-minute walk to the beach, or 1 minute by golf cart, which goes back and forth.
About alcohol (for adults): Efes beer is cold and delicious everywhere, as for branded alcohol on an all-inclusive system, you need to know all the pitfalls. Theoretically, it is available in two bars, but you will most likely be told that it is over. Tipping partially solves this problem, but you will not see the bottles, because they are under the counter, and until you establish contact, you will drink Turkish drinks.
In connection with all this, it can be summed up that you can remove the ultra-all-inclusive prefix, and consider this hotel as a budget five for families with children. The contingent at the hotel is multinational, there have been no conflicts in two weeks.

We stayed at this hotel from 25.10 to 03.11. We liked everything! Polite friendly staff, any issues were resolved instantly, daily cleaning, change of linen and towels, replenishment of the mini bar. The children are delighted with the water park, although the water is cool there, they could not be pulled out to sea. There were no problems with sun beds even during rush hour, not near the shore, but not far away. Bars, snack bars, everything is delicious! A children's room, a disco, and a cartoon was shown to children in the rain. There is a lot of food in the restaurant, different, you can eat everything! Lots of greens, vegetables and fruits. And they work longer than stated, you can always find a free table if you come half an hour after opening. They clean up quickly, disinfect, and the dishes are clean. We got to the Republic Day, cooked national dishes, very tasty. We visited the Italian Ala carte, and were also satisfied with the dishes and service. In general, the rest was a 100% success!

the hotel is not bad, but if they put you in the old building, then you are out of luck. the shower or toilet flowed, they turned to the reception and the guide 2 times, but no one came and simply did not wipe the puddle. they cleaned every day, but just superficially, they came even when you were in the room. terrible audibility, across the street another hotel with loud music from 10 am to 1 am.
there are flower pots on the beach instead of trash cans.

We rested from 27 to 5 , so …
The hotel is good, but the food is so-so, it does not pull for 5 .It was saved that there is fast food for 24 hours (pizza, burgers, pasta, etc.) everything is very tasty!exactly there!there is little choice of dishes in the restaurant itself, we got to the beer festival, it was great (crabs, shrimps, baby fish ) very cool!they make delicious cocktails at the bar , pizza , nuggets , French fries on the beach , too , fire 🔥 the bartenders were almost all good , some show off 😄
The music and shows stop at 23.00 , then you 're on your own (it 's boring .The entrance to the sea is good ,pebbles + sand ,a mini bus goes to the sea (for lazy people) 😄 and so it takes about 5 minutes , 150 meters to walk .The cleaning was good, but not always .The water in the pools is cold.I recommend the hotel if you are not picky about dishes and variety)The attitude towards Russians is good 👌
